I remember when this happened. His daughter was a year ahead of me in school, very nice girl. She bettered her life out of this situation (its hard to understand how a young girl could recover so well, but she did). She now reaches out to kids and schools about abuse and other things to watch out for, ways to be happy with yourself and feel better about life. Im very proud of her. It was scary how such a thing could happen in a small town like this.
