Veronica Viveros-Alarcon and Rafael Garcia Arrested for Beating Their Three-Year-Old

Seems that this child abuse case in North Naples, Flor. is just one of many in Collier County. Veronica Viveros-Alarcon and Rafael Garcia were arrested on charges that they physically abused a three-year-old girl. When the deputy arrived he saw that the girl had severe bruising on the side of her face, arms and back and swelling on her head. Upon examination, they found that the girl also had dried blood on her private parts.

Viveros-Alarcon called the child a brat and said she loses it when she’s mad, so she hits her. She also told them that the child hits herself and runs into things on purpose. Garcia is accused of kicking and hitting the child.

Right now there are 300 more child abuse cases in Collier County than there were last year. Authorities aren’t sure why but think it has to do with population growth and more families moving to the area.

As for these two? Sounds like they just don’t give a shit about the girl or being good parents to her.

I agree she’s got a nasty look on her face in the mugshot, but hey, that’s why they call them “mugshots”! Nobody’s going to have their best look going on when they’re up against the wall with a number under their chins. Most of the time, she probably looks like any other person you’d see on the street. It would be nice if we could see their claws, fangs, horns, etc., but unfortunately, child abusers look…..just like us! Sneaky, devious creeps that they are.

She just looks plain evil!!!! People like this should never be allowed to have children!!! I pray that this little child can grow up without all the scars that these 2 beasts have put upon her. I hope that she finds a loving, wonderful family who will help erase what these 2 demons have done.

Yeah “What Kathy Said”…Evil Biatch should have kept em closed….I wonder what they are thinking when they do that to a little kid? Weird, just plain weird??? Birth and children are a beautiful experience, these people don’t deserve to ever be a part of that….
It should be mandatory for people who are charged with child abuse to get sterilized…

You know, most of these problems could be avoided if some of these uncaring bitches would learn to keep their legs closed. If you don’t want a child use some sort of birth control or get yourself sterilized. If the kid is already here, put it up for adoption. There are many couples out there dying for a newborn baby. Give the child up before you do permanent damage, physically and/or emotionally. I am so sick of these people.
Ii hope this child is taken far far away where she will not even remember what the scumbags looked like as she grows up.
