Man kills daughter and dog
Pa. dad charged in infant daughter’s shaking death:
24-year-old Vincent Davis of Erie, Pa. kicked his family’s dog to death after it crapped on the floor. But he wasn’t done there. He then shook his 5-month-old daughter to death because she was crying.
As usual in these cases he tried lying to police by saying that he dropped her while changing his diaper. I wonder what his excuse for the dog was. That he dropped his shoe on the dog repeatedly until it died accidentally?
How much anger can one man possibly have? Scratch that. He’s obviously not a man but a coward of the highest order.
I’ve been angry enough in my life to punch various inanimate objects resulting in the breaking of said object or my hand but I can’t understand how someone can be angry enough to kill a baby like that.

VINCENT DAVIS MUST HAVE HATED HIS DAUGHTER AND DOG. HE DOES NOT LOVE THEM AT ALL; IN FACT, HE ONLY LOVES HIMSELF. HE SHOULD GET A DEATH PENALTY. WHERE WAS THE MOM AT THIS TIME? HE SHOULD BE TAKEN TO THE CRAZY HOUSE FOR THE REST OF HIS LIFE!!!!!!!!!! And again … where the hell was the mother? And did she NEVER see any signs of violence in this man before he killed her baby (and her dog)? I have read so many of these cases and personally known so many women who say “I didn’t know he was violent. There weren’t any signs.” Horse crap. There are ALWAYS signs. And if this mother saw those signs but chose to ignore them she wouldn’t be the first (nor, sadly, the last) woman to turn a blind eye to violent tendencies just so she could keep a penis around.

All of you out there need to learn to wait till you hear all the facts about things before judging. Have any of you heard he had mental issues? He has had them him whole life and is even on disability for life because of the kinda of diminished metal ability that he has. He is a very kind guy. In all the years i have known him I have never seen anger problems. There is more to this story then the news is telling right now.

Then what was he doing with a child?? And obviously left alone to care for the baby?? That or someone just sat back and watched while all this happened. IF he is as “mentally retarded” as you say, then he should not have been allowed to be the caretaker of a little baby! Let alone any other child, hell, obviously he couldnt even take care of his DOG so why a human life?? You say its not his fault, so who’s fault is it?? Your’s? Other family, friends, anyone that knew his mental capacity?? Come on now… if it is true, then he needs to be put in a psych hospital for the rest of his life, if not he needs to be locked up in prison for the rest of his life!
Oh, and BTW, good luck with that defense considering he tried to cover his ass with the lame “I dropped her” excuse… that in itself shows he knew right from wrong!

What an insult the “mental retardation” excuse is to millions of law-abiding, kind, non-violent Americans who truly have mental issues. Mental disability does NOT make one violent by default or incapable of knowing right from wrong.
Samantha is absolutely right – if he’s got such serious mental health issues what was he doing having a baby, let alone being left in charge of it? I ask again, where was the mother of this child? Did she NOT know he had mental health issues? Even if he never exhibited any violent tendencies in front of her (which I find hard to believe) she had to have known he wasn’t mentally fit to care for a child.

well lets see I look back at what I wrote and never said it wasn’t his fault. I agree he knew what was right from wrong. I also agree with wondering where the other family members where. and if you were to not just read some random web-site and pay attention to the news from his home town. you would know the real story that he didn’t try to lie and say he dropped her there was two different pieces of injury in this case. and yes he should get in trouble I never said that and that is something hard to say knowing him, nut I don’t not believe jail is the right place for him. I think some sort of mental institute would be more appropriate for him. But I think we need to stop the judging and let the courts do it.

A mental institution is a good idea for that dude! As for the mom, she needs to be held accountable for leaving him alone with that poor kid and dog…yes, most moms leave their kids (and sometimes pets) alone with those violent penises all the time cuz they think that abusive scumbags like this one are much more important than their own precious gifts. This story really makes me sick to my belly! AAAARGH I REALLY AM GONNA THROW UP!!!!!!!!! *runs to the toilet and vomits in the toilet*
