As someone who has some mental issues and was too shy to ask for help while studying in europe as a teen and ran out of money mid-trip, I can say eventually going without food hurts like crazy. It was really unexpected. It's like a hardcore churning cramping empty pain that twists you in knots. It's really one of the worst things I've ever felt, maybe just a couple notches below labor. So sad that baby had to feel that. And then in court she wails "I don't want this!" Yeah, I'm sure your son wanted to starve to death and live in piles of feces and trash. Bitch. And it just dawned on me, they must have wanted these babies dead. They fed their other kids and themselves. It wasn't just a mom with mental issues, but the dad and grandmother stood by and let it happen. Maybe the grandmother lived far or something, but dad was there and saw the kids withering away and was apparently cool with it. Wow.
