Tot in Car, Step-Dad in Bar
I hate to steal a headline from the media but that one was too good.
Anyway, that’s 22-year-old Bryant Rivera of Dallas, Texas. He felt it was necessary to leave his 3-year-old stepson in the car while he got his drink on from 9pm to 2:30am. But it’s ok because he left the kid with a Dr. Pepper and a video playing in the car.
Being a stepfather myself I know that sometimes you have to try harder to gain your stepkids’ acceptance. Apparently this assclown didn’t bother trying.
Thanks to Michelle for the tip.

OK, same question I always ask … where was the mother? I hope she was working and that’s why her loser of a new hubby was watching the kid by himself overnight. Of course, that probably means he’s a freeloader who lives off the hard work of his wife.
Let’s hope she throws his sorry, worthless, beer-soaked ass out of the house and out of her life forever.

I hope the three-year old needed to use the bathroom at some point during the evening, and pissed in the step-dad’s car. Hopefully in one of the vents.

Just goes to show, there is no shortage of idiots!

Unfortunately that is something we have a surplus of.

5.5 hours… what, did he think his stepson had a bladder made of steel? Or was his stepson in a diaper, and so “would surely be alright for 5.5 freakin’ hours”.
I wish he *could* have peed in a vent. Looks like he was strapped into a car seat. Well, at least they were using a car seat for him.
3 years old. But, certainly the 3 year old will understand that his new daddy had to get his buzz on.
Hmph. Punishment should be to strap him to a chair for 5.5 hours with the same video playing nonstop, in whatever temperature the car was, with a Dr. Pepper. But make sure he drank alot of water first. Kids bladders are smaller than adults, so…

I guess he planned to drive home drunk, too?

Well, maybe he was gonna let his three-year-old drive him home. Maybe that’s why he left him in the car instead of taking him in the bar. The kid was the designated driver. And I bet the video he was watching was “Herbie the Love Bug”, or maybe “Cars”, so the child would have some advance training for the trip home. Jeez, I crack myself up. Well, at least I’m amusing someone at 11:30 at night…….

Gettin his drunk on? What a guy! Yeah, I could just imagine doing that to my three year old. No, actually, I couldn’t. First, I don’t drink and second, if I did I wouldn’t do it with a child in my possession, it’s just that simple. I never, ever leave my son in the car, no matter what!

Yes Angel, he was smart by having a designated driver for himself. Seriously, why would the mother, where ever she was, allow this guy to take care of her child? I highly doubt he was the perfect “dad” to this child if chose to do this. All of the parents in these stories are just selfish jerks who don’t think about anyone else but themselves and their own personal satisfation.
