2-year-old unrestrained in car during police chase
Man charged with six felonies after high-speed chase:
23-year-old Christopher Lee Kaseca got into a high speed pursuit with Shawnee, Oklahoma police that exceeded speeds of 80 miles and hour. After being stopped by police after a disturbance call he sped off the stop striking an officer with the back of his car. Kaseca avoided police road blocks and ran through close to a dozen stop signs and red lights. Police say the pursuit also went through people’s yards and back alleys. He eventually hit a curb in a Sonic parking lot then fled on foot from the police. All the while his 2-year-old daughter was unrestrained in the car. Kaseca allegedly stole pills from a house which prompted the police pursuit. Luckily the child was unharmed.
Now some may blame the police for causing the pursuit especially if the child had been harmed. Those people are idiots. The only person responsible for the pursuit was the idiot who decided to rob some pills and flee police all while his own child was in the car.

I hate to be the one to bring this up, but where the hell was the mother? If this assmunch had a pill problem the mom should have known, and should NOT have left the child in his care.
I swear, this world just keeps getting crazier, as do these so called ‘parents’ we read about here. If irresponsibility were an Olympic event, we would have the gold, silver, and bronze medalists right here at PBB. Go team!

This is from my town… been watching it in the local paper. The first article I believe said the “dad” was babysitting the child and that she was returned to the mother. Who knows. I dont know these people so I cant say one way or another but I know that child could have been seriously injured by his STUPID actions! One thing I dont understand though and I posted this in a our local papers comment section but no one has answered me yet… He is being charged with “child abuse by injury” but how is that possible if the child was unharmed??? Yes he should be punished because he put his child in harms way, but can someone please explain the lagalities to me as how they can make that charge?

What a moron! In addition to not having the child buckled in the child seat he drives like a maniac. Where do they think they’re going to get to? They can’t get away! Plus, he hits an officer with the car, steals drugs, OxyContin I bet. Yeah, this is the kind of asshole that makes it hard for those of us that are legitimate pain sufferers. This idiot should be piss tested every week while in prison and, if he comes up dirty, have more time added to his sentence.. That’s a different story for a different topic..
