Omaha Father Who Ditched Nine Kids Via Safe Haven Law Has Twins on the Way:
You remember the Staton 9 don’t you? In case you don’t they were the 9 children dropped of in Nebraska when they had their wacky safe haven law. At the trime their father dropped them off at a safe haven because his wife had passed away and claimed that he could no longer care for his children.
Well now he’s expecting twins with his new girlfriend. I guess this clown never heard of a condom, or personal responsibility.

Police: Mom partied while kids stayed home alone with pit bull:
28-year-old (holy crap, she’s only 28?) Mary Ann Ayala of Orlando, Florida was arrested for leaving her kids home alone for 12 hours with her 2-year-old pit bull Scrappy. Her kids are ages 3 and 6.
Neighbors had called police to complain of the kids being left alone and the dog barking at 3am.
While police were investigating Ayala drove up saw police and drove off.
Police located Ayala and she was yelling on her cell phone and telling them, “He left my kids at home. He was taking care of my kids!”
Officers spoke to the person Ayala mentioned, but he said he was never in charge of the children.
The pit bull did not injure the children and may be out up for adoption. The kids are now in the custody of their grandparents.
Thanks to Layla for the tip.

Witness: Mom talked me into sex at age 9:
A 16-year-old girl testified in a Philadelphia court room this past week that when she was 9 her mom convinced her to have sex with the mother’s boyfriend in order to lift a Santeria curse on the family.
The girl said that the notion of a curse seemed real at the time; her mother had just lost her job and her mother’s boyfriend recently had been sent to prison.
The boyfriend, 59-year-old Hector Ayala, is on trial for child rape. The girl’s mother has been charged with conspiracy and sexual assault for allowing it to happen. Her name is being withheld to protect the daughter’s identity.
She said Ayala performed oral sex on her every day after school for a week, while her mother lay in bed next to her, holding her hand.
Of course it didn’t end there. It eventually became full on sex and Ayala allegedly recruited some of her friends as well.
I don’t care what religion you do or don’t practice otr even how uneducated you might be. Common sense tells you that there is never any reason to let some man have sex with your underage daughter.
I hope they both go away for a long time.

Man admits to shaking infant stepchild:
Unfortunately I can’t post every story that is sent in to me. There’s so much evil being perpetrated against children by their caregivers that if I didn’t pass on some stories I’d would spend all my time posting on this site. So I’ve taken to posting those stories where the suspects have that one extra something that sets them apart and makes them more evil than other child abusers. In this case a mugshot is that extra thing.
Creepy McViolent over there is 20-year-old Matthew Schulz of Lafayette, Indiana. He accused of violently shaking his 15-week-old stepdaughter on 5 separate occasions and putting her in the hospital. At the time of the article the girl was in stable condition. Again this is another case where the suspect allegedly shook the baby because she wouldn’t stop crying.
I know we’re not supposed to judge a book by the cover but this guy looks like anger personified.
Thanks to Erin for the tip and I apologize in taking so long to post it.

Mom Who Abandoned Baby In Shoebox Arrested:
Last Sunday a newborn baby was found in the lobby of a Hempstead, NY apartment building. The baby was found in a Timberland’s shoebox completely soiled with the umbilical cord tied off with dental floss.
This past Wednesday the birth organism accused of dumping the baby was arrested. 25-year-old Xiomara Gamez was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment to a child and is being held on $500,000 bond or $250,000 cash bail.
Gamez has six other children who live with their father and she claims she’s addicted to cocaine which is why she allegedly dumped the baby.
According to the National Safe Haven Alliance New York law says that a baby can be left up to 5 days old, with any responsible person.
Last time I checked a shoebox was not a responsible person. Then again neither are pregnant cocke addicts.
Thanks to Jinx for the tip.

Duke employee arrested on child sex charge:
42-year-old Frank Lombard of Durham, North Carolina has been arrested for allegedly offering his adopted 5-year-old son up for sex over the internet. Lombard is also associate director of the Center for Health Policy at Duke University and has been placed on unpaid leave.
An FBI informant allegedly saw Lombard online performing sex acts on an African-American child believed to be one of his adopted sons.
As an adoptee myself this next part really disgusts me to no end. The following is from a chat between Lombard and an undercover agent.
In the chat transcript, “F.L.” is asked how he got access to a child so young. “Adopted,” he replied, and said that the process was “not so hard … esp (sic) for a black boy.”
In the chat, “F.L.” told Palchak that abusing the child was “easier when he was too young to know what was happening and when he couldn’t talk …He had a little too much Benadryl. Was knocked out.”
So not only did Lombard adopt his kids for his own sick sexual fetishes but he also took advantage of the fact that there are an inordinate amount of black children waiting to be adopted into loving homes.
It’s a shame that this isn’t an executable offense because I would volunteer to throw the switch.
Rot in hell scumbag

DA: Boy, 7, Dies After Dad’s Beating:
36-year-old Leslie G. Schuler of Worcester, Mass. has been arrested in the beating death of his 7-year-old son Nathaniel Turner. The worst of the beatings took place this past Sunday which was as we all know Father’s Day. Nathaniel was allegedly beaten so bad on Father’s Day with belts nad hands that he vomitted and became unresponsive. Nathaniel was taken off life support and died Tuesday.
Also arrested was Schuler’s girlfriend, not the baby mama, 28-year-old Tiffany Hyman. She was charged with not doing anything about the abuse.
Schuler only gained visiting rights for his son recently.
Ok, so the Breeder Readers have already come up with Mether’s Day for mom’s on meth. What can you guys come up with for useless sperm donor’s like this?
Thanks to Bridget for the tip.

Sargent gets 100 years for death of son:
James Sargent of Peoria, Illinois has been sentenced to 100 years in prison for the death of his son, 5-month-old Benjamin Sargent. As you’ll recall Sargent and the birth organism, Tracy Hermann, allegedly left Benjamin strapped in his car seat in his crib for days while they went about their lives not feeding him, changing him or even checking in him. Benjamin died from an infection caused by the feces in his diaper that eventually ate through his skin.
Hermann’s trial is set to start in October.

Children’s life in a ‘hell hole’: Parents jailed over rubbish-tip home:
A pair of British Breeders from York in England were sentenced to 3 years on child cruelty charges. The couple, who can’t be named for UK legal reasons, were the ‘parents’ of three children ages one, three and four.
The home had the prerequisite rotting food and feces and the windows were kept covered and the kids were not allowed outside and had developmental issues.
What makes this article different from all the other filthy home stories is this one has pictures. View at your own risk.
