Lafayette man suspected of dropping, biting infant:
That’s 26-year-old Benjamin Charles Koller of Laffayette, Colorado. He’s accused of not only shaking his 2-month-old son but also smothering him to the point that the baby has extensive brain damage and may not survive.
Of course it was because the douchebag couldn’t handle the baby crying. And check out the precision in which he used to suffocate his own son…
“Benjamin demonstrated and described with his hands how he put his fingers over Jack’s face, with two fingers on his mouth and two fingers on his throat, with his thumb on the back of his neck (counter pressure), constricting Jack’s airway,” the affidavit reads. “Benjamin said that Jack kicked his legs and moved his arms during the process. He said once he realized Jack began to change color, he stopped.”
It’s like this jackass has a black belt in child abuse.
He also allegedly shook the baby so hard the baby fell from his arms and hit his head against a changing table.
It seemed his 20-year-old common law wife wasn’t too concerned about the injuries either.
There’s also some accusations of biting the child as well among other sadistic moves.
Thanks to Christina for the tip.

Baby Killed After Mom Kicked On Porch:
Baby dies in fall from 3rd-floor porch during domestic dispute:
5-week-old Jeremiah Range died this week after being ejected from a car seat that his mom was carrying on a third floor porch. The 20-year-old mother went to the residence to get her kids from the 20-year-old father. There were 3 kids altogether ages 5, 1 and Jeremiah. Apparently she was leaving the father because she had two men with her. At one point the situation became confrontational and the father kicked the mother who was carrying Jeremiah in a car seat but he was not strapped in. some stabbings were also reported in the dispute.
So far no charges have been filed.
Thanks to Marie for the tip.

San Antonio baby found stabbed, decapitated:
SAPD: Mom Killed Baby With Knife, Sword:
Texas investigators stunned by child dismemberment:
Mom told police she killed newborn:
Gruesome murder of San Antonio newborn shocks the nation:
I’m sure I’ve said this before but one of the questions I get all the time is people ask me how I keep posting these horrifivc stories without having it affect me. I usually give some flippant answer about how I’ve been doing this for nine years and I’ve become kind of numb to all the atrocities I post. This story isn’t one of them. This story literally makes me want to cry. Rare is the story that pierces my cold black heart.
Since myriads of my readrers have sent me this story I’m sure most of you know it by now. 33-year-old Otty Sanchez of San Antonio, Texas allegedly killed her 3 1/2-week-old son Scott Wesley Buchholtz Sanchez. Killed is too kind of term though, so is murdered. The atrocities that Sanchez inflicted on her newborn son don’t even have a fitting word to describe them.
Sanchez is accused of stabbing her baby son multiple times before decapitating him and skinning him and gutting him. She’s also accused of eating pieces of his brain and some of his toes.
Sanchez tried killing herself by stabbing herself in the chest and abdomen but she survived. She claims that she heard voices and that ‘the devil’ made her do it. The real reason may be because she recently split with the baby’s father.
You know what? I’m too disgusted to write anymore so I’ll leave you with this.
The only devil here is you Otty Sanchez. You deserve the death penalty probably more than anyone I can think of in recent history. I really hope that Texas lives up to its reputation and executes you hastily and with extreme prejudice.
Rot in hell.

Father accused of killing 6-year-old daughter:
35-year-old Kristopher Griffin of Mansfield, Mass. was arrested for slitting his 6-year-old daughter’s throat killing her.
No motive for the killing was given but the araticle stated that the girl’s mother was planning on leaving the state with the girl and that Griffin has a history of mental illness.
Griffin cited God as the reason he killed his daughter…
Prosecutors allege Griffin confessed to killing her and said that God had told him to do it.
An officer asked Griffin if he had hurt anyone “and the defendant responded, saying ‘yes, she’s gone. I had to save her, I killed my little girl,” prosecutor Cynthia Brackett told the court.
Griffin had left a note in a mobile home where he had been staying after breaking up with the victim’s mother, saying “forgiveness for sending Katy to heaven,” police said.
And he sobbed in court when he entered his not guilty plea.
I’m sorry but you have no right to invoke God for killing your daughter. I guess he skipped the commandment that said ‘Thou shall not kill’. You don’t have the right to sob over your daughter’s death either since you ‘allegedly’ killed her.
And if he had such a history of mental illness maybe he should have been locked up already. That’s another thing wrong with out society is that wee more concerned with the rights of the dangerously mentally ill than we are the safety of those around them.

Prosecutor: Juvenile sexual assault is ‘heartrending’:
I’m sure you’ve all heard this one. As usual I’m a little behind.
Anyway in Phoenix, Arizona it’s alleged that four juvenile boys raped an 8-year-old girl. If that wasn’t bad enough the girl’s family disowned her for being raped claiming she brought shame upon their family. Now remember, this isn’t a story from Saudi Arabia or some other repressive country. It’s from Phoenix freakin’ Arizona.
Now in this post I’ll just be focusing on the family’s reaction. For other aspects of the story I’ll be discussing that art Crime Ne.ws.
To make matters worse the girl was allegedly being babysat by her 23-year-old older sister. Not only does the sister blame the girl but she want’s the girls rapists released.
The sister, who was not identified by name by the station, expressed mixed feelings about her sister’s attack. “I came to her and said it’s not good for you to be following guys because you are still little,” the sister told KTVK. She also said that she wanted the suspects to be released from jail because “we are the same people.”
“When she comes back I’m going to tell her don’t ever do that again because all of us, we are the same family, we are from the same place. Now she is just bringing confusion among us. Now the other people, they don’t want to see her,” the sister told KTVK.
All parties involved are Liberian. But guess what. You’re not in freakin’ Liberia anymore. This is the good ol’ U.S. of A where we don’t tolerate people who shun rape victims especially 8-year-olds.
A Liberian ambassador said however that in Liberia police would be embracing the victim and not the attackers like in some countries.
No charges have been filed against the family but if it were up to me they’d be charged with child abandonment at the very least.

Cops: Pair endangered child’s welfare:
Police in Warminster, Pennsylvania, a Philly suburb. arrested alleged drug addled Breeders Thomas Skylar Kule, 25, and Christine Marie Miller, 24, on child endangerment charges.
According to police their 14-month-old daughter burned her foot on a stove burner after walking on a kitchen counter and was accidentally stuck with a hypodermic syringe that had been allegedly used for heroin. Kule is suspected to be a smackhead.
The baby’s hair was also falling out due to malnutrition and showed signs of having a previously fractured arm.
I would imagine that the reason the girl was starved because drugs were more important in the household.
Thanks to Chantel for the tip.

Doctor says man who allegedly bit out sons eye not competent to stand trial, judge orders second opinion:
The headline kind of says it all doesn’t it?
This past week a psychiatrist testified that Angelo Mendoza is not competent enough to stand trial. Mendoza, as you’ll recall, is accused of blinding his 4-year-old son, Angelo Mendoza Jr., by biting his eyes out in an alleged PCP fueled rampage.
The prosecution requested a second opinion since the issue at hand was his non-psychitaric meds and judge ordered that it be done.
Mendoza returns to court in late August after the next evaluation.

Las Lomas student, mother die in suspected murder-suicide at Mt. Diablo State Park:
By all accounts 16-year-old Adam Williams was the stereotypical good kid. Well liked at his school, a good student, a musician and an athlete. That’s why it came as a shock to his California community that his mother, Judith Williams, shot him in the back then in the head with a .357 before turning the gun on herself at Mt. Diablo State Park.
Some seem to think the reason behind the murder-suicide was that her company was failing. A week prior to their deaths Judith Williams had all her son’s pets put down without his knowledge or consent.
A lot of people in this country are having financial difficulties even including yours truly. However being rational and not cowards we persevere and don’t kill our kids and pets.
Again the old Trench Reynolds’ saying applies here. If you’re going to off yourself man up and go alone.
Thanks to Robyn for the tip.

Report of baby’s sunburn leads to Jasper meth lab:
CPS in Texas received an anonymous tip about a severely sunburnt baby. When police in Jasper, Texas went to check out the situation they stumbled upon a meth operation that was going on within the residence.
Arrested was 45-year-old Gary Clary, his relation to the baby was not given in the article. However it was noted that the baby’s mother was also in the meth house and is getting ready to pop out another one.
The baby’s grandmother originally told police that the baby and its mother weren’t there but then when police asked to come in she told police she lied and that they were there. Nothing like trhree generations in a meth lab.
Let’s go to Jasper County Sheriff Mitchel Newman for a little lesson in common sense.
“The adults had a choice of whether they wanted to be at a place that was making meth; this 9-month-old baby didn’t,” Jasper County Sheriff Mitchel Newman said. “The baby that the mother is pregnant with doesn’t have a say in where they are. We have to stand up for the children who do not have a voice.”
Word.
Thanks to Laura for the tip.
