Woman arrested in toddler’s scalding death
Toddler Dies After Being Scalded, Mother Arrested:
39 year old Yolanda Guadalupe Perez of La Quinta, California was arrested in the scalding death of her daughter, 3-year-old Delilah Urrutia. Perez originally claimed that the girl knocked over a pot of boiling water on herself. However it was later determined that Perez never sought medical treatment for her daughter and sent her to her room for ‘misbehaving’
Also an autopsy revealed that Delilah had other injuries from long term abuse.

OMG That had to been so very painful, poor baby.
I remember when my oldest was about 2 years old. She was clingy, wanting to be held at all times,even as I prepared meals, one time I was carrying a dish to the table when it slipped out of my hand, some of the hot food hit her legs, I ran immediately to the bath to run water to wash off her legs all the while telling her how very sorry I was, kissing her tears away. I can’t imagine the pain or how much that poor baby must have been crying for someone to help. *cry’s with just the thought*

that is soo soo soo sad. That is no way to discipline a child for misbehaving. But shes in a better place now and doesnt have to suffer anymore. Rest in Peace mija.

Angel – I can one up that one. She needs to test the temp of the oil in the french fry frier at fast food joints. Once she has tested one, drive her to the next one and test that one, then the next, and the next – and so on and so on. At the end of the day, she should have a nice relaxing rock salt rub. After all, testing oil is a hard job and no one deserves a rock salt rub more than she does. THEY volunteer to do it!!

I nominate her for a hot water heater tester…..for a huge hotel….make sure you turn the heat setting up as far as it will go. Do they have a “Skin Peels Off In Chunks” setting on those industrial hot water heaters? I hope so…….

What in the hell was she thinking when she told the police that her daughter pulled the pot of boiling water down on herself? SERIOUSLY? Shes dumb as hell. I feel bad when I make my babies bath water a little to warm and my 3 year old tells me “Mama my bath is to hot.”
She offically gets my nomination for a free punch in the pants.
