Couple moved daughter’s body across country

Trench Reynolds

Okla. couple held in burial, excavation of girl:

When 11-year-old Cheyenne Wolf died in Oklahoma her ‘parents’, father Abel Wolf, 35, and step-mother Denise Wolf, 40, allegedly buried her under their deck in a sleeping bag inside a plastic tub. When they moved to Montana they took the body with them. When Cheyenne’s sister ran away they feared she would tell authorities about the body so they moved it again. This time to a chicken coop in Oregon then a storage unit also in Oregon.

If you wondered why they kept moving her body it may have something to do with the mystery of Cheyenne’s death.

An affidavit filed by OSBI investigator David Houston said Abel Wolf told Houston the family was upset with Cheyenne in April 2008 because she would not eat dinner one night.

While Abel was outside smoking, he heard a thump but said Cheyenne seemed fine, the affidavit said.

She was found dead the next day, according to the document.

I’m sure they’ll probably use the ‘we can’t afford a funeral’ defense.

Thanks to Krissy for the tip.

WTF is wrong with people these days? seriously, holy fucking Stapp, it’s bad enough to bury her under the deck, but then to dig her up and move her across the country?

At the very least, these two seem to be suffering from a case of terminal stupidity. Let’s see…they killed one child, buried her, dug her up, moved her, lost the other child (well, technically she ran away, but who wouldn’t run away from a house of horrors like that), dug the first child up AGAIN, moved her again, then dug her up again and moved her again…… And in what alternate universe did they imagine that this would be an acceptable course of action?

So is the other child the one who told on them? I hope so….

Dayum!! No one missed this child enough to do something right away??? Un-friggin-believable.

Outrageous! I agree with all of you guys!

So, sounds like good ole dad is blaming the stepmom for the death. I’m sure he had NOTHING to do with it.

I’ll never understand killing a kid because they either didn’t want to eat dinner or they got hungry so they got food out of a cabinet/fridge all by themselves. Well… let’s just say I’ll never understand killing a kid.

The wages of sin their sin is death. Bury them alive.

i like the way you think, Eric.

Really? What kind of breeders did these two numb nuts come from? In most places incest is illegal.

No one smelled the rotting decaying body? No one stopped to notice “Oh hey are new neighbors have a corpse?” What the hell?

Poor baby girl. When my kids don’t eat dinner well it stays on the table until bed time and if they go to bed without eating then so be it. I don’t argue with them. They had the chance to eat.

I want to kick her in the crotch. She looks stupid.

    Eric said: “Bury them alive.”

….in an active fire-ant mound…..smeared with the honey from a hive of killer bees….in front of a hungry bear cub (it will take the bear cub longer than it would an adult bear)

  • Kathy Thomas Says:

Again, where were family, neighbors who might have noticed the child missing?
EVERYONE, here is the thing, when a family moves into your area, and then you suddenly don’t see the child anymore, that a GIGANTIC clue. These kids are dependent on the people around them, because they can’t depend on their parents. Obviously.

From what I understand, the father first burned the body under the porch before putting it in the containers. I think it was one of the sisters that told someone at a hospital or something which is what brought it all up, but I don’t know for sure. It’s a very rural area out here as well. So, it’s not uncommon for neighbors not to notice anything (where the house is located, there aren’t too many houses around there).
