Ark. man accused of raping toddler daughter

Sebastian Co. Man Accused Of Raping 1-Year-Old:
29-year-old Ashley Neil McMillion lived in a shed with his wife, 25-year-old Rebecca McMillion, and their toddler daughter on his parents property in Sebastian County, Arkansas.
An anonymous caller tipped off police to this living arrangement. Usually, it’s illegal for people to live in a shed. Anyway when police opened the shed they found the family sleeping on a mattress on the floor with flies coming out of the shed and containers of rotting food inside. They also found meth and marijuana paraphernalia. It gets worse.
Ashley McMillon admitted to not only burning his daughter’s back with a cigarette and also admitted to raping his own 1-year-old daughter who turns two later this month. He admitted to raping her twice.
The Breeders have lived in the shed for about two years and the daughter hasn’t had medical care since she was an infant.
McMillon is unemployed and his wife is allegedly disabled. Both are now in jail and the daughter is recovering in a Fort Smith hospital.
Makes me wonder what kind of disability his wife allegedly had. I bet she had a case of not-getting-off-her-ass-itis.
Rebecca McMillon was freed on $5K bond and Ashley McMillon is being held without bond.
Again what kind of sick freak looks at a 1-year-old girl, his own daughter no less, and thinks about getting laid? He’s going to be real popular in lock up.

I am going to agree with SHE IS AS GUILTY AS HE IS!! This is my big issue….if she WAS afarid of him and what he would have done if she tried to stop him…why, after the first time she watched it, did she not reach out to the community? Was she afarid to lose the nasty shed she lived in? It is so sad that so many women in violent situations think they have to deal with it. There are so many places that help. Every town or city has Catholic Social Services or Methodist offices where you can get help and PROTECTION!! I know for a fact that if you are in a bad place and you go to your local Catholic Church they will get you help, protection and prosecute your abuser and pay for any court costs. You don’t even have to be Catholic!! I hate excuses.

loving_mom – My father abused my mother. He was a crazy violent person. He beat her until she was near death one time. He went to prison when I was a baby until I was a toddler. Once she he made mention of “straightening me out” – my mother hauled ass. She didn’t care that he may kill her. She left the state of Texas with a 3 year old, $200 in her pocket, and no place to live once she got to California. It was one thing for that monster to abuse her – but she would not sit back and let him lay a hand on me.
So now you kow why I blame the mother just as much, if not more… She should have protected that baby at any and all cost. I don’t believe for one minute that this little shit is as tough as my Dad. He looks like Russell Crowe, weighs in at 230 lbs of pure muscle, and stands 6 ft 3 inches. So I am not buysing the “she was scared for her life” excuse. F*ck her! I hope she rots in Hell.
Sorry for the rant. My anger is not directed at you. I know we are on the same side. I am extremely passionate when it comes to mothers protecting their children. I believe children should NEVER know the pain that this piece of shit’s daughter has experienced. NEVER!!! And as mothers, we should make sure that it never happens.

I am right behind you. Kudos to your mom. My mom took her husband over me. We don’t talk much anymore. Her husband hit her one night ( i was about 17) and busted her eye open. It made me so mad that I went into the kitchen got the cast iron skillet and cracked him over the head. My mom kicked me out. I have not physically seen my mom since and I am now 22, in college, and I have 3 kidos.
I will not let my husband lay his hands on me and I will be damed if he will lay his hands on our children. I will load up my kids in the Camry and we will be gone if that ever happens.

sfdude, there are some women that can’t live without penis in their life. My mother was a beautiful girl. I think she knew that there was another man around the corner so she didn’t need to have on the beat her kid. I certainly know that I wouldn’t allow it. The only love I HAVE to have in my life is the love of my son. Besides, it’s up to me to raise him to be a great man – so I only want great men in his life as role models.
