Kids left in car while man goes to strip club

Largo man left children in car to visit strip club:

You know, when I was in my single days I used to frequent the gentlemens clubs. I may have even put a couple of dancers’ kids through school. But one thing I never did was take kids with me.

That didn’t stop Kenneth J. Summers though. He allegedly went to a strip club in Clearwater, Florida at 11pm while leaving a 3 and 4-year-old in the car. He was in the club for somewhere between 30 and 60 minutes.

It doesn’t say how police were notified but of the club patrons were the ones that called police it kind of restores my faith in humanity a little.

It also doesn’t say what his relationship to the kids were. Any guesses? I’m thinking bad boyfriend.

Judging from the photos on his and his ex-wife’s MySpace pages they are his children. It apparently hasn’t been a very amicable divorce. Although they are still friends on MySpace he left her a pretty snarky comment about her boyfriend on the 19th, just a few days prior to his arrest.

Karen…I would imagine that the cost of a babysitter was irrelevant. He was spending money on drinks (and one would presume, half- naked females). This is a classic case of cranio-rectal inversion.

I hope the mother of these two kids – whoever she is – is given the opportunity to knock the living spit out of Kenny-boy.

Okay, so drinking and getting his jollies were more important than the safety of the children. I am not a guy, so I don’t think like a male, but how desperate was this guy?? I am not a huge fan of these clubs but if a guy wants to go it’s his choice but come on, do it on your own time!! He was going to drive after drinking too….great guy.
