Unexplained death of 3 year old Erial Summers

The breeder was on home detention for child neglect convictions when she called police to report her 3 year old was unresponsive.  She had previously been jailed for felony child neglect charges but was released due to jail crowding (smart aren’t we)…

So now Eriel is dead and authorities don’t know the wearabouts of her 4 year old brother.

Let’s keep her in the crowded jail this time …umkay?

    uh the mother was not guilty.she had head surgery when kids got outside,trying to recover.she never would harm her kids they were spoiled with love.erials lung had collapsed shortly before her death.they thought she would be okay to go home.when sarah accepted to plead guilty she was in the hospital with erial and took advice from her ex to just get it over wi

    th because the kids needed her home.autopsy showed it was massive ashma attack that it couldnt of been heard in the night.sarah doesnt whip or do anything with them kids except love.she is a good mother.she still grieves till this day.

    the child found dead was my baby sister, and people honestly dont know how she died, they say from an asthma attack but they also said they never had enough evidence to convict sarah, erial wouldnt have bruises and cuts all over her body from an asthma attack and they wouldnt investigate the apartment for five hours straight if they didnt suspect foul play, i dont know what to believe, i just miss her

      no she was not your sister.no she had no bruises or cuts or anything on her no blood.nothing the massive ashma attack was what the autopsy said no foul play.you are no relation if you was you would know more of the story.you were not there.all her siblings were there.

    I live in this town, and your story is slightly askew. It wasn’t that they didn’t know the whereabouts of Sarah’s 4 year old son, it was that they didn’t know if Sarah legally had custody of the child you mentioned. Erial died of an asthma attack at 3 am. You should ashamed of yourselves for saying such disgusting things before the truth was even known. Shame on you all.

    The boy is 6 years old not 4 and I was told he was put in a boys home of somekind for troubled children. Someone needs to get their facts straight before commenting. I am erials aunt. If child was missing she would be arrested for the boys dissapperance and forced to give up his whearabouts. I don’t see how authorities would not know where the child is. I was told social services took him.

      Where did you get your information from, twiggy? Since there are no public records (according to the news report) about the boy’s placement, who told you where he was?

      Are you trying to defend this woman? I understand you are the child’s aunt, but you might want to try worrying more about the dead child (and the missing one), than the woman who is probably responsible for the death of the girl. Just sayin’…..

    What were they thinking giving her kids back to her??? I agree, whomever handled this case should be brought up on charges.

    I can see having someone on home arrest because the jails are crowded.

    I can’t see letting them have their kids back when they are supposed to be in jail for abusing a child. That’s like letting a pedophile be put on “house arrest” but deciding to house them in a daycare instead of an apartment away from schools and parks. Makes no sense.

    Can we just chain her up by her pinkies until she tells us where the 4 year old is?

    My husband grew up in Mumbai in a tiny apartment with his grandparents, mother, aunt and uncle and two cousins. THAT is crowded.

    As long as these lowlifes have a piece of floor to sit on, THAT is not crowded to my mind. I’d stack the bastards like cord wood, one on top of the other. And this piece of work would be at the bottom of the pile.

    I pray the 4 y/o is found safe. I’m sad for the 3 y/o. I didn’t see what killed the child, so I can’t at this point in time say “mom did it!!!” However, given her prior convictions for abuse/neglect it’s hard to believe she’s not responsible.

    WTF? Released because the jail was too crowded, you’ve got to be kidding??!! Our justice system is so f’d up! They probably had enough room for someone sitting out their time in jail for warrants for speeding tickets or some crap like that, ugh!!!!! :cry:

    So……a neglectful parent gets her kids back and one is found dead, and the other…..is not found at all. I sincerely hope that whoever is in charge of this particular case is brought up on charges, right alongside the natal neglect machine. Poor baby girl. :cry:
