The hideous visage above is Jason Lee Jones – career criminal, oxygen thief, and child killer extraordinaire. He lives in Leavenworth Kansas, currently at the expense of the taxpayer, while awaiting trial.
Monica Rivera, 28, allowed a man who had previously been convicted of aggravated assault, and had been arrested previously for child abuse, to live in her house and care for her 4-year old son. Did I say care for? What I meant to say was “beat to death.” Now her son, Gabriel Rivera, is dead; her penis, Jason Lee Jones, is charged with felony murder; and the egg donor herself is MIA. She is currently being sought on a child endangerment charge for leaving little Gabe with Jones.
When the evil BF took Gabe to the hospital, he tried to tell the doctors that the boy had fallen down some stairs. Ho-hum….are all child-abusers this simple? The only thing that gets blamed more than the stairs, is the bed/baby crib. These vicious inanimate objects should be banned from all homes in which children reside. And while we’re at it….lets ban the abusive penises as well.
The little boy was beaten to death by Jones while his mother was at work. He died of blunt force trauma. Why am I not surprised? The fact that this mother was in court when the penis was arraigned, and made eye contact with him, and refused reporters’ questions, just makes me hope that authorities upgrade her charges from endangerment to murder, as well. The little boy was beaten to death, and the mom is lending moral support to his killer. Sickening. It’s bad enough that she allowed this monster in her house at all….but to leave him alone with her son, and then betray her son’s memory like that….what a pathetic excuse for a human being.
I really HOPE that we get a few ‘mother defenders’ on this one. The twat cared more about her personal snatch-filler than she did about the safety and welfare of her child. This wasn’t a case of the egg donor not knowing what this man was…he was a convicted criminal, and had abused children before. This was a case of a hag who didn’t care enough about her son to keep him safe. Child endangerment, my arse – she should be facing charges of criminally negligent homicide, at the very least. She served her son up to this monster on a silver platter, and then offered him seconds.
Jones is being held on $750,000.00 bond, and the wicked witch of the Midwest has disappeared in order to avoid arrest. Police are actively searching for her. If I wanted to be nice, I could attribute Monica’s actions to stupidity. I don’t. This was not a case of ignorance, but of incompetence and apathy. This was willful stupidity – otherwise known as murder.

Do we have an epidemic of stupid women going on? How desperate do you have to be to hook up with a KNOWN felon who has been convicted of domestic violence and child abuse? She must suffer some kind of mental impairment to think that this demon would be a good babysitter. Seriously, these women who are featured over and over and over can’t be normal, everyday human beings.
I like men (well, my husband in particular), but I can’t imagine ever getting so hung up on a guy that I let him or help him harm my child.

Thanks for the update, April. Now, if I could just figure out how the 11 year old child who was taken from the home fits in to the story, I’d feel a lot better. Was she Rivera’s child? Was she Jones’ child? Was she abused too, or did she manage to avoid Jones’ wrath? None of the articles I’ve seen address any details about her…just her age and gender.

I could’ve sworn that one of the articles I read said the child was a girl….
Regardless, the question still remains – how did a known child abuser get custody of his OWN kid….let alone get time alone with someone else’s?
And so… we now have a relative coming out to defend this scum. How absolutely predictable!

The father was defending him from the beginning. I think that article was date 10/06 or something. Of course now it’s because of Gabriel’s eyesite that he fell down the stairs more than once. You’d think that they’s be more careful with a child that was prone to falling down stairs. Either way they deserve to be charged. Maybe Pop’s should come up with a better defense.

Maybe Pops should be charged with lying to the police, or impeding an investigation, or fabrication of ‘evidence’, or SOMETHING. Maybe if he had his own charges to worry about, he would quit defending his sack of crap son.

just one MORE reason not to leave your babies with anyone. I get nervous any time my daughter is out of my sight, and the only time that has ever happened is if she was hanging out with my parents ( twice) so my husband and I could go out for an hour or 2. Not that being with his parents was safe, unfortunately. People are so stupid… so so stupid. And it always ends up costing someone else, like their kids.

I used to work with that witch and she always leave her kid with someone in order to go out and drink and whore around.
As a mother this breaks my heart, how can people do this to innocent human beings?
I hope she gets put away for the rest of her life!

I used to work with Monica in Colorado….she LOVED her son. Her desk was COVERED in pictures of Gabe. She is not a bad mother. She made a bad decision to stay in an abusive relationship, but I do NOT believe she would’ve knowingly left him in danger. Not to mention, the colorful words you use to describe her in your article are just as abusive as the man who killed her son. You’ve never met her, you have no idea who she is. I think your article is nasty and abusive.

I don’t have to meet her to know who she is. She is a woman who left her child with a known violent offender, who had already been previously arrested for child abuse and freakin’ CONVICTED on an assault charge! If she loved her son so much, she should never have left him with such an abusive loser. She knew what this man was, and what he was capable of, and left her son with him anyway. Don’t come here and tell ME what a gooooood mother she was or how much she looooovvved her son. That only makes you as willfully ignorant as she is. She most certainly DID ‘knowingly leave him in danger’…… unless you are going to try and tell me that she did not know of his previous trouble with the law – which I would also call BS on. Her ‘bad decision’ to stay in an abusive relationship got her son killed. I still think she’s a sorry hag, and a bad mother.
Oh, and I really don’t give a rip WHAT you think about my article. If you don’t like what I have to say, feel free to leave. okay, I used to live there till May of 2009. I am the one that sold her that house. Let me tell you one thing, I have three kids and the door for going downstairs doesn’t shut all the way and all three of my kids have fallen down those stairs one time or another. Not one of them had any scratches. The stairs lead straight down to concrete basement. So Jason would have thrown him down there and beaten him before that. He is a mean person and so is she. Srs had already taken her kid out of her custody once before and they shouldn’t of ever let him go back to her. This whole story makes me so mad that someone could even think that any of this is okay. But you know the only person they will both have to go before will be the one that decides what to do with them.
I pray for all the children in the world that they are protected and love, and that’s all really anyone can do.

all you people do is talk bad about this mother when you should be taking the time if you truely care about what you are saying to know who she really is. jason is all of the things that you say. but you forgot to say a deceiving, conartist who has fooled her into believing he was a loving father. hell she had two jobs and was paying off student loans for christ sake. does that sound like someone who doesnt care? NO. it sounds like someone who has had the wool pulled over her eyes. i know some if not all of you females can relate to dating a guy then wind up breaking up because he wasnt the great guy you thought he was. same situation. she’s been taken by a murderer and not the common A HOLE. during the first court date did you ever think that she couldnt believe what has happend. but after seeing the evidence she has obviously changed her perception. just take the time to think if that had happen to you. and dont believe everything you read or hear. if it didnt come from that persons mouth than it most likely isnt true

YES, the toddler was playing out in the middle of the road and hit by a car while the mother, Ashley Ware, was nowhere to be found. front page of the paper right Ash? pot calling the kettle black if ya ask me

i think the idiot talking about ashley and her family needs to keep there mouth shut till they know the facts of what has happened. u showed how u dont know crap anyway when u said he was in the middle of the street. and my parents were standing right there when i was hit by i car there was nothing they could do and my father was with my brother when my brother was hit and killed so my suggestion to u is keep your mouth shut. this family is very close to my heart and im glad i dont know who u are bashing them but i recommend u keep your mouth shut for now on.
