He Eliminated ALL of His Responsibilities….
Tyrone Adair, 38, has been charged in the death of his girlfriend, Tracy Judd, 33, and their daughter Deja Adair, 23 months. He is also being sought in connection with the deaths of a former girlfriend, Amber Weigel, 25, and his daughter with her, Neveah Weigel-Adair, 2. He has not been charged in those deaths yet, though.
Amber and Neveah were found in a car inside the garage of their home, shot to death. Tracy and Deja were found in the trunk of another car, in a different part of town, on the same day. Although the authorities are not releasing the cause of death for Tracy and Deja, is has been reported that it was not related to firearms.
So, this poor excuse for a human being killed two of his children, and both of their mothers in the same day. Wow! He’s been a busy boy, hasn’t he? He is still at large as well, and is being considered armed and extremely dangerous. Nooooo….really?
He was involved in paternity cases with the mothers of both of the babies, and had reportedly not paid any child support to Weigel for several months prior to the murders. The night he killed all of them, he called Judd’s older child to tell her that Tracy and Deja had been in a bad accident, and would not be home that night. An accident?!? Is THAT what they’re calling murder these days? I wonder how he is going to try to characterize the shootings of the other two….spontaneous lead poisoning, maybe?
No motive has been put forth as to the reason for these slayings, but I’m sure some of his defenders will eventually find their way here to tell us what a good guy he is.
In other news, he also had a restraining order against him obtained by another woman he had been stalking and threatening for months. That was back in 2006, though….so he has a history of violent tendencies, and has now ended the lives of four people. I really hope he resists arrest when they find him.

His picture creeps me out because he could be a double of someone I know who is one of the most loving and doting father I’ve ever met. One of the women had another child too, so now we have a motherless kid.

Correction on the note previously left. There was a set of twin girls left behind from a previous relationship. I live in Middleton and can personally say that this is the most horrible act that has transpired since I have lived in the Madison area. I know a few members of the Adair family and would have never pegged Tyrone for a killer, but then again I didn’t know him personally-I knew his mother Rita, his Aunt, Niece Tasha and his sister Raven I had the pleasure of meeting once or twice. I pray for peace for all of the families involved, and those departed way before what we all think was their time. It’s been a very sad week for many.
We will never know what the motive was-as we have only been fed by the media information from court documents that there was/were court proceedings on family matters. So the best anyone has is speculation based on what seems to be the only option that makes sense.

She needs to file a restraining order. How much proof does she have to show for a restraining order? Plus, a RO won’t stop a determined sicko. So, if this guy truly is dangerous… she needs to find someplace to stay for a few days that he doesn’t know about. And, she shouldn’t tell anyone where she’s going. I worked at a facility that placed battered women into a hidden shelter. The thing the workers stressed to the women is to keep quiet. Don’t tell anyone where you’re going. Stay under the radar. Most important, don’t underestimate lunatics.

Let me rephrase that some… don’t tell family members where you’re going. Tell the police. Tell your attorney. But, don’t tell family because family can be frightened into spilling the secret. It is important for someone in authority to know that you’ve decided to find a safe place for a while. If he contacts her again, she needs to record the msgs… but, if anything we’ve ever heard is true, the police won’t act on threats until they’re acted out. I hope that’s just movie hype and not standard practice.

dabejawi, I agree with Kathy. A RO might be the way to go. Also, since she didn’t record the conversation, she needs to document it. Every conversation from this point on for that matter. It’s important for her to keep records of the threats. There are some truly fucked up men in this world. Too bad there isn’t a hunting season for them.

I’d have settled happily for the death penalty in this case, but WFT… his way saves the taxpayers even more money. I won’t shed any tears for this one. I just wish (like so many others) that he’d decided to do it before taking two babies (babies!) and their mothers with him, and leaving two other children motherless.

It’s a terrible thing that happened. I cannot believe it, really. I think many people are shocked by what happened….many families. Tyrone did a terrible thing. He did. That is undeniable. This is not a defense of what he did. I did know Tyrone. I am a woman and never saw this violent side of him, which existed apparently. I knew him intimately also. I do think he had some serious mental health issues that he did not address….most men do not seem to address them for whatever reason, unfortuntetely. I know people are angry at him and people want to be vocal about how much they hate him….but please remember when you write these things about him that his family could be reading them and this is already really horrible for them. Not only did they lose their granddaughters, but their SON killed them. I’m not asking people to not be upset with him, but please be compassionate in your words for his families sake. Thanks.

I mistook the folks commenting here as people who are interested in many perspectives. And as a group of people who might think a little objectively about how, as a community, we can possibly stop further things like this from happening. (How about volunteering at DAIS…w/your novel idea!!!!!) Not as a group of people who want to further add to the negativity of Tyrone’s actions. Are any of you involved in social services anyway? If you’re not, then you should get out there and do it. Get out there and change things for the positive. I’m not defending anyone. April, do you run this website? If you’re truly interested I currently lecture on social issues including domestic abuse. I also managed the single women’s shelter in madison for many years. I’ve been a victim of abuse as well. I have some suggestions for the website is all and I think they could better connect victims with resources, if the website is about education, that is, and not idle gossip.

You have some good points, but posting them under multiple aliases when I know they are coming from the exact same person makes you seem laughable. And while you’re at it, why don’t you try taking your own advice?
I will repeat for you something I have already told multiple people who come here to gripe about this site. Many (probably most) of us on this site are heavily involved in community service and other means of helping the victims of abuse. Many of us have BEEN victims of abuse – which is why we are so passionate about it. ALL of us think that child abusers need to be called on the carpet for their actions, and exposed for the monsters that they are. Anyone who comes here needing help will be sure to get it, or at least we will point them in the direction of a facility in their area that CAN help them.
We have an entire thread on this blog dedicated to trading ideas and knowledge concerning the safety of children, and what others can do to help.
Try reading more than one or two stories before making uninformed claims about PBB and the people who post here.

I thought this story was fairly well written, even if it seems to be written for a little more entertainment value than I’d like to see. In readin the comments I lost all interest…
I’m asking everyone to remember that Amber and Neveah were amazing human beings, and Amber’s decisions earlier in her life may not have been well through through she never stopped appreciating that Tyrone, through everything he was, gave her that lovingly little girl. Those who knew them will never stop missing them and pain will never leave us. Ambers life was perfect at the time of her death, she had a great job, was with the love of her life who loved Neveah as his own.
So thank you to those of you who had kind things to say, those of you who hold hate for this man please remember he did give Amber the best thing she had in her life, he gave her Neveah. I fully understand the hate, and I have more than I wish to have for Tyrone; but remember, evil comes in all colors and races…there is plently of things to hate and judge Tyrone for, the color of his skin has nothing to do with what happened.

Okay, first thing’s first – The article wasn’t written for entertainment value. Angel has alot of passion when it comes to child abuse. Even more when it comes to child murder. I suppose to those who don’t know her the way I do it may come across as “entertaining”.
That being said, you are right. Evil does come in all colors and races. We all visit this site regularly enough to know that evil knows no boundaries. It goes beyond race, sex, social status…. we have seen black, white, indian, native american, latino, rich, poor, homeless, doctors, married, divorced, single, men and women, old and young. Tyrone was (is) evil. He killed innocent woman and children. There is a special spot in Hell for people like him.
Amber and Nevaeh are shining down on you. I’m truly sorry for your loss.
