That is 39-year-old Jorge Garcia of Deltona, Florida. He was stopped by police on New Year’s Day at a felony traffic stop, whatever that means.
However when police tried to arrest Garcia he grabbed a baby from the back seat, no word if he had more than one back there, and held the baby up to use as a human shield to block officers’ Tasers. He allegedly held the baby in front of him saying “Tase the baby.” I get the feeling the word mother came after that and the next word probably wasn’t superior.
The baby was unharmed but Chicken Jorge has been released on $6500 bond.’

A felony traffic stop is when the officer stopping the car has a reason to believe the subject is armed or is dangerous. That is when they don’t even approach the vehicle and yell at the subject to step out of the vehicle with their hands in the air.

I’m pretty sure a felony traffic stop is a stopping and arresting someone for a felony that was previously committed.

I think they should put him in the middle of a big circle of officers holding tasers. They could make a game out of it. Instead of “Monkey in the Middle” they could name it “Tase the Idiot in the Middle”
