Warrant: Aveion Lewis case investigated as homicide; toddler had been in foster care:

A lot of people have been sending in tips about the story of missing toddler Aveion Lewis. I normally don’t like to do these stories because they’re too Nancy Grace-ish or unless one of the Breeders has been charged with a crime like in the case of Giovanni Gonzalez.

Well a Breedere in the Aveion Lewis situation has been charged. Aveion’s Step-Breeder Brandon Lockett (pictured) has allegedly admitted to police that Aveion was dead before police were even called.

Lockett and the mother, Morgan Lockett, reported Aveion missing on January 14th. His body has yet to be found as of teh time I am writing this. They reported that Aveion had been abducted. Brandon Lockett has been charged with felony child neglect, improper disposal of a human body, and obstruction of justice. The mother has been questioned but not been charged as of yet.

Aveion had a medical condition that required him to have a special diet. A search warrant says that the Breeders were not following that diet and that Aveion weighed less than 9 pounds at the age of 14 months. He was ermo9ved from the house at age 16 months but was returned 2 months later. Police also say that Aveion received burns to his legs and treatment was not sought for the injuries.

But again rather than owning up to their responsibility we have at least one Breeder here who actually thought that getting the police and FBI involved by claiming the child was abducted will actually get them out of trouble. Which again forces me to repeat uncle Trench’s old axiom of the police are smarter than you. And when you have not only an entire police department but the FBI looking into the case as well the law of averages says that your ass is going to jail.

Please somebody learn from this and do the right thing and not abuse your child in the first place.

    :evil: How in the world could somone one do this? Who could hurt a child? Hurting anyone but a child? Somone completley innocent? And what about Aveion-Lewis’s mother? She is JUST AS GUILTY! What has this world come to?! :evil: I hope both of his birth parents are sodomized and murdered in prison, the death penatly or life would be too good for them :!: :!:

    Shoot, my three year old was five weeks early, weighing 5 pounds 7 ounces at birth, and he still weighed more than that at 2 months old (he was almost 10 pounds at his two month checkup, just checked the baby book, lol).

    9 lbs at 14 months?! That’s horrible! Poor baby. I can’t even imagine, my son weighed almost 11 pounds at birth!

    OMGs… he weighed less than 9 pounds at 14 months? My baby is less than 4 months and he weighs nearly twice that.

    I know about babies with special dietary needs (not first hand, thankfully) and I know how tough that can be. But WTF??? Starving your child is not an option. If you can’t handle it, there are good foster homes out there with foster parents who are willing to do whatever is necessary to take care of other people’s children. If you can’t do it, let someone else.

    And how could anyone justify giving that baby back to the monsters that were starving him?

    I fucking hate people like these.

    I agree, these people that actually think they can outsmart the police just shows how really really stupid they are. So not only are they heartless animals, they are stupid too. It’s really a shame how many innocent kids are killed or hurt by people like this.
