33-year-old Kylie Eastwood of Moe, Victoria, Australia was given a suspended sentence for giving her 5-year-old son homemade liquor which was almost mostly ethanol.

What are the courts waiting for, one of her children to be killed? Absurd that she was given a 3rd suspended sentence. Because they were worried about the impact on the children of her being jailed. Perhaps the children would have a chance at a healthy and somewhat normal childhood??

still, its her 3rd suspended sentence for drinking related crimes (the first being leaving the kids home alone while hitting the piss) all the courts are saying to her is keep it up, we wont send you to jail or take your kids away, please, keep them till you kill one of them! sorry it makes me so cross, there are so many people who want kids and cant have them, how can this poor excuse for a mother not care?

she proibably needs to be locked up, but appraently she has only had one drink in the last 13 months, so the judge gave her a supsended sentence because she was making progress in dealing with her alcohol problem, but I think the booze has already fried her brain. Poor little guy.

oh just read that she was also charged a while ago of leaving her 3 young kids at home alone while going drinking a while ago, does anyone else think she needs to be given a card for aa

bloody hell, it said in the local paper that she just wanted to have a drink with her son coz he likes his alcohol how many 5 year olds have the chance to know if they like it or not? how many mothers give them that choice? what a friggin idiot, apparently the litres of alcohol she consumes daily have addled her brain!
