Tiffini Pelcha is a Dirty Girl

If it walks like a duck, and it talks like a duck – that would make 25 Year-old Tiffini Pelcha is a nasty fucking skank. Pelcha was arrested on endangering charges and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia after her 4 children, ages 9, 6, 4, and 2, were found living in filth. Filth is putting it nicely – take a gander at the news sources pics of the house if you can stomach it. There were garbage bags piled up, feces in the floor of EVERY FUCKING ROOM of the house, cockroaches, bedbugs, and maggots (puke). The house had to be condemned. Shocker!

The kids are now living with Palcha’s mother. I’m not so sure that’s a great choice. One of the articles states that Pelcha was homeless and that is why she was living in the home. Why didn’t Pelcha’s mother actively pursue custody of those kids before her arrest? She had to know that her daughter was a druggy loser.

On the plus side… this story does NOT have any dead babies. Isn’t it sad that we can call that a “plus side”?

    Deena and Tina, (wow, rhymes) That was my first thought too, that 2 yr old stick their hands in their mouth all the time. And slightly older kids aren’t the best at hygeine either especially with a mom like this.
    Thank to the women here who actually admit that they aren’t June Cleaver, me neither, and I am from the late ’60s/early ’70s generation.

    I will be the first to admit my house is not as clean as it could be. I go to bed sometimes without doing the dishes but, my house does not by any means look like that.

    I looked at her myspace profile and her kids look happy and healthy. I am glad that this is just a case of filth and not a beating, sexual abuse, case.

    HOPEFULLY mom will do her time and learn her lesson. You know, maybe not so much in this case but, I have read stories of people living in “filthy” houses and losing their children because of things the landlord needed to fix. Floor issues, carpet, lighting things like that. I think in those cases where it is the landlords responsibility to fix something they should also be held accountable!

What an effing scumbag. I agree with the comment that I am so glad I never had the desire to do drugs. SO GLAD. You could do surgery in my kitchen! Seriously!

As far as her mom not trying to get the kids sooner her mom might not have had a clue and I am sure cps looked at her home before handing the kids away esp. Considering the living conditions they were found in. Just hope the kids will be able to live in a clean home!!

    The poor kids. I’ve got a feeling that gramma may not the best person to get custody, either. On the other hand, she may not be a pig like her daughter is. I’ve seen people who came from filth be the cleanest housekeepers I knew and people who come from spick and span homes have the filthiest houses. So it may not be the 2nd generation of filth. Ya never know how someone will turn out.

    Is that glass full of dead roaches? ewwwwwww. The only thing I see that looks clean is the pet’s water bowl. I’m sure glad they didn’t show pictures of the bathroom. I wasn’t real sure what I was seeing in some of the pics. Except for nasty living conditions. Although I do have to say I have seen worse. When you walk up to a rural home and a pig runs out of the kitchen door and chickens are roosting in the (screenless) windows, you KNOW the house is gonna be a mess.

    why why why do these nasty skanks feel the need or lack to live in dire filth?????? i hate it when there are dishes in the sink or the dusting doesnt get done,my daughters room is so clean you could serve dinner in there. yet this slampig has maggots?????????????? amoung other horrors in her house. its just boggles the mind

    The kids’ grandmother was a very bad choice, I think. The grandmother raised a daughter who got knocked up at about 15, and who then didn’t learn her lesson and kept getting knocked up despite being unable to care for the children she already had. What kind of role model is Grandma going to be for the grandkids when she was such a shitty parent to her own daughter?

My kitchen looked pretty bad when I got home from work last night, but not quite THAT bad. And, I expect the kitchen to be a disaster when I work late and the menfolk have the house to themselves. I’m sooooo grateful that I’ve never felt the desire to use drugs. Whew.

    Hopefully, she either gets her act together or the children find a permanent, loving, drug-free home.
