Parenting so bad, it's criminal

Egg-donor tries to protect daughter’s rapist

Mother at 13: Court hears shocking allegations of abuse

I am seeing red right now. I’m disgusted and beyond outraged that this happened in my town. These scumbags are lucky they have name suppression (cowards) because if they ever set foot outside in this town, it’d be the last thing they do!

A Hunter Valley man is facing trial for the rape of a 13 year old girl who was unaware she was pregnant until she gave birth to a baby boy.

The 20 year old piece of shit started raping the girl when she was 10. He also raped her hours before she gave birth. Obviously, because 13 year old girls aren’t designed to give birth, she had to undergo an emergency Caesarean to get the baby out. I suggest we perform an emergency Caesarean on the piece of shit’s ballsack. The emergency being that he has no balls. Quick, there’s no time to sterilise the instruments or to anaethasise him!

The poor girl suffered a near-fatal abruption of the uterus, because she’s 13 and not supposed to give birth, and needed many blood transfusions. I don’t know what a uterine abruption is, but I imagine it’s like the uterus ripping or something.

The rapist scumbag attended the birth (what, so he can rape her after she gives birth? Or during?) and he hatched a plan with the girl’s egg donor. This is where the bad breeder comes in. He cooked up a plan for his older brother to take the rap because the older brother had been in jail before and he didn’t want the rapist to go to jail. Fucking douchebag! If I had a brother who raped someone, I’d smash him so hard in the groin that he’d never be able to think of a female in that way ever again! The girl’s mother agreed to the plan! She suggested it to the girl who agreed with it, but then they backed out and told detectives who really did rape the girl! Then she told the rancid rapist to piss off, instead of beating him to a pulp for raping her daughter!

The rapist refused to co-operated with police, surprise surprise. Never heard of a scumbag who actually was co-operative. He’s been charged with six counts of aggravated sexual assault and raping a minor aged between 10 and 14. The girl and the baby have been placed into the care of DOCS.

Now my rage and vitriol is directed at the birth-vessel. Why would you let some random 20 year old hang around your 10 year old? Was he a gash-plug? Was he a “babysitter”? Why would you let him come to see your daughter when she nearly died because of him? You’re a fucking nasty bitch and he should’ve raped you instead. With a slender-blender. Then he could’ve stuck his foul junk into it. It probably wouldn’t surprise me that the rapist and the egg-donor are related, they sound like they come from the same damaged DNA that would produce that level of stupidity.

Rant about the Newcastle Herald: Your journalism sucks. I applied for a cadetship with you and I could’ve reported that better than the preschoolers you employ to scribble with crayons and call it a news article. First of all, the 10 year old was not “in a relationship” with the 20 year old. She was being RAPED and MOLESTED by this freak. Would you say that if a woman on the street was raped by some pervert, that she was “in a relationship” with them? No? Then why would you write that in a newspaper? Also name names and put photos of the idiots so that people can abuse them and throw things at them as they go about their kid-raping day. No wonder I use the Herald to line my cat’s litter tray. Learn to newspaper.

Thanks to Skye for the tip!

  1. This is horrific! That poor little girl will probably never have another baby! I mean one that she planned…I want to UGGHHH *smash*

  2. I don’t know her is stupider the people or the newspaper story

    1. You’re not wrong. I know they have to be careful these days so no one sues but if this CHILD had been 4 or 5 would they still be calling it a relationship? Just because she is 13 & should be discovering sweet & sexually innocent boy-girl relationships with boys her own age does NOT mean that she was in a relationship with her rapist!

  3. This is a horrible story and I am so glad you wrote about it…also love the rant ending!

  4. I feel sorry for this little girl! She didn’t even know she was pregnant! I hope the mother and bitch boy both rot in prison! No need to perform a caesarean on his balls, that would be a waist of tax dollars, I could come over and kick them out for a beer.

    1. “I could come over and kick them out for a beer.”

      LOL I like that idea! : )

Helpful hint for single moms: when your new boyfriend shows more interest in your teen or preteen daughter than he does in you, it’s not because he has an overwhelming desire to be a good dad!

      1. Skye Belle Matilda Brand

It’s pretty sad that there are people out there who make us suspect all men. My step-Dad was awesome. We did cool stuff together with power tools in his shed (he taught me to build shit), he taught me to ride a bike & drive a car when I was old enough. Back in the 80s it wasn’t normal to have a step-parent as most marriages (in our country area) were actually “till death” so he was kind of a novelty for my friends too!

It’s so sad to know that so many kids end up with wastes of space. I wish everyone with a step-Dad could have been blessed with one like mine!

    2. There’s lots of nice places to have a beer in Newcastle. I might just take you up on it lol

      1. Not to nice, I hope. I don’t want to be out of my element.

        1. I don’t know anywhere that sells fancy beer. I like craft beers, you find lots of those in the Hunter.

          1. Craft beer, I’m in. I just got to polish my bitch boy stompin boots!

          2. Bluetonge Brewery or Potter Brewery…then there’s the Bitter & Twisted Beer Festival in Morpeth…yep, we love our beer so much we have festivals for it!

          3. Bitter and Twisted is really good. We stopped in one year because we were in the area and it was very good. We’ll have to do a more organised trip this year.

          4. We have bachfest every year. I would love to go and check out the ones on your side of the marble.

  5. A.S. a uterine abruption is when the uterus slides out of the body. How awful is that? I can’t believe the hag of a mother STILL tried to defend this freak while her baby was fighting for her life!!! This poor kid was a hair away from dying!!

    1. Ew ew ew! Like I said, 13 year olds aren’t supposed to give birth. The damage done to her must’ve been horrendous! She’ll be lucky if she can ever have another baby (planned of course!)

    2. No. Prolapse is when the uterus comes out. Abrupt ion is where it basically bursts. I was at risk of abrupt ion due to PRE-eclampsia…that’s why I had a caesarean section. This poor kid’s uterus was just not mature enough to accommodate a baby.

      1. Either way it’s not good. And the physical damage he probably did to her from raping her would mean she’ll have a lot of problems with having planned children. Not to mention she might have problems with having meaningful relationships.

        1. Oh no, bad bad bad…prolapsed can generally be rectified with a few stitches & a pessary ring to help the muscles repair…an abruption is horrific. Many (if not most) women who suffer uterine abruption are simply unable to carry further pregnancies to term. Some are lucky & manage it & others go close before an emergency caesarean is required & then it’s a little NICU stay for bub but many Are advised quite early on to terminate or risk death for both mother & baby.

Personally I’d like to cause a uterine abruption in egg donor with a pair of rusty scissors & a base ball bat.

          1. I think we should also cause a ballsack abruption on the rapist with a vise and a cheese grater!

    3. “Uterine rupture” or “placenta abruption”. The uterus is torn, extremely painful and can cause death if not treated at that very instant. I know a close case… Placenta abrubtion is when the placenta unsticks from the uterus, also very dangerous and can cause death of the baby and mother.
They both seem very plausible, her being raped for so long, and just hours before labor…

I hope the man and the mother are raped hourly with a baseball bat with rusty nails…

  6. I suspect he’ll get his just desserts in prison… If prisons in Oz are anything like prisons here in the U.S. then he’s going to know the fun of being raped rather than being the one doing the raping…

  7. You are welcome my friend! If this happened “in your town” then we live pretty close to each other, well, relatively speaking! I’m in Hunter Wine Country.

It’s a pretty awful story & that poor girl is going to be paying for this her whole life. I hope she gets the treatment she needs to be able to have relatively normal teenage years!

As for Mum. Well, what can you say about a woman who would protect the man who raped her child? I hope she does actual prison time & I hope that the other inmates make her reeeeaaaal welcome!

    1. I’m a bit further down the valley, in Newcastle. I love the wine country, been on a few wine tours through there, Hunter Valley Gardens, Tempus Two winery etc.
If we could get names of these “people’, it might be fun to leave some little “gifts” for them. The people closest to them may have condemned them already. The hearing was today but I’m stuck at work so I can’t throw things at them 🙁

      1. I have both kids home today so I couldn’t go but I was considering it when I thought my Dad was going to take the girls to their swimming lessons.

Yeah, the wine region is lovely. I have to admit, I’m a wee bit over wine tasting! We had several visitors over the last 6 weeks & they all wanted to go wine tasting! I don’t mind driving them around but when it was 40 plus degrees I was ever so slightly irritable!!!!!

        1. The last one I can’t quite remember where we went after the third one oops haha. I only do it if I can organise a designated driver lol. We went to the Christmas Light Spectacular at HVG last year, that was great! They sell wine and cheese there, you could take some visitors there or to the Potters Brewery, Bluetongue etc.

  8. Scumbag pleaded not guilty in court. His bail continues. WTF??? (I can’t find links but I read this in the hard copy of the Herald)

  9. Scumbag has pleaded guilty to three offences, each carrying a maximum of 16 years’ prison. He pleaded not guilty to aggravated sexual assault. Of course. Call a spade a spade and they refuse to own up to it. The girl even said “no” on each occasion that he raped her, yet they refuse to call it rape.

    1. Do you know if the sentences are concurrent or consecutive? Consecutive, I hope.

If I caught someone even touching my daughter I’d castrate them myself.

      1. I don’t know. They may be concurrent. I can’t believe they didn’t try him for rape – which is exactly what it is.

        1. Plea deal maybe? It’s not unusual over here for lawyers to push for plea deals in child rape cases to avid the child having to relive the ordeal at trial. I can’t think why else he’d get away with it.

Scumbag has been sentenced to 3 years’ prison with a non parole period of 18 months. Typical scum rapist blames his victim for having a crush on him and tries the usual sob story of born to drug addict parents, tough time growing up, blah blah bullshit.
Mother dearest knew that the offender was sneaking into bed with her daughter, yet refused to kick him out or call police.

    1. “Judge Berman said the offender came from a dysfunctional family where both of his parents were drug addicts who received substantial payments as foster carers for numerous children.”

      1. I don’t even know how they would let drug addicts become foster carers. Firstly, they take children AWAY from drug addicted parents. Secondly, most places won’t allow you to foster if you have a chronic health condition that you didn’t cause yourself. Let alone, a self-inflicted condition such as drug addiction or alcoholism.
        Something is very, very wrong.
