What do you want for your birthday, son? A car? How about some strippers instead…

New York mom charged with child endangerment after hiring strippers to perform lap dances at her 16-year-old son’s birthday party

Judy Viger, 33, was arrested Monday and charged with five counts of endangering the welfare of a child. The stripper company says its workers were unaware of the teens’ ages and that the incident is being “blown out of proportion.”

Judy Viger is an irresponsible twat

I remember my 16th birthday. I also remember the first time I watched a strip show. They weren’t on the same day, or even in the same year.

Judy Viger (33) of New York, thought it was appropriate to hire two strippers for her son’s 16th birthday. She hired them from a company called Tops in Bottoms and arranged for them to perform in a private room at the Spare Time Bowling Centre in South Glen Falls. The two strippers basically molested the boys by grinding up against them and performing lewd dances, as strippers do, in front of the boys who some were as young as 13! There were over 80 people at the party, many of them adults, who failed to stop the strippers or blow the whistle on the fucktarded foolish behaviour. It was only after the fact (of course) that these adults said they were outraged by the sexual performances of the strippers in front of the young boys. Why am I not surprised?

Police found out about the stripper escapades when one parent saw a photo on Facebook of the shenanigans and reported it. So again, STRIPPERS20N_3_WEBnone of the adults at the party reported it?

When Tops in Bottoms were contacted, they said they didn’t know that the boys were underaged and that the whole thing was being “blown out of proportion”. Oh really? As an adult company which sells products and services aimed at the adult market, it is your RESPONSIBILITY to make sure that your clients are old enough to use the services. That means checking ID or just using your best judgement. Obviously such as sleazy company as Tops in Bottoms are only out to make money, and they don’t care whether their employees molest children. All that matters is that they get that money. However they have not been charged, not even fined or anything. If it was the case of a bar selling alcohol to minors without checking ID and they pleaded ignorance, I’m sure the Liquor Board would come down like a ton of bricks on them!

The twaterific Judy Vigers (who looks like the strippers may have been co-workers of hers) has been  charged with 5 counts of  child endangerment. She could face up to a year in prison if convicted. Her court date is March 7, so I’ll hang out for new info after then. So what about the adults at the party? Why haven’t they been charged with allowing child endangerment or failing to protect? Why haven’t the strippers been charged with lewd and lascivious behaviour around children? These people all contributed to endangering the kids, so why aren’t they being punished??

I have watched a few male strip shows before. After I turned 18 (the legal age here in Australia at which to enjoy these things). My best friend runs an adult party plan business, which sells sex toys and other novelty items. She is also over the age of 18. I didn’t know it was so hard to wait for these things until after you turn 18 (or 21).

Thanks to SoloCare for the tip!

Eh, it wouldn’t disturb me as much if the boy decided to throw himself a birthday party and invited the strippers on his own. But the fact that his MOM decided its the best gift ever? Wtf? I bet she’s the type who made him take nude photos of her.

I’m still wondering if there was alcohol involved. None of the articles state there was, but if you’ll ignore one taboo, you may ignore more.

went to HS with her and it wouldn’t surprise me if she provided it to him/his friends.

This story still boggles my mind, and I still wonder if there was alcohol involved. Sadly, most of the males I know see no problem with what she did. (Most, not all … it’s refreshing when one of the males agrees it was inappropriate.)

Glens Falls? This doesn’t surprise me even a little.

Oh you’re familiar with it? Such a WONDERFUL place.

I’m not saying I’d expect to walk into the bowling alley and see a skanked out, bad bleach job, bargain basement ho who couldn’t even bother to pick matching undies out of the dollar bin at walmart with her legs wrapped around the face of a teenage boy. But it definitely wouldn’t shock me : )

Yep, having worked as a receptionist at an adult entertainment company I can guarantee you that it is absolutely the company’s responsibility to call bullshit & leave if they even SUSPECT that someone in attendance might be under age!

Not to release mother of the year up there from her responsibility to NOT pay someone to sexually molest a bunch of kids at her sons party though!

I work in a bar and I used to work as an RSA marshall. If we even have an inkling that a customer is under 18, it’s our responsibility to check ID. If ID looks fake or even a little bit suspect, we refuse to serve them. Any provider of adult services who don’t want to be fined would double and triple check that their patrons are of age to enjoy their services.

Yep. If the girls arrived & suspected anyone of being under 25 they carded them. If no ID could be produced or if the ID looked dodgy they would give the host two choices – the suspected under age could leave or the girls would leave (no refund would be given). They didn’t want to be fined or lose their licence!

Same thing as a bouncer. Under 21? Sorry you can’t get in. Slip me $20? Thanks for the tip, but you still are not getting in. Did I try to slip into a club before I was old enough? You betcha, what teenage guy didn’t. Did my Granpa get me stippers when I turned 16? Nope. In what universe is that considered O.K.?
