Army wife won’t face death for killing baby while husband deployed to Iraq

When I read this headline, all I could think was “Why the fuck NOT?”

Missouri gestator Kristin M. Phillips, 35, allegedly starved her 11-month-old daughter, Alexis to death in 2008. Before killing the baby, she also inflicted bruises on the baby’s head and neck, and allowed her to sit in a filthy diaper so long that she developed a rash doctors first mistook for burns. When police went to her home in response to two inarticulate 911 calls, they found one baby dead, another baby caked with feces, two other older children, and Phillips — whacked out of her skull on drugs and alcohol. All this while her husband was serving in Iraq. The also found pill bottles and empty liquor bottles in the house which was covered in the usual shit and piss we see in these cases.

Of course, there’s evidence of severe mental illness – unspecified in court documents. Still, how did this bitch, this wretched excuse for a human being whose only resemblance to a true mother is that she has a uterus from which she has spawned multiple offspring, how did this evil whore escape getting charged with the death penalty? Especially since the grand jury recommended it for her and her own child said he heard her making noise in her bedroom the day Alexis died and he assumed his mother had killed the baby. AND since she’s known to have killed a baby before, in 1998. That time, she got 90 days in the pokey, two years probation and 90 hours of community service for not notifying authorities of a death. Her dead baby was discovered hidden in a shoebox with air freshener to conceal the smell.

The only answer I can come up with is another gutless wonder of a prosecutor who amended the charges against Phillips to second-degree child welfare endangerment. In exchange, the whore pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and got just 8 years in prison followed by three years of probation after she gets out.

There’s nothing in the article about the father or what happened to the surviving children, and I couldn’t find anything else on this bitch. My only hope now is that there will be 8 years during which time she may get the prison justice she deserves since the “justice system” can’t seem to figure out a fitting punishment for a piece of shit who murders not one but two babies.

If she were anyone other than the “mother” of these babies, she would be facing death right now. When will our court systems stop giving a free pass to women who murder their infants?

Adoptive Parents Accused Of Torturing Children 

Couple charged in brutal child abuse case 

 49-year-old Dwayne Hardy of Altamonte Springs, FL and his wife, 46-year-old Pamela Hardy are evil.  I don’t know what else to call adoptive parents that torture their children – 2 children that were removed from their biological parents because they were abusive.

I will try to squeeze in as much detail as I can without blowing a fucking fuse.  I was thoroughly pissed when I read this shit.  You can read the arrest report here.  It includes details that I can’t stomach to post here.   Why on God’s green Earth would anyone adopt a child just to torture them?  These people raised 4 children of their own before they made the decision to adopt.  You would think adopting abused children means you want to love them and give them a better life – I guess the thought never occurred to the Hardys.

An anonymous phone call was made to a hotline claiming that the Hardy’s children were eating out of a trashcan as a result of Mr. and Mrs. Hardy withholding food.  You’d think that they had to be mighty hungry to resort to picking through trash for a meal.  Praise Jeebus for the tipster – there was so much more horror going on in that home besides the kids missing meals.  DCF investigators found the children to have been physically abused as well.  The 6-year-old girl told investigators that    ”she receives spankings on her buttocks with a paddle called ‘The Law.’ She said that sometimes while being spanked she starts to bleed.”   Damn… What the fuck.  Her 9-year-old (biological) brother told investigators that he had been hit in the head with a belt by his “father” and that his “mother” once beat him 55 times with “The Law” and that he bled as a result of the beating.  The girl told investigators that she was often made to miss meals because she was “being greedy” is she asked for more food.  The boy alleges that he would be refused meals over several days for sneaking food.  The Hardy’s also “allegedly” imposed intense exercise as a form of punishment.

A medical examination of both children confirmed that the children had injuries consistent with the allegations.  The children have since been returned to the foster home that they were adopted from in February.  I’m hoping it’s a safe and loving environment.  They’re gonna need all of the hugs and kisses they can get.

The Hardy’s were arrested and released on $7,100 bond (each).  I’m not sure why these monsters were even given the option of posting bond.  They don’t even deserve to share our oxygen.  The only thing that they deserve is a sound whoopin’ with “The Law” and a bullet behind the ear.

The sorry looking individual you see above is Courtney Tressler. This 25-year old birth vessel from Indiana starved her four year old son to death. But that’s not even the worst of it….her son was already physically and mentally handicapped from a beating given to him by his father when he was 2 months old. Yes, my friends, the beating by the father did not kill the baby, and it took the little witch 4 more years to finish the job. She chose one of the most painful ways to kill him, too. Starvation is a horrible way to die.

Her son, Payton Ettinger, weighed only 12 pounds when he died. When the boy was a year old, he weighed more than 16 pounds. You wouldn’t think that losing a pound a year was all that much of a loss, but you have to remember that this child should have grown more than a foot in height during those same three years. I have a 4 year old son. He weighs almost 40 pounds. He’s not fat, and he’s not particularly tall. He’s an average sized 4 year old. I can’t even imagine what he would look like if he weighed only one third of his current weight – nor do I want to imagine it. I would, however, like to see what Courtney would look like at one third of HER current weight. I hope she finds out what starvation feels like when she gets to the girls dorm at Camp Incarceration. I hope that the only thing the boss of the ward allows her to eat while she’s there is….well, you know what women like….

So, the sperm donor beat this poor child so badly that he’s been confined to a crib since then (for which he’s only serving 5 years, I think), and then the egg donor denies him one of the basic necessities of life. Now he’s dead.

The pathologist found that Payton had no food in his stomach or intestines when he died. His skin was stretched so tightly over his face that you could see the bones underneath. He had no fat on his body, and was suffering from “profound malnutrition”. I hear that’ll happen when you don’t feed your kid for a while – or ever. As shown in the lovely photo provided by law enforcement, SHE doesn’t appear to have missed many meals. Let’s hope that changes real soon.

Cuntney has already trotted out a few excuses for why her son hadn’t been to a doctor. Among those reasons are that she could not afford to take him to the doctor (but she took herself TWO times during the week her son starved to death). She also said she had applied for medicaid for her son TWICE, but the police say that’s a lie too.

Did I mention that this worthless excuse for a human has also remarried? The husband hasn’t been charged with anything yet, but I sincerely hope that changes. If he was living in the same house he should have seen what bad shape the child was in and reported the abuse. Instead, he is defending his coochie, saying that everybody is out to get his wife, and that she has done nothing wrong. Ummmmm……yeeeeeeah …….except starve her son to death. That’s all. Greg Tressler says his wife is completely innocent of all charges, and that she has been ‘traumatized’ by the allegations that she killed her son. Traumatized? TRAUMATIZED?!?! What the devil did she think her son was feeling as he slowly starved to death? Warm fuzzy thoughts? He’s a damn sight more traumatized than that witch will likely ever be. You can’t get more traumatized than DEAD. Greg also claims that this whole thing is just some kind of big misunderstanding. Hey, Greg…..a misunderstanding is when you buy Iceberg lettuce when your wife asked for romaine. Or when you ask for a Bud, but your wife hears spud, and brings you a bag of chips. Letting a four year old child die of starvation is not a misunderstanding – it is murder. I understand completely. The skanky ho was tired of the drain on her time and energy, and decided to get rid of him. I hope as part of her sentence, she has to have her ovaries removed. Without anesthetic.

De Soto woman facing child-abuse charges 

26-year- old Rachel Perez of De Soto, KS needs to have her reproductive organs removed.  I would love if they were removed with a rusty chainsaw, but any method of removal will do.

 On the afternoon of August 17th, Sheriff’s Deputies were alerted to the home of  Rachel Perez in response to do a welfare check on Perez’s 6-year-old son.  Did I mention that the welfare check was requested by one of the skank’s relatives?  Anyhow, deputies did a check of the home and didn’t see the child.  Perez claimed that he wasn’t home at the time.  Liar, liar!!  The cops didn’t leave the house empty handed – they went on ahead and arrested Perez on an outstanding warrant.  I wish I could find out what the warrant was for.  Damn.  Hopefully someone will show up to defend this bitch and they will be stupid enough to let the cat out of the bag.

At the urging of a relative, the deputies returned to the home later that night.  They must have done a more thorough check of the home.  The little boy, that is being described and fragile and malnourished, was discovered in the attic of the house.  I can only wonder how long he had been up there. 

The child is presently in protective custody while receiving medical treatment.   Let’s hope that he goes to a loving home and never has to see that bitch again.  Perez is being held on charges of child abuse and child endangerment.  She should bend over and kiss her own ass that the child is alive.

Dad busted for child abuse again

On to the story…..It seems Shane Bock is not very bright. He apparently didn’t learn anything from his first arrest for child abuse and neglect, because he has repeated the cycle. So , in addition to being a loser abuser, he is also a repeat offender. And all in less than a year, folks! He may not be very smart, but at least he’s tenacious, huh?

Shane, 26, lives in Salt Lake City – apparently with a 3-year old son and an 8-month old daughter. The usual filth, feces, and general nastiness were present, along with a bong (and some maryjane to fill it) on the end table next to the couch.

Police were called by a neighbor when the little boy was seen throwing some kind of powder out the door, and eating some of it as well. No word yet on what the powder was….. but if there was pot within reach of the children, it wouldn’t surprise me if there were worse drugs present as well. The boy was running around naked while the sperm donor slept inside, and police had to knock for several minutes before Bock answered the door. When police entered the domicile, they found it “unfit for children”. There was very little edible food since most of it was strewn over the floor, along with piles of garbage.

The preceding arrest occurred in January, when the living conditions were just as bad….maybe worse. When authorities arrived that time (for a noise complaint), the boy was found locked in a room naked from the waist down and covered in his own waste. Police also found feces (old and new) on the wall, floor, door and television. Wow….I know most programs these days are pretty crappy, but to have to look at actual CRAP while watching TV is a bit much, dontcha think? Not to mention the odor…… I imagine the house smelled pretty putrid.

I have a couple of questions – maybe some of our readers could answer them for me? First, if the house was that nasty, how in the devil did they manage to keep from retching long enough to create even ONE child, let alone two? Second, if the first arrest happened in January, and the baby girl is 8 months old now – was she brought home from the hospital to such filth, or was the egg donor still gestating when the first arrest occurred? And third…..WHY IN BLUE BLAZES WAS THE FEMALE BREEDER NOT ARRESTED TOO?????? If she was living in the house, then she is as guilty of neglect as Shane is.

This story has so many levels of f-ed up I’ve lost count. The parents (both of them) are sorry. The CPS did not follow up properly (obviously), the children were basically left to fend for themselves in filth while the ‘father’ slept off his latest high, and the ‘mother’ was not even home. Where was she? Out getting more bong filler?

I am sick to my stomach now – just reading and writing about that filth has made me ill.

Bertha

The Nephew

The two lovely, er, fugly, mugs above belong to Bertha Mae Savoy, 72, and her nephew, Duane Patrick James, 38. The two live next door to one another in Orcutt, and apparently run houses of horror – and it’s not even Halloween yet! Somebody needs to tell Bertha to wait a couple more months before scaring the neighbors with that mask.

Bertha is a foster monster. She is allegedly one of those who take in other people’s children for the express purpose of abusing them. She recently had four children, ages 10-16, removed from her care. Lack of care would be a more appropriate description. The children said that good old Bertha regularly denied them food and shelter, and would also beat them with plastic coat hangers. Mommy Dearest, anyone?

Then, when the witch wasn’t feeling up to beating the kids herself, she would call Duane over and have him take over. Duane would ‘punish’ them, and threaten to kill them and bury their bodies if they were not obedient. It seems that Duane stayed in top form by regularly beating two of the four kids who lived in his own home. The children removed from his home ranged in age from 8 to 17. The article stated that the children were ‘non-foster’ kids, but I’m not sure if that means they were his bio-kids, or maybe they belonged to a girlfriend. The article also doesn’t say what form the abuse took at Duane’s house.

Both of these blights on society have been released on bail, and Bertha has since been charged with two counts of dissuading a witness. My guess is she threatened a couple of the kids after she was released. I want to know how in Satan’s armpit she was able to get CLOSE enough to them to threaten them? They were removed from her custody…..what…. did child services grant the putrid pestilence visitation with the kids she was arrested for abusing? My brain hurts.

When the authorities expanded their investigation, they found three more children (former foster kids of Savoy) who also related tales of abuse. That makes a total of nine kids (so far) who were abused at the hands of these two eejits. May they get as much as they gave when they go to jail….hopefully for a very long time.

Mother accused of starving 3 kids gets life term:

I originally posted about Abneris Santiago (pictured) and Alfred Santiago here. They were the Breeders from Dallas, Texas who starved Abneris Santiago’s three children in a Dallas motel room. In the previous post I said they were husband and wife but that was incorrect. Alfred Santiago is just a bad boyfriend even though they share the same last name.

Alfred Santiago was not only actively starving the children but he was raping Abneris Santiago’s daughter as well.

Well we may not have to worry about them seeing the light of day ever again. Alfred Santiago was convicted and sentenced to two concurrent 99-year sentences. I would prefer they be consecutive but let’s face it, he’s not going to live that long.

Abneris Santiago pleaded guilty halfway through her trial and was sentenced to life behind bars.

Abneris Santiago apologized to her daughter in court saying that she wasn’t strong enough to stop the abuse. I’ll agree with that. She wasn’t strong enough to choose her children over her vagina filler and now she has the rest of her life to think about it.

I would also like to point out the neck tattoo. That’s all I’m saying.

Human Trafficking Victim Speaks Out:

This has become an important issue to me so I’m posting this at all four of my sites.

I’m sure you’ve noticed that haven’t made any posts the past two days. That’s because on Thursday I drove up to Richmond, Virginia to attend a screening of a movie called Call + Response. It was held at Richmond’s Byrd Theatre and was organized by the Richmond Justice Initiative and the International Justice Mission. I attended the screening with Greg Collier the CEO of Geebo.com. The movie was also attended by the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Virginia, Janet Polarek.

Ms. Polarek spoke before the movie stating that the issue of human slavery and human trafficking was not an issue of Republicans or Democrats but a issue that we all need to be concerned about. Also right before the screening some free craigscrimelist t-shirts were given out to the audience.

The funny thing was that when Greg and myself were talking to people before and after the movie that were completely unaware that craigslist and backpage were such huge sources of human trafficking in this country.

The movie itself was spectacular. It was a bout a musician who wanted to get other musicians together to bring awareness to the slavery that was still going on in the world today. Not only abroad but also in the US. It included music performances and interviews with politicians, journalists and activists. Unfortunately I was not moved by the movie. That’s probably because I’ve been writing about horrors like this for the past 10 years. However I am sure that most ‘normal’ people would be moved by it.

After the movie some of us retired to a restaurant across the street where a Q&A session was held. The one thing that stood out to me about the Q&A session was a woman who stood up and addressed the crowd. By looking at her you would think that she was just a regular person that you would see in an office setting or at the store or whatever. Her story was anything but regular as she told her story about how she was held in slavery in this very country as a prostitute.

After hearing her story about how many times she was almost killed and had her freedom taken away from her under the threats of extreme violence. I was so fascinated by her story I introduced myself to her using my real name. I told her about craigscrimelist and how I’m using the site to call on sites like craigslist and backpage to end their facilitation of human trafficking and how I was working with Geebo to show that it can be done. When I was done she did the most amazing thing ever to me. She thanked me. For the first time in a really long time I felt like what I was doing was helping.

Which ties in with something that movie’s producer, musician Justin Dillon, said in the movie. He said if you want to help find what you’re good at and use it to bring awareness to the problem. That’s what I am doing. I hope I can call on you to find what you’re good at and use it to bring awareness.

Now, on to the story: Apparently Karin Martell, 49, of Indiana, thinks that starvation and dehydration, among other atrocities, are acceptable forms of discipline. I couldn’t agree more! Let’s put Karin in a cell with no food or water for a week or two, just to teach HER a lesson. After all, if it’s good enough for the kids, it’s good enough for her.

Now I’ll admit, I have made my kids sit in the corner from time to time for sneaking food. Usually it involved entire BAGS of cookies or chips, though, which were then redistributed across my living room floor and left for me to walk on. I have also refused them a snack if they stole into the freezer for an icecream before dinner. I did not, however, refuse them DINNER! What a greedy freak! Punishing your kids for being hungry? My mind is melting……

There are reportedly three children who have been removed from the household, but no ages were given other than ‘they were very young’. A couple of other punishments our mom of the year candidate has used include making the kids sleep on the bathroom floor (sans blanket and pillow), making them stand with their arms outstretched for lengthy periods (slapping their arms if they drooped), and choking them. Oh, and did I mention that she kicked them in the genitals so hard that they would BLEED!?!? I can’t think of a punishment horrible enough for this piece of garbage.

Two of the children in question were in the third percentile for weight, and the other was in the 25th percentile. They were described as being ‘visibly emaciated’ with ‘thin legs’ and ‘sunken eyes’. The neighbors said they thought that something strange was going on in the home, but had no idea it was that bad. I don’t understand how someone can look at children who look like cadavers, and not try to help them….but that’s another rant all by itself.

The children were said to be ‘happy’ when told that they wouldn’t have to go back to the monster’s house. As a side note, the father is overseas doing contract work, so I am going to hope that he had no clue how horribly his children were being treated. And I hope he is allowed a few minutes alone in a cell with the egg donor when he returns. Call it a conjugal visit. Or a discipline session. Or whatever. I bet a few people here would like a few minutes alone with this sorry tramp as well. Yours truly heads up the list…..

Arraignment Postponed for Couple Accused of Starving, Beating Kids:

I’m sure you remember the story of Cheryl Ann Stuart she of the tying the kids to the bed so she could get some sleep and starved them because she was tried of changing them.

Her boyfriend, 31-year-old Mario Alberto Colin, has also been charged with child abuse. And get this, the guy is a a behavioral technician at an elementary school. Police are now investigating if Colin abused any of the kids at his school. Colin is not the baby daddy of Stuart’s victims.
