WHY can I not find pictures of these warped animals? If I find one I’ll post it – I’m hoping he gets killed in jail, and I can post a morgue photo or one from his obit. I am so pissed off I can’t see straight right now. This is one of those times when I would happily choke the life out of an individual myself, with a smile on my face and a song in my heart.

Ivan J. Belardo, 37, was arrested for abusing his girlfriend’s babies (twins), and I have a few choice words for her as well, but I’ll get back to that later. Ivan claims he was looking for diapers so he could change the boys, when one of them walked up to him and hit him in the groin with a bicycle tire pump. Ivan claimed that the blow caused his penis to bleed, and he “lost control”. How did he lose control, you ask? He grabbed the tire pump and beat the living hell out of BOTH of the babies! Did I mention that the boys are only 22 months old? I have several things to say about the few facts I’ve already shared, but WAIT! There’s more! Both babies were beaten so severely that they had massive bruising on their groins, and one was bleeding from the penis. And did I mention the prick responsible had been doing heroin all day? No? Yes. He had.

I will go through my list of complaints against this man and my disbelief for his story one line at a time, so bear with me, please.

First he said one of them hit him so hard his cock bled. I sincerely doubt that, since having had six of my own, I have serious doubts that a 22 month old could strike a grown man hard enough to cause bleeding – even if he did use a bicycle pump. Children that age simply don’t have the upper body strength necessary to inflict that type of damage. Unless, of course, the little boy was playing with the pump on the roof of a two story building, and fell off, using Ivan’s dick to break his fall. Even then, any reasonable adult would see that it was an accident, and crawl away to soothe their hurt nads. Ivan, on the other hand, told authorities that the boy ‘looked like he meant to do it’. So, now Ivan can determine intent of a 2 year old from the way he looks? OK. Moving on….

Secondly, one child hits him, and he beats both of them? WHAT? Was he doing preemptive punishment on the innocent one, or did the twins run and he couldn’t tell them apart and so decided to beat both of them to ensure that the right one was punished? Or maybe…..the little boys ganged up on him……. Yeah, I bet that was it. The babies got together, planned the assault, carried it out, and were high-fiving each other when butt-munch came to exact revenge. Because we all know how these little babies can be. Vicious, evil, plotting babies.

Third – I’m not even a man, but I know that hitting a man in the groin will usually completely incapacitate him (especially if you hit him hard enough to make him bleed). I’ve only done that intentionally once in my life, and that was to get a guy off of me. It worked. By the time he recovered enough to walk, he had had time to reconsider his attempted assault, and walked away (and I didn’t even make HIM bleed, just curl up and cry). Smart guy. So the “I lost control” excuse doesn’t work for me either. By the time he recovered enough to go after the boys, he should have had enough time to realize that beating two toddlers with a tire pump was a bad idea. Not to mention that with the degree of pain a ball shot causes, no man should ever want to do that to another man, let alone a child. I hope they at least made this sperm spewer sterile with their shot – if it happened, which as I said already, I doubt sincerely.

Fourth – Did he not realize how hard he was hitting the children – or where? Of course he did! He had to have seen the damage he was doing, but he just kept on. Those babies had to be screaming! I hope to all heaven that somebody in lockup makes him scream louder and longer than he made those babies scream.

Fifth – why in the name of Satan’s underwear was this guy doing heroin when he was supposed to be responsible for two small children? Which leads me to my choice words for the mom….why the freak would any mother in her right mind leave two helpless babies with a known drug user? And no, I don’t believe that she didn’t know about it. If he had been doing it all day that day, then you know he sure as hell had done it before. You don’t go from clean (not a drug user at all) to doing heroin all day long one day. It doesn’t happen.

At least there’s one intelligent person in this whole saga….the judge set bail at $500,000.00. Way to go judge! I hope Ivan’s cellies take $500,000.00 worth of hide off his arse while he’s in there, too. I think the guy needs to have his groin beat until his thing falls off, and the woman should have the crap slapped out of her too. I can’t write any more.

Dad busted for child abuse again

On to the story…..It seems Shane Bock is not very bright. He apparently didn’t learn anything from his first arrest for child abuse and neglect, because he has repeated the cycle. So , in addition to being a loser abuser, he is also a repeat offender. And all in less than a year, folks! He may not be very smart, but at least he’s tenacious, huh?

Shane, 26, lives in Salt Lake City – apparently with a 3-year old son and an 8-month old daughter. The usual filth, feces, and general nastiness were present, along with a bong (and some maryjane to fill it) on the end table next to the couch.

Police were called by a neighbor when the little boy was seen throwing some kind of powder out the door, and eating some of it as well. No word yet on what the powder was….. but if there was pot within reach of the children, it wouldn’t surprise me if there were worse drugs present as well. The boy was running around naked while the sperm donor slept inside, and police had to knock for several minutes before Bock answered the door. When police entered the domicile, they found it “unfit for children”. There was very little edible food since most of it was strewn over the floor, along with piles of garbage.

The preceding arrest occurred in January, when the living conditions were just as bad….maybe worse. When authorities arrived that time (for a noise complaint), the boy was found locked in a room naked from the waist down and covered in his own waste. Police also found feces (old and new) on the wall, floor, door and television. Wow….I know most programs these days are pretty crappy, but to have to look at actual CRAP while watching TV is a bit much, dontcha think? Not to mention the odor…… I imagine the house smelled pretty putrid.

I have a couple of questions – maybe some of our readers could answer them for me? First, if the house was that nasty, how in the devil did they manage to keep from retching long enough to create even ONE child, let alone two? Second, if the first arrest happened in January, and the baby girl is 8 months old now – was she brought home from the hospital to such filth, or was the egg donor still gestating when the first arrest occurred? And third…..WHY IN BLUE BLAZES WAS THE FEMALE BREEDER NOT ARRESTED TOO?????? If she was living in the house, then she is as guilty of neglect as Shane is.

This story has so many levels of f-ed up I’ve lost count. The parents (both of them) are sorry. The CPS did not follow up properly (obviously), the children were basically left to fend for themselves in filth while the ‘father’ slept off his latest high, and the ‘mother’ was not even home. Where was she? Out getting more bong filler?

I am sick to my stomach now – just reading and writing about that filth has made me ill.

The two lovely, er, fugly, mugs above belong to Bertha Mae Savoy, 72, and her nephew, Duane Patrick James, 38. The two live next door to one another in Orcutt, and apparently run houses of horror – and it’s not even Halloween yet! Somebody needs to tell Bertha to wait a couple more months before scaring the neighbors with that mask.

Bertha is a foster monster. She is allegedly one of those who take in other people’s children for the express purpose of abusing them. She recently had four children, ages 10-16, removed from her care. Lack of care would be a more appropriate description. The children said that good old Bertha regularly denied them food and shelter, and would also beat them with plastic coat hangers. Mommy Dearest, anyone?

Then, when the witch wasn’t feeling up to beating the kids herself, she would call Duane over and have him take over. Duane would ‘punish’ them, and threaten to kill them and bury their bodies if they were not obedient. It seems that Duane stayed in top form by regularly beating two of the four kids who lived in his own home. The children removed from his home ranged in age from 8 to 17. The article stated that the children were ‘non-foster’ kids, but I’m not sure if that means they were his bio-kids, or maybe they belonged to a girlfriend. The article also doesn’t say what form the abuse took at Duane’s house.

Both of these blights on society have been released on bail, and Bertha has since been charged with two counts of dissuading a witness. My guess is she threatened a couple of the kids after she was released. I want to know how in Satan’s armpit she was able to get CLOSE enough to them to threaten them? They were removed from her custody…..what…. did child services grant the putrid pestilence visitation with the kids she was arrested for abusing? My brain hurts.

When the authorities expanded their investigation, they found three more children (former foster kids of Savoy) who also related tales of abuse. That makes a total of nine kids (so far) who were abused at the hands of these two eejits. May they get as much as they gave when they go to jail….hopefully for a very long time.

Laura Jewell, 49, and Ronald Jewell, 48, of Louisa County Virginia, have both been arrested for torturing their 8 year old granddaughter. The little girl, who has not been named in the story escaped and ran to a neighbor’s house to report the abuse. Apparently she and her siblings have been living with the grandparents for a while, and the parents are out of the picture – I wonder what for? Hmmmmm…..looks like whatever the parents’ problems may have been, the grandparents were worse.

The 8 year old had bruises covering her body and an ear was partially torn off, and she had clumps of hair torn from her head. She also had a broken foot. In court, the male grandmonster apparently burst into tears at the sight of the girl’s injuries, claiming that he had no idea she was being abused by the female grandmonster. Yeah……right. Because the child enjoyed being beaten so much that she never cried out, not even when her ear was being ripped from her head. Or maybe Grandpa is deaf as well as blind. Or he helped. Yeah, that’s it – he helped with the beatings…..no get out of jail free pass for you today, grandpa.

Apparently both of them have their own attorneys, so I guess the trials might be held separately, or they might be trying to blame each other for the injuries to the child. According to Sheriff Lowe, none of the other children appear to have been harmed. I wonder what made them target this child above the others???? What could an 8-year old possibly do to warrant such cruelty? Not a freakin’ thing!

The news article also referred to their residence as being located in a gated community. With any luck, both of the grandmonsters will move straight from one gated community to another, soon. The new community being the gray-bar motel, and the ‘gated’ part being the chain-link and barbed-wire combo so favored by our penal system. Both abusers are currently being held without bond (good job, judge!), and are to be arraigned on the 28th of this month. She faces up to 35 years, and he faces up to 15. I think they should both get life….but that’s just me…..

Since they live in a gated community, I’m going to guess that they either have money, or know someone who does…..so we will probably be seeing some tards and defenders trying to come to their rescue. Bring it on. April has sharpened her stick, and JJ’s been on fire lately.

Now, on to the story: Apparently Karin Martell, 49, of Indiana, thinks that starvation and dehydration, among other atrocities, are acceptable forms of discipline. I couldn’t agree more! Let’s put Karin in a cell with no food or water for a week or two, just to teach HER a lesson. After all, if it’s good enough for the kids, it’s good enough for her.

Now I’ll admit, I have made my kids sit in the corner from time to time for sneaking food. Usually it involved entire BAGS of cookies or chips, though, which were then redistributed across my living room floor and left for me to walk on. I have also refused them a snack if they stole into the freezer for an icecream before dinner. I did not, however, refuse them DINNER! What a greedy freak! Punishing your kids for being hungry? My mind is melting……

There are reportedly three children who have been removed from the household, but no ages were given other than ‘they were very young’. A couple of other punishments our mom of the year candidate has used include making the kids sleep on the bathroom floor (sans blanket and pillow), making them stand with their arms outstretched for lengthy periods (slapping their arms if they drooped), and choking them. Oh, and did I mention that she kicked them in the genitals so hard that they would BLEED!?!? I can’t think of a punishment horrible enough for this piece of garbage.

Two of the children in question were in the third percentile for weight, and the other was in the 25th percentile. They were described as being ‘visibly emaciated’ with ‘thin legs’ and ‘sunken eyes’. The neighbors said they thought that something strange was going on in the home, but had no idea it was that bad. I don’t understand how someone can look at children who look like cadavers, and not try to help them….but that’s another rant all by itself.

The children were said to be ‘happy’ when told that they wouldn’t have to go back to the monster’s house. As a side note, the father is overseas doing contract work, so I am going to hope that he had no clue how horribly his children were being treated. And I hope he is allowed a few minutes alone in a cell with the egg donor when he returns. Call it a conjugal visit. Or a discipline session. Or whatever. I bet a few people here would like a few minutes alone with this sorry tramp as well. Yours truly heads up the list…..

The face above is that of a woman accused of killing her 5-year-old daughter. Apparently Jessica Barron, 27, was a pokey little witch. And by ‘pokey’, I don’t mean slow – I mean she poked her little girl, Angel Jimenez, repeatedly with something that left puncture wounds all over her little body. No word on what the weapon was, and the autopsy was scheduled to be carried out yesterday (Saturday), so it may be a few more days before any additional info is released.

In addition to the puncture wounds, the little girl was bruised head to toe. The bruises were in varying stages of healing, she had a bite mark on her ankle (who thinks she did that to herself? any takers?), a broken rib, a massive brain injury, and there was evidence that she may have been sexually abused as well. Her brother, when he was taken by CYFD after Jessica’s arrest, told one of the agents that his mother beat little Angel with a stick. There is some confusion about the number of siblings in the home – one article states that two siblings were removed, yet another article mentions only one brother.

For our added (dis)pleasure, the NM version of CPS, called CYFD, was called repeatedly about the two school-aged children in the home. They were reported for poor hygiene, and when the home was investigated, alcohol bottles were found outside. Plus the *choke*mother*gag* had prior criminal charges for theft and possession of maryjane. Great role model – I can see why child protective services might think children would be safe and well-cared-for there.

Little Angel also had a broken leg this past spring, and three different stories were given for the cause of the injury. I hear smoking pot will do that to you. It’s good practice for those who plan to have Alzheimer’s later in life – get used to the forgetfulness early, and it won’t be such a shock to you later on. Even with an unexplained (or over-explained) broken leg, the little girl was left in the house. And now she’s dead. Good call CYFD! A few more screw-ups like this, and we may be able to get a handle on that nagging overpopulation problem we seem to be plagued with.

Jessica Barron has been charged with intentional child abuse causing death, and tampering with evidence. Although there are no details yet on the tampering charge, I’m sure we would all be interested to know just exactly what she tried to alter or destroy in order to make herself look better. Personally, I think the witch should be charged with murder one, but I’m not the DA, so they didn’t bother to ask me.

The wonky-eyed fella you see above has, it seems, an aspiration to become the new millenium replacement for either the Kool-aid man, or Jim Jones. Except the Kool-aid man never offered a brake-fluid flavored or a rust-treatment-fluid flavored variety of the popular children’s drink. I’m pretty sure Day-Quil and Ibuprofen were not on the list of favored flavors either. OK, so Jim Jones, then.

Jose Enrique Oliva-Rosa has been arrested and charged with two counts each of attempted murder, poisoning, and second degree child abuse of his two young children, for forcing them to drink a cocktail made of the four flavor possibilities listed above. Brake fluid, rust remover, ibuprofen and Day-Quil. Yum. Thanks dad, can I have some more?

Jose was upset that his wife had left him and was going to take the selfish way out by killing himself and taking his two children with him. His daughter, Gwyneth, is six years old and his son, Enrique, is two. Thankfully they both lived. Unfortunately, so did Jose. Too bad he didn’t ingest enough of the mixture to kill himself before the authorities arrived. Can you imagine the psychological damage these kids will have, knowing that their own father tried to kill them?

The children were visiting their DNA donor when he concocted his kiddie-drink, and offered it to both of them in sippy cups. A call was made to the the police indicating that the children might be in danger, and officers were dispatched to the residence, where the three of them were found and transported to a hospital. Jose has admitted that he intended to kill himself and “take them with him”. Even with that admission, he has already begun advancing possible defense ploys.

His wife was going to divorce him, so he may be planning the ‘extreme emotional distress’ defense. Or he may have been using this drama as a way to try and get his wife to reconcile with him. Because we all know that trying to off the kids will usually engender sympathy from the other parent. No, not really. That would be more likely to promote rage and anger from the mom. I know I would be mad enough that the authorities would do well to watch me closely if the guy made bail after trying to hurt my babies. Because I might just try to save them the cost of a trial. I might decide to do a little poisoning of my own. High velocity lead poisoning, if you know what I mean.

Good old Jose has also mentioned his own horrible childhood to others. It seems he was abused as a child in his native country, and was granted asylum here. So we might be regaled with the “I was abused, and that’s why I’m an abuser” sob story. Lets all go buy popcorn and sodas now, and get good seats for this little drama. A legal defense for child-abuse, based on prior personal child abuse, is always entertaining. Oops, I meant disgusting. That’s the biggest BS copout on the planet. Those who were abused themselves should be LESS likely to abuse their own kids, since they know how damaging it is from firsthand experience.

The children are currently in the custody of their biological mother. I, for one, hope the sperm donor never gets to see his kids again.

Serial abuser - and I don't mean spilling the corn flakes...

She and her new playmate have been arrested for gross abuse of her 6 year old son, who was found to have over 100 cuts and bruises after being beaten with an extension cord by the BF, Troy Clay, 37. With an EXTENSION CORD??? WTF? How shocking! Perhaps the abusers should each get a turn holding the exposed end of their own live extension cords, while standing in a puddle of water to facilitate better conductivity. Just a thought.

The ‘serial’ part comes in due to the other children who have been abused (one to death), by this woman. Or animal. Whatever. Anyway, JW apparently had a child when she was only 20 who never made it to his first birthday. He had multiple broken bones and internal injuries when he died. He was only 8 months old at the time. So how is it that this waste of oxygen was not incarcerated then? Another abysmal failure of the justice system and the CPS department. Oh, and JW also has a 10 year old son who is believed to have been abused as well.

So, by my reckoning, the timeline goes like this: JW has baby. Baby dies (under very questionable circumstances). JW has another baby. 4 years later, another child comes along. six years later JW allows BF to beat her 6 year old to the point that the child will have permanent scars. Both JW and BF are arrested. I see only one good thing in that whole timeline. The arrests. And in my opinion, they didn’t come anywhere near soon enough.

A little good news….the family of the bio-monster wants to see her go to jail. Apparently they are not trying to make excuses for her – it’s about time we had a family who thinks more about the child than the abuser. Good job folks.

Liberty County officials take 3 boys from mother

OK, this is a massive fail for these three kids all the way around, in my opinion. There is no mention of the mother’s name in this story, but if I find out what it is, I’ll be sure to let y’all know.

Apparently a ‘mother’ of three boys, ages 11, 8 and 1 year, has had her kids removed from her because she made the 8 year old go to church. That’s crazy….right? Except it’s not. The ‘church’ was an abandoned church building that she forced the 8 year old to stay in, alone, and with only a paint can and roll of toilet paper for comfort – as a means of punishment. She would hit the boy with a yardstick all the way to the church, then lock him inside for hours at a time. Neighbors witnessed this cruelty, and did nothing. By nothing, I mean that this cruelty went on for some time before a neighbor got around to reporting the witch. Fail #1 – neighbors look the other way for a while.

This woman had already been investigated at least four times previously for failing to care for her children adequately. Fail #2 – CPS dropped the ball.

Each child had a different father, and one of the dads was jailed in another state for sexually assaulting a minor. Great role models, huh? That would be fail #3.

In 2005, an ‘uncle’ (my guess is that’s a euphemism for step-penis) held down one of the kids and forced him to watch porn. CPS did not remove the kids from the mother’s custody. Why? Because the mother ASSURED them that she could take care of the kids. Great job, mom! Great job, CPS! No, not really. Fail #4.

And since I have homeschooled my children in the past and plan to in the future, I almost hate to mention this, but I will. Just to keep others from trying to use this case as an example of why homeschooling should be illegal. The woman got away with the abuse for so long because she was homeschooling her kids, and they had no opportunity to report her themselves. That is NOT an indictment against homeschooling. As I said, I homeschool mine. They are not abused. They have plenty of outside contact with others through church (not being locked in one – attending services on Sundays and Wednesdays), extracurricular activities and sports, birthday parties (theirs and those for other kids), and a multitude of other opportunities for interaction with their peers. I just wanted to put that out there, so (maybe) no-one would try to make this about homeschooling. It’s not about educational choices here, it’s about a stupid woman abusing her kids, and CPS allowing it to continue for years.

Kathleen Butts picked up her kids from daycare on Nov 10, 2009, at 5:15, but she never made it out of the parking lot with them. She did however, manage to find her way into a nearby snowbank, which is where a maintenance worker found her at 7PM. Her two children, 2 and 4 years old, strapped into the car, and had been sitting there for an hour and a half, with the door wide open. Both were cold, and no doubt scared, but after a quick trip to the hospital they were released to other family members, and both of them are doing fine.

It’s a good thing that the maintenance worker found her, or those children could have frozen to death. This happened in New Hampshire, and it was 30 degrees outside.

Butts admitted to drinking before going to get her kids, and is being charged with aggravated DWI, and child endangerment. That said, I have another bone to pick……If Butts was so drunk when she picked up her kids from daycare that she passed out in a snowbank outside, somebody at the daycare had to have noticed. Why in blue blazes was she allowed to take the children from the facility in that condition? Were the workers THAT eager to clock out that they would let a couple of kids go with a drunk? And how is it that none of the workers noticed the car, with it’s door open, when they left for the day? I think the daycare needs to be investigated as well. They are guilty of endangerment just as surely as the mother is. At the very least, the employees need a class or two on how to keep kids safe from idiot parents who show up schnozzled.
