got a little stabby
Man sentenced to 18 years in baby’s stabbing
Dad Accused of Stabbing, Choking His Baby Girl
I Stabbed Her With the Knife: Court Records
I don’t know how this one was overlooked, but I couldn’t find it anywhere on the site, so I am posting about it now. Back in July of 2009, Orlando Figueroa, 35, of Waterbury, Connecticut, Stabbed his 8 month old daughter in the head and back as she lay in her crib. Why, you ask, would a father do this to his baby? Why, to get even with her mother, of course! Orlando suspected his girlfriend, the baby’s mother, of having an affair, and he stabbed the baby to get back at her. WTF? There seems to be a rash of this kind of crap going around lately. Just a few days ago, we had the guy who raped his girlfriend’s baby because he was mad at the mom, and now we have attempted murder for the same reason. My theory is that these animals are such cowards that they pick on the baby, because they know if they went after the mother, she would probably kick their arses. And babies are helpless. Plus, lets face it ladies – what is the one thing that would make us mad enough to kill? Someone hurting our babies. These lowlifes use our love as a weapon against us.
Continuing with Orlando…..after he choked and stabbed the baby, he went to tell a neighbor, and then went to his other apartment to hold his other child at knifepoint until the cops arrived. The other baby was 18 months old. That means the two kids were only ten months apart…I wanna know how his girlfriend had time to find another guy when she was staying so busy with stabby devil-boy? The baby he stabbed was named Keilyn. Fortunately, little Keilyn lived, and the other child, Kiara, was rescued before Orlando could hurt her. Both children were placed with DFCS.
Incidentally, DFCS had opened a case on the family just a week prior to the stabbing when the older child drank gasoline and was severely injured. Oh, and the knife wielding bastard also had a prior record for domestic charges and assault. So…..WHY was he left alone with the baby?
Fast forward to August 24, of this year…..the savage beast pleaded guilty to attempted murder and two counts of risk of injury to a child. He was sentenced to 18 years. The only info I could find about the mother was a statement that the judge put a full protective order in place for her and the children after this incident. If anyone has anything further on this, please share it with us.
Thanks for this story go to me…..again.

Haltom City couple arrested after infant dies from injuries
Haltom City dad faces capital murder charge in daughter’s death

Unresponsive 2-month old dies………for any newbies here who may not be familiar with the term “unresponsive”, that word is abusive buttmunch lingo for “I beat my kid to death, and I want you to fix it, please.”
The two faces you see above are Alfonso Contreras Jr., 24, and his babymama, Ashley Nicole Massey, 20. They have been arrested for the death of their 2 month old daughter, Elena. The sperm donor faces a capital murder charge in the death, but the mother may only be charged with injury to a child by omission.. What did she ‘omit’, I wonder……her brain??? her humanity???? More on that later.
The doctors at the hospital who examined the baby said that her injuries were from either being stomped on, or held by the ankles and slammed into a wall. Elena had six skull fractures, a crushed liver, and both kidneys were shattered. How in the devil can anyone do that to ANY baby – especially their own? The baby’s insides were mush, and Jr. was watching her when it happened. Or stomping her. Whichever.
Alfie was babystomping….oops, I meant BABYSITTING the children (they also have a 1 year old, who is in foster care and reportedly fine) while the egg donor worked. He reportedly called her at work on Friday to tell her that Elena would not wake up. He claimed that he patted her on the back (with his foot?!?), and hit her bottom (against a wall?), to try and rouse her. He said she eventually came around. When Massey got home from work at 10:30 pm Sunday night (we’ll get to the time gap later, trust me), Elena was sleeping. Massey said Jr. wanted Elena to sleep in their bed with them because she was not breathing well (I’ve heard that getting the crap stomped out of you can have that effect), and Massey agreed.
Less than 3 hours later Massey noticed that Elena was not breathing, and called 911. The couple then started CPR – but the baby died later at the hospital. I’m betting Jr. is going to try to blame the baby’s horrible injuries on the attempted CPR. Any takers? Anyone? I thought not…..moving on….
Back to the time difference…..Alfie called babymama on Friday night (while she was at work) and the next time frame we hear from her is Sunday evening???? Where does she work? In Alaska? On her back? On the boulevard? All three? My head spins….If I got a call saying my baby would not wake up, I’d have broken the sound barrier to get to her, and she’d have been in the ER quick enough to make you dizzy…..But this incubator waits two days to have the baby seen by the doctor. Where was she for all of that time in between??
I already mentioned capital murder charges for Contreras, and the ‘omission’ charge for the absentee mom – he is being held on $500,000.00 bond, and she’s being held on $250,000.00 bond. Since they reside in a trailer, I don’t see a bail-bondsman taking their home as collateral for the bond, so maybe they’ll actually stay put for a while. I think Massey needs capital charges too, but since I’m not the prosecutor, I probably won’t be asked by anyone in a position to make that happen. Sighhhhh….
Again, I researched, I read, I wrote. Now I am going to be sick…..

Man an accomplice to murder of his 4-year-old daughter, prosecutors say
Kearns father wasn’t home when girl died, but will he face a murder trial?
Thanks for this tip go to landysmom. One of our best readers…..
Our subjects today are Clinton Hart and Marina Navarro, both 21 years old…..it seems these two are less than civil. As a matter of fact, it would seem that they are less than HUMAN.
4-year old Vanessa Hart was beaten to death by her sperm donor’s crack snack (Navarro). With the help of the sperm donor (Hart). This murder is particularly atrocious, due to the extent of damage done to the child. The pediatrician who examined Vanessa at the hospital characterized the injuries as “the worst….I’ve seen outside of fatal motor vehicle accidents.” The little girl’s stomach was crushed against her spine to the point that blood vessels had been torn away from the colon. Part of the pancreas was also crushed, and the juncture of the small intestine and stomach was ruptured. Also discovered was extensive swelling of the brain along with cranial hemorrhaging caused by shaking and a blow to the head. All of this happened from a fall down the stairs, apparently. No….not really. Didn’t you read the first line of this paragraph? She was beaten to death.
The stairs are, as usual, simply a convenient (albeit unbelievable) scapegoat. The same pediatrician mentioned above stated that chances of these injuries being caused by accidental means are “as close to zero as you can get.” I guess Hart and his heartless witch will need to come up with another story. Which I’m sure they will. Perhaps they’ll try to blame the bathtub next. Or maybe little Vanessa’s sibling. Yup, she has a younger brother. According to a nephew of Hart’s who also lived in the home, Navarro rarely let either of the small children out of the basement bedroom that he referred to as the ‘dungeon’. Hmmm….dungeon and wicked stepmother….does anybody see a pattern here? Could this be a fairy tale? Unfortunately not. It may be a nightmare, but its no fairy tale.
Navarro (apparently preggo with Hart’s replacement child), has been charged with aggravated murder. In the state of Utah, this could get her the death penalty. I’m keeping my fingers crossed on that one. Hart was at work when the fatal beating occurred, but has abused the girl in the past, sources say. And he knew Navarro was abusing his daughter. I hope they try him for murder as well. And fry them in the same chair. No need to waste any extra electricity on either of these two monsters. I think we should just strip a lamp cord, place the stripped end into a puddle of water, make the two murderers stand in the puddle barefoot, and plug the cord into a wall outlet. Simple yet effective.
Just to show you all how extremely idiotic the sperm donor is, try this on for size……he claims that some of the bruising was caused when the child “ran into his fingers”, or was accidentally bruised when he was tickling her. What in the name of Satan’s underwear was he tickling her with? A freakin’ ANVIL???? And if the child had run into anyone’s fingers with enough force to cause bruises on her, I’d be willing to bet that the fingers in question would also be broken. Just sayin’…..
Just because I always wonder about these things…..I wonder where the bio mother was…..and where is she now?
Update: One of our readers (Manda) sent in a link which is posted in the comments thread, and also here. It answered my questions about the mother. Apparently jag-off took the children for a ‘weekend visit’ and promptly disappeared. Probably to avoid child support payments. Or maybe just for meanness – who knows? Jag-off and his pube-pet then lit out for parts unknown, and the bio mom had not seen either of them in over a year. Unfortunately, her first glimpse of her precious girl in almost 18 months was also one of the last glimpses she had of her daughter alive. The baby died shortly after the mom arrived at the hospital. If there’s any justice in the world, Hart and Navarro will both be dead long before their trials – at the hands of some inmate who finds out what they did to this sweet baby.
Thanks for the tip, Manda.

Father Accused Of Molesting His Own Daughter
There’s really not much info on this yet, and I couldn’t find a picture, but here’s the deal:Richard Stephson is a serial child molester. His latest victiom of choice? His own daughter! This is after he molested the mother of his daughter back in the 80′s WHEN SHE WAS JUST 14 YEARS OLD!
Yes, my friends, he was allowed to remain in contact with the child he created by the child he molested years ago. In what freakin’ universe is that even CLOSE to being a good idea? Who in the world decided to allow him to even remain in contact with his first victim, let alone the child born as a result of that criminal activity??
((This world is going to hell in a handbasket at warp speed, Scotty! Beam me up, and lets go somewhere safe. Captain Kirk, lets have that ray gun, please – I think Dick here needs to be taught a lesson! Maybe we can feed him to the Klingons or something.)
The information as stated in the article is that this worthless piece of garbage has been molesting the girl for years, and decided recently to move on down the ladder of depravity by requesting sex from her. Being a child MOLESTER wasn’t good enough for him, I guess – so he decided to try to add incest to his resume. But at least he was going to compensate the girl – he offered to PAY her! WTF?!?!?! Let’s see, that means he solicited sex from his own child. Thank God he was caught before consummating his unholy scheme! I hope they tack on every charge possible for this guy. I’m sure a really determined DA could get pretty creative with the charges if he wanted to.
Oh, did I mention that his daughter is only ten years old? No? Well, she is. Something about the timeline doesn’t add up though. Stephson is supposed to have begun molesting the mother in the 80′s when she was 14, which purportedly resulted in a pregnancy (in the 80′s) but their daughter is only ten years old? The only way I can figure that to work out is if the first victim actually stayed with this loser all this time, and had another child by him ten years ago.
That would mean that the mother knew the man was a pedo, and STILL allowed him to be alone with their daughter. This one has so many different levels of effed up that it’s giving me a headache. If any of you can find any more info on this jagoff, please send it to the tip line so I can update this story.

Dad busted for child abuse again
Thanks for both the tip and the title for this story go to April. Again. April’s a great research assistant!
On to the story…..It seems Shane Bock is not very bright. He apparently didn’t learn anything from his first arrest for child abuse and neglect, because he has repeated the cycle. So , in addition to being a loser abuser, he is also a repeat offender. And all in less than a year, folks! He may not be very smart, but at least he’s tenacious, huh?
Shane, 26, lives in Salt Lake City – apparently with a 3-year old son and an 8-month old daughter. The usual filth, feces, and general nastiness were present, along with a bong (and some maryjane to fill it) on the end table next to the couch.
Police were called by a neighbor when the little boy was seen throwing some kind of powder out the door, and eating some of it as well. No word yet on what the powder was….. but if there was pot within reach of the children, it wouldn’t surprise me if there were worse drugs present as well. The boy was running around naked while the sperm donor slept inside, and police had to knock for several minutes before Bock answered the door. When police entered the domicile, they found it “unfit for children”. There was very little edible food since most of it was strewn over the floor, along with piles of garbage.
The preceding arrest occurred in January, when the living conditions were just as bad….maybe worse. When authorities arrived that time (for a noise complaint), the boy was found locked in a room naked from the waist down and covered in his own waste. Police also found feces (old and new) on the wall, floor, door and television. Wow….I know most programs these days are pretty crappy, but to have to look at actual CRAP while watching TV is a bit much, dontcha think? Not to mention the odor…… I imagine the house smelled pretty putrid.
I have a couple of questions – maybe some of our readers could answer them for me? First, if the house was that nasty, how in the devil did they manage to keep from retching long enough to create even ONE child, let alone two? Second, if the first arrest happened in January, and the baby girl is 8 months old now – was she brought home from the hospital to such filth, or was the egg donor still gestating when the first arrest occurred? And third…..WHY IN BLUE BLAZES WAS THE FEMALE BREEDER NOT ARRESTED TOO?????? If she was living in the house, then she is as guilty of neglect as Shane is.
This story has so many levels of f-ed up I’ve lost count. The parents (both of them) are sorry. The CPS did not follow up properly (obviously), the children were basically left to fend for themselves in filth while the ‘father’ slept off his latest high, and the ‘mother’ was not even home. Where was she? Out getting more bong filler?
I am sick to my stomach now – just reading and writing about that filth has made me ill.

Police: Father beat toddler to death when she wouldn’t eat
Tacoma father accused of killing 2-year-old daughter
I can’t find a name or a picture of the murderer in this story, since both have conveniently been left out of the news reports, but I thought this one was worth posting anyway. If any of our readers find a name for the child or the father, please share it with us……
In Tacoma, Washington, a 23 month old girl has lost her life because her father could not control his temper. The unidentified 25 year old man has been arrested and his charges are expected to be upgraded from assault to murder two since the baby died.
Wednesday night the the man (and I use that term loosely) was taking care of his two children while his wife worked. He had reportedly just recently started taking care of them, and it looks like he should have just hired a sitter instead. Or gone to work himself, so the mother could stay home. According to authorities, the sperm donor got irritated because his youngest child refused to eat. So he shook her violently and hit her repeatedly. Yeah….we all know that beating a child is the best way to get them to eat. Just last night, I punched my kid in the head for refusing to drink his milk. No…not really. When he decided he didn’t want his milk, I simply put it in the fridge until later, telling him he couldn’t have anything else to drink until he finished that one. I’m pretty sure the same thing could have been done with the baby girl’s plate of food. But, no, the father thought it would be much more effective to beat the crap out of her. One thing’s for sure – the little girl will never refuse food again, or eat any, for that matter….because she’s dead. A selfish prick couldn’t control his animal impulses, and now a sweet child is dead.
To make matters worse, if that’s possible, there was a protective order against the man already in place. Why in blue blazes did the mother leave the kids with him to begin with?!?! She obviously KNEW he was dangerous, or there would not have been a protective order. Last time I checked, kids didn’t go get those kind of things put in place – it takes an adult to have one filed. This was a massive fail all the way around. The father and mother should both be charged, and the courts need to review their policies and procedures. This makes me sick!
Thanks to Morrigan for this tip.

the driver/drunk dad
Child killed in fatal wreck, father charged with DUI
Phillip Ethan Watson, 2 years old, was killed early Thursday morning. And by early, I mean at 1:45 in the morning; and by killed, I mean that Phillip Derek Watson, 26, got his drink on and put his son in the pickup and drove while intoxicated. Of course, as in most cases like this, the driver was virtually unscathed while the passenger was killed. Great dad, huh?
The article mentioned that the child was in a safety seat, so either the dad had enough sense to buckle the boy in, or someone did it for him. If the dad is the one who buckled up little Phillip, he should have also have been cognizant enough to know that he was too impaired to drive. Now a child is dead and the responsible party will have to live for the rest of his life knowing that it’s his fault his son is dead. Hopefully a large part of that life will be spent behind bars.
The father has been released on bond, and the rest of the family are refusing to give a statement, except to say that “It’s devastating to everyone.” I agree. It was especially devastating to the baby. He paid for his father’s mistake – with his life. Why in the world was he out with his son at that time in the morning, anyway? That’s a little late to take the kid to the park, isn’t it?
Thanks to Winnie for the tip.

Dr. Death and her assistant in homicide...
Pediatrician Charged In Connection With Child’s Death
Pediatrician, Husband Indicted In Child’s Death
Mt. Juliet doctor charged with abusing, killing 4-year-old daughter
From the city of Mt. Juliet in the great state of Tennessee: Dr. Deborah Mark, 39, has been charged with first degree murder and child abuse in the death of her four year old adopted daughter. Her husband, Steven Mark, 47, has been charged with only child abuse and failure to protect the child. I’ll have more to say about that later…..
It seems the Marks adopted little Kairissa this past April. And apparently the beatings began almost immediately, since the child was covered from head to toe in bruises at the time of her death. Authorities believe the injuries were caused by being beaten with objects as well as by hand. I guess the good doctor felt she couldn’t inflict enough damage with just her bare hands, so she found interesting household objects to aid her in her brutal beatings. Oh, yeah…..did I mention that she is a PEDIATRIC doctor? Yes, boys and girls, that’s right….she was responsible for the health and well being of other people’s children, and she still managed to find time to KILL her own. What a multi-tasker, huh? It seems she is multi-talented in that she is able to both kill and heal with the same amount of efficiency. What an achievement!
The Marks also have an 8-year old biological daughter who is now in state custody, and both of the (alleged) killers have already made bail. I guess the judge set that bail a bit low. I think they should have been remanded until trial, but since I am neither judge nor lawyer in this case, nobody asked me for advice. Pity.
Authorities were called to the Mark’s home on July 1, for the ever-popular ‘unresponsive child’ report. Kairissa was taken by ambulance to a local hospital where she was airlifted to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital. She died from her injuries the next day. You would think, as a pediatrician, the accused female would have noticed the signs of abuse and reported it. Aren’t doctors REQUIRED to report suspected abuse in Tennessee? Oh, yeah, she’s the one who did it. Silly me! OF COURSE she wouldn’t report herself! On the up side (if there can BE an up side to something this horrible), at least the doctor cannot use the excuse we hear so often from parents who beat their children to death: “But, I didn’t KNOW she was hurt that bad!” Because as a doctor, she was sure as hell trained to notice life-threatening injuries to children. If she can’t distinguish between superficial and deadly injuries, then she had no business being a pediatric doctor, anyway. I hope they use that little factoid to help nail her to the wall in court.
Since I promised you more on the husband, I will go ahead and make good on that promise now……I think it is disgusting that he is being charged with such minor offenses. Failure to protect? Child abuse? Steve’s as much a murderer as Debbie is. I usually don’t advocate spousal abuse, but I think in this case he might have been able to walk from those charges if he beat the snot out of the witch in order to protect HIS KID! Just sayin’…..if I had been in his shoes, I might be up on murder charges for KILLING the abusive spouse…..but that’s just me. I bet he’s gonna use the “I was afraid of my wife” defense to try and absolve himself of guilt. Otherwise known as the “I’m a pussy” defense. Looking at their pictures though…he is kind of a scrawny bastard – maybe she WAS kicking his arse on a regular basis. It could happen. But still no excuse in my book; not any more of an excuse than it would be for a woman if the roles were reversed. Parents should protect their children, at the cost of their own lives if need be. You’d have to kill me in order to even have a CHANCE at one of my babies. And that’s a fact.
There are more details in the linked articles, but I am already so pissed about this case, I need to just go ahead and end my rant. Read the links if you dare….I need to go love on my babies now, and tell them what wonderful blessings they are to me.
Thanks go to April for the tip on this story. I have been so busy of late that I have not had time to look for news articles to report on, so she helps me out with that. April is AWESOME!

Bartender wannabe shakes baby instead of stirring.
Boise dad charged with murder of infant daughter
Mother struggles after father charged in 11-week-old’s death
Mother struggles after father charged in 11-week-old’s death
Jeffrey Alan Baker has been charged in the death of his 11 week old baby girl. Gracelynn Noelle Baker died in the hospital on May 14, after being there for 4 days. The coroner listed abusive head trauma as the cause of death. That’s another way of saying shaken baby syndrome. Baker shook an 11 week old baby so hard that she died of brain injuries. Wow, what a big man….beating up a baby must make him feel really special. Maybe his cellmates will show him what shaking is all about – we can only hope.
Baker, 50, was originally incarcerated on May 17, for an unrelated parole violation. Yet, he apparently had unsupervised contact with the baby prior to the ‘violation’. What idiot thought this would be a good idea?
The mother of Gracelynn, Shawna LeBleu, is said to be devastated by the loss, and had no reason to believe the baby’s father would harm her. She said Gracelynn was a wonderful baby, placid and happy. She says she doesn’t understand how he could have gotten so irritated with the baby. LeBleu herself had prior trouble with drugs, but had gone to rehab and was trying to straighten out her life. For now, I will give her the benefit of the doubt and hope that it turns out she had nothing to do with the baby’s injuries.
A big thank-you to Veronica for this tip!

Bad dad
The wonky-eyed fella you see above has, it seems, an aspiration to become the new millenium replacement for either the Kool-aid man, or Jim Jones. Except the Kool-aid man never offered a brake-fluid flavored or a rust-treatment-fluid flavored variety of the popular children’s drink. I’m pretty sure Day-Quil and Ibuprofen were not on the list of favored flavors either. OK, so Jim Jones, then.
Jose Enrique Oliva-Rosa has been arrested and charged with two counts each of attempted murder, poisoning, and second degree child abuse of his two young children, for forcing them to drink a cocktail made of the four flavor possibilities listed above. Brake fluid, rust remover, ibuprofen and Day-Quil. Yum. Thanks dad, can I have some more?
Jose was upset that his wife had left him and was going to take the selfish way out by killing himself and taking his two children with him. His daughter, Gwyneth, is six years old and his son, Enrique, is two. Thankfully they both lived. Unfortunately, so did Jose. Too bad he didn’t ingest enough of the mixture to kill himself before the authorities arrived. Can you imagine the psychological damage these kids will have, knowing that their own father tried to kill them?
The children were visiting their DNA donor when he concocted his kiddie-drink, and offered it to both of them in sippy cups. A call was made to the the police indicating that the children might be in danger, and officers were dispatched to the residence, where the three of them were found and transported to a hospital. Jose has admitted that he intended to kill himself and “take them with him”. Even with that admission, he has already begun advancing possible defense ploys.
His wife was going to divorce him, so he may be planning the ‘extreme emotional distress’ defense. Or he may have been using this drama as a way to try and get his wife to reconcile with him. Because we all know that trying to off the kids will usually engender sympathy from the other parent. No, not really. That would be more likely to promote rage and anger from the mom. I know I would be mad enough that the authorities would do well to watch me closely if the guy made bail after trying to hurt my babies. Because I might just try to save them the cost of a trial. I might decide to do a little poisoning of my own. High velocity lead poisoning, if you know what I mean.
Good old Jose has also mentioned his own horrible childhood to others. It seems he was abused as a child in his native country, and was granted asylum here. So we might be regaled with the “I was abused, and that’s why I’m an abuser” sob story. Lets all go buy popcorn and sodas now, and get good seats for this little drama. A legal defense for child-abuse, based on prior personal child abuse, is always entertaining. Oops, I meant disgusting. That’s the biggest BS copout on the planet. Those who were abused themselves should be LESS likely to abuse their own kids, since they know how damaging it is from firsthand experience.
The children are currently in the custody of their biological mother. I, for one, hope the sperm donor never gets to see his kids again.
You can read more about this here and here.
Thanks to sun runner for the tip.
