Couple Arrested After Leaving Children Home Alone:

Couple charged with ‘imprisoning’ kids ages 1 and 3:

That attractive and successful looking couple are 25-year-old Matthew Autrey and 24-year-old Ashley Autrey of Griffin, Georgia. They were arrested after police were called to their home to do a welfare check on their kids ages 1 and 3.

Police found the kids locked in a bedroom with no adults in the house.

When contacted by phone the Breeders in question were allegedly at a club in another town.

Again, if you can’t afford a baby sitter you really can’t afford to be out drinking.

Police: Dodge parents trade sex with 14-year-old daughter for car payments:

36-year-olds James Clarence Davis and Sandra Davis of Dodge County, Georgia have been arrested for trading sex with their 14-year-old daughter to a local car dealer in lieu of making payments on a minivan.

Look, I know how hard the economy has hit the American people. I was unemployed for 8 months before settling for a $10/hr job at what is basically a sweatshop in order to keep a roof over my family’s heads. And I don’t care how great a car might be. I don’t care if it runs on air and craps out ice cream. Since it’s a minivan it can’t be that great. Even if it was my only car I would not once consider forcing my teenage daughter to have sex with a used car salesman in his 60s.

Also arrested was 66-year-old Wayne Bearden on charges of child molestation. He is the manager of Shorty’s Used Cars in Eastman, Georgia and is the man accused of having sex with the girl.

Worse yet is that more suspects are expected to be arrested.

Mother Accused of Tattooing Children Talks to Eyewitness News:

Jo-Jo Marsh of Chattanooga County, Georgia is accused of tattooing her own children. Marsh and her husband, Jacob Bartels, allegedly tattooed their six of their seven children with a tattoo gun and a guitar string used as a needle.

Marsh says it’s not that bad really…

“We were making it look like it was a cross,” said Jo-Jo Marsh, “so the kids could have something they could say it was.”

“We didn’t even break the skin barely,” said Marsh, “they are very tiny, just through a few layers, on the top, they will fade away, that’s how minuscule this is.”

We asked Marsh if she knew it was illegal to tattoo children in the state of Georgia.

“Oh God no,” she responded, “that’s why I was tripping so hard, that’s why I was so upset.”

When has it ever been legal in modern history to tattoo a minor? The youngest they tattooed was 10 years old. Why don’t you get them all Prince Alberts or clitoris piercings while you’re at it?

Nothing like branding your kid to be a pole dancer or landscaper for life.

Cobb 2-month-old has 20 broken bones, skull fracture; parents in custody:

22-year-old Antoinette White and her main squeeze 32-year-old Kevin Straight, both of Cobb County, Georgia, have been arrested for breaking 22 bones of their 2-month-old daughter.

Police were called after the baby was taken to the hospital. I would love to know what they told the hospital. I wonder if they went for the old “falling out of the bed” or something new and original.

And for a woman that is supposedly 22 she looks a few decades older.

Man Accused Of Sex With Teen He Was Adopting:

44-year-old Raymond Chapman of Coweta County, Georgia got caught allegedly boffing a 17-year-old girl in his SUV. The same 17-year-old girl that him and his wife we’re trying to adopt. Chapman was allegedly having an affair with the girl even before the adoption process.

Not many people adopt older children so being an adoptee myself I always love hearing stories of people who adopt older children. However I would hope that people who are adopting older children are not doing it to have SEX WITH THEM!

Both Chapman and his wife were fired by the Georgia Baptist Children’s Home. I guess that’s where Chapman was also cruising for dates. He’s been charged with child rape.

Dalton Father Charged In Girl’s Death:

29-year-old Nathaniel Roderick Hester of Dalton, Ga. has been charged with murder in the death of his one-month-old daughter Piper Hayden Hester. As much as I hate to say this but it’s the typical story around here about how she died. The autopsy revealed that she died from blunt force trauma but what really got to me is what happened after she died.

Piper’s mother found both the baby and Hester on the floor. Piper was not breathing and Hester was passed out. Police say that alcohol may have been a factor. Ya think? But he took off before paramedics and police arrived but came back before they left. He allegedly ignored the police orders to surrender. It doesn’t say if he got a smackdown or a tasering. With any luck he got both.

Mom’s Boyfriend Charged In 6-Year-Old Boy’s Death:

Ok, I can’t say for sure that he was unemployed but he at least wasn’t working a day job if he was working at all.

Anyway 20-year-old Eder Acosta of Forsyth County, Georgia has been charged in the death of his girlfriend’s 6-year-old son. Acista was supposed to be babysitting the woman’s three kids instead he was rushing one of them to the ER. Acosta dropped off his girlfriend at work at 6:00 AM by 6:30 he was at the ER with the boy in cardiac arrest. The autopsy said that the biy died from internal injuries related to blunt force trauma. The boy was said to be a special education student.

I guess I have to say it again. I’m a firm believer in men taking of their women financially. Call me old fashioned if you will. But ladies if your man can’t provide for himself how do you think he’s going to provide for you?

And I know I’ll catch hell for this but maybe pregnancy outside of marriage needs to become a social stigma again.

Dad Charged With Tattooing 3-Year-Old Son:

24-year-old Eugene Ashley of Rome, Georgia was arrested for tattooing his own 3-year-old son. Ashley tattooed the letters DB on his son’s shoulder. The letters stood for Daddy’s Boy. I like how he got busted…

The tattoo was discovered by workers from the Department of Family and Childrens Services after someone complained about conditions at the Ashley home.

Ashley says he was drunk at the time and doesn’t remember what happened.

If you’re wondering where the mom was she says she wasn’t around when the tattooing happened.

Now the article doesn’t say if Ashley is a tattoo artist or not. I’m guessing not. That would mean that this may have been a homemade/prison tattoo which if I remember correctly is done with a sewing needle and India ink. I would imagine that would be twice as painful as a normal tattoo. And on a 3-year-old no less.

100-Year Sentence For Dad Who Poisoned Kids:

William Cunningham of Clayton County, Georgia received the maximum sentence of 100 years for poisoning his own children. In 2006 Cunningham fed his 18-month-old daughter and 3-year-old son a deadly combination of prescription drugs, lighter fluid and Campbell Soup. His plan was to get his kids either sick or killed and then try and squeeze some money of the Campbell Soup Company.

Luckily the kids survived but they now have scarred lungs from being force fed the lighter fluid from the concoction and will more than likely have lifelong breathing problems.

I still can’t understand the type of person whose brain is so broken that they would put a price on their own children’s heads.

Peach County inmate leaves newborn in toilet:

25-year-old Cornelia Kornegay was in a holding cell at the Peach County Law Enforcement Center in Georgia, aka county lockup. Wednesday morning she notified the deputies that “My baby’s in the toilet,” According to deputies she said it ‘matter of factly’. It turns out that Kornegay gave birth in the holding cell to a 7 pound 6 ounce baby girl but left the baby face down in the toilet. Luckily deputies were able to retrieve the baby quickly and she’s doing fine.

Kornegay did not tell deputies she was pregnant and by looking at the mugshot I can see how deputies may not have known. Kornegay was in jail for violating probation on a misdemeanor offense. She claims she hid the pregnancy because she didn’t want her parents to know.

Think about that for a second. If it wasn’t for the fact that she was in jail she might have dumped her baby somewhere and no one may have ever found out about it.

And if you’re 25 why are you hiding your pregnancy from anyone?

Kornegay is now facing felony child abuse charges.

Gwinnett Child Hospitalized After Ingesting Meth; Dad Arrested:

28-year-old Heriberto Benitez-Perez of Gwinnett County, Georgia was arrested after his 17-month old daughter, Giselle Benitez, was rushed to the hospital after having seizures. Police say she drank an unknown liquid that contained meth. Toxicology reports confirmed that it was in fact meth.

Forgive me for not being up on my ways to take meth but if the meth was in a liquid doesn’t that mean that the meth was being produced somewhere near by?

Foster Mother Charged In Death Of Baby Left In Hot Car:

29-year-old Wendy Osborne of Jackson County, Georgia was indicted last week on charges of involuntary manslaughter for leaving her foster daughter in a hot car.

On Sept 2nd the temperature was 85 degrees which led to the death of 9-month-old Jessica Scovil.

Which leads me to ask the question that I’ve asked on other sites but not this one. How does somebody forget a child in a car?

This just in from CNN about Khalid Adem, the dad accused of mutilating one of his daughters so as not to bring “shame” on his family. The bastard is guilty, guilty, guilty. Adem could get up to 40 years in prison for the assault. The dad has been insisting that he never did it, and that he considers the custom from his native Ethiopia abhorrent. The jury, it seems, has concluded that he’s full of shit.

Once again, it’s too bad the US legal system doesn’t support punishment in kind. Looks like we’ll have to settle for a lifelong jail term on this one.

Jesus fucking Christmas CHRIST!! What is UP with you fucked-up parents and your attempts at forced abortion?! It wasn’t bad enough, apparently, that a Maine couple attempted to abduct their 19-year-old and drag her into an abortion clinic against her will. Nooooo. 44-year-old Rozelletta B. Blackshire of Columbus, Georgia had to go this one better by attempting to kill her 16-year-old daughter’s baby through oral injection of turpentine. The teen’s cousins, Shonda Y. Blackshire and Monica M. Johnson – both in their mid-20s, more than old enough to decide on their own that Mama Blackshire was a stark raving psychopath – decided to force-feed the poison to the girl after she was reportedly raped.

That’s exactly what a teen needs after being assaulted by a stranger or acquaintance: to be assaulted by her own family.

The good news: the teen doesn’t appear to have been irreparably harmed by the second assault (at least, physically). And there is no medical evidence that drinking turpentine can induce abortion. Indeed, if this brain trust had done even a smattering of research, they would have discovered that women have attempted to use turpentine as an abortive agent…by douching with it, or administering it via intrauterine injection. The usual result? The death of the baby. And the mom.

I need a drink. Actually, just give me a bottle of Everclear and come scoop me off the sidewalk in the morning.
