Ohio Dad Put Daughter in Dryer and Turned It On, Police Say:

Steve McClairin of Ohio is accused of putting his 7-year-old daughter in the clothes dryer and turning it on/ He allegedly did this multiple times. The girl has a condition that stunts her growth.

‘They’ should put this gut in one of those giant dryers at the laundromat with some cinder blocks, rusty nails and broken glass.

Flee without the baby…

MrsCatbert2You

I don’t have a name or a picture for this one… but Thanks LADYJADE for the tip!
Read It Here

A 17 year old mother (to use the term lightly) was detained at a Wal Mart in Ohio on suspicion of shop lifting.  She gave authorities two different false names and two different birth dates.  She was cuffed behind her back and when she slipped away and fled WITHOUT her 8 week old baby!

She was attempting to steal $59 worth of children’s clothing.  She has now turned herself in; after a family meeting.  She is being detained for probation violation.  Charges of child abandonment and shop lifting are to be added.

I read two articles and one said the baby has been released to family – the other said authorities were trying to determine if family could take custody of the child.

Nurse charged with locking handicapped daughter in room

bonnieallenWoman Accused Of Locking Disabled Daughter In Bedroom:

Cops: Mom Locked Up Daughter, Left Her Home Alone:

Cops: Handicapped child locked in room:

The lady with the melty face who looks like a Disney villainess is 46-year-old Bonnie Allen of Cincinnati, Ohio. She’s accused of locking her 11-year-old handicapped daughter in a room with no food or water or any bathroom facilities while Allen was not home. Police were called by Allen’s other and older daughter whose age I was unable to find.

Alllen’s lawyer claims that Allen is a nurse who works 40 hours a week who says that there should have been a caregiver looking after the girl. No word if the alleged caregivers name was Zenaida.

A different rat story

Trench Reynolds

Three ‘let rats chew toes off baby’:

A lot of people sent me this story but I went with the Australian article not only because it had more information but also because the way they put it in their first paragraph.

Three people have been accused of endangering a child after rats bit a six-week-old girl and chewed off her toes at their cluttered US caravan home.

I’m not coming down on the Australian lingo I’m just fascinated with the way other countries phrase things even though we’re technically speaking the same language. They almost make it sound like the home was just slightly dusty.

Luckily I’m fluent in the Queen’s English. While a caravan can mean what we in The States call a camper it can also mean, which it does in this case, my favorite form of domicile, the trailer.

Anyway in American a six-week-old child that lived in a filthy trailer had her toes chewed off one of her feet by rats. Police were called to the trailer in Columbus, Ohio after they received an anonymous tip.

A married couple that lived in the trailer Joseph Gunter, 33, and Tina Gunter, 29 have been charged with endangering the welfare of a child as has the baby’s mother’s boyfriend, 18-year-old Todd Trent. The baby’s mother is said to be a juvenile and it’s unknown if she’s been charged.

The only thing missing from this story is meth.

Thanks to Matt, Becca and Astrobeck (possibly the best screen name ever).

Cleveland woman leaves toddler home alone with empty feeding tube

Trench Reynolds

Cleveland mother arrested after leaving 2-year-old home alone:

28-year-old Valencia Davis of Cleveland, Ohio was arrested on child endangerment charges. Davis has a 2-year-old daughter who has cerebral palsy and requires a feeding tube. Davis is accused of leaving the girl home alone hooked up to an empty feeding tube.

The girl’s father has a restraining order against him barring him from the house but was concerned for the child’s safety and went inside anyway.

Officers found the 2-year-old unresponsive, with dried mucus on her face, and living in filthy conditions, the report said. Officers searched the house and did not find any food, except for cereal strewn on the floor.

And now for the best part. Davis arrived home while everyone was waiting for the paramedics and yelled at the baby daddy for calling police. Davis claims that she’s the victim and that there was nothing wrong of leaving the girl home alone.

The ignorance of some of these Breeders never ceases to amaze me.

However I am installing a new feature here at PBB that I’ve used at other sites. Direct from the PBB Department of Poetic Justice give a big hand for What ‘They’ Should Do.

What ‘They’ Should Do: ‘They should starve Davis and keep a nice big all you can eat buffet just out of reach of her grubby paws.

Ohio man high on drugs tries to put boy in oven

Trench Reynolds

Outrageous: Euclid Dad Accused Of Putting Baby Boy In Oven Pleads Not Guilty:

Ohio Man Accused of Trying to Put Infant Son in Oven:

30-year-old Sammy G. Hunter Jr. of Euclid, Ohio was arrested for trying to put his 28-day-old son in a hot oven. It seems that Hunter was high on ‘wet’ when he tried to broil the boy. ‘Wet’ means he was smoking a joint that had been dipped in some kind of chemical like formaldehyde or PCP. Yes, people are actually stupid enough to do that.

The baby’s mother prevented Hunter from cooking the boy but that didn’t stop Hunter from trying to start a natural gas fire in the house. He also is accused of assaulting firefighters who were called to the house.

He’s pleaded not guilty to the charges against him and his being held on $500K bail. He was already awaiting trial on other charges of robbery and bribery.

Toddler strapped to toilet

Trench Reynolds

Toddler allegedly strapped to toilet, mother arrested:

Police in Springfield, Ohio arrested 23-year-old Heather A. Flaker on child abuse charges among others.

One of her relatives called police after her 5-year-old son running in the street by himself. When police took the boy home the door was open and they found her two-year-old daughter strapped to the toilet. Both were bleeding and had evidence of prior abuse.

This is one of those Whiskey Tango Foxtrot stories since I can’t wrap my head around this one as to why any one, even demented child abusing scum, would strap a child to a toilet.

Police are also searching for Marcus A. January in this case. No word if he’s the baby daddy or just a penis.

Child dies of cancer but dog gets flea dip

Trench Reynolds

Parents Charged With Ignoring Cancer-Stricken Son’s Pleas for Treatment:

The parents of 8-year-old Willie Robinson of Cleveland, Ohio have been indicted on involuntary manslaughter charges in Willie’s March 2008 death.

It seems that Willie had Hodgkin’s lymphoma which is one of if not the most treatable form of cancer. Willie begged his Breeders, William Robinson Sr. and Monica Hussing, to take him to a doctor but they refused.

They claim they didn’t have the money to take him to a doctor but had no problems spending $87 to get their dog a flea dip. Guess what kind of dog it was. That’s right, a pit bull. And people wonder why I think that mostly trashy people own pit bulls.

Think about that for a second. These lowlifes cared more for a pit bull than they did their own cancer stricken son.

Ohio woman charged with squeezing infant to death

Trench Reynolds

Prosecutor: Mom Squeezed Daughter, Causing Death:

25-year-old Samantha A. Smith of Milford, Ohio has been arrested in the death of her 11-day-old daughter. The girl died on Dec. 20th of last year. Authorities say that Smith admitted to squeezing the baby because she was constipated which caused the baby’s intestine to rupture. What the hell? If that was really her motivation babies aren’t Play Doh toys for God’s sake.

There was evidence of other abuse too. Neighbor’s claimed that the baby had bruises on it’s face like someone had pinched the baby’s cheek to the point of contusions. Smith also canceled a doctor’s appointment for the baby three days before her death. Police believe that was to cover up the abuse.

also arrested was Smith’s boyfriend 26-year-old John D. Foster. Both have been charged with manslaughter and child endangerment.

Woman charged with breast feeding while driving

Trench Reynolds

Breast-feeding, cell-using driver charged:

39-year-old Genine Compton of Ohio was charged with child endangerment for breast feeding her child and talking on her cell phone at the same time while driving. How is that possible without having three arms?

When police tracked her down she said she didn’t want to let her child go hungry. So I guess feeding your child can’t wait until you can do it safely? She should consider herself very lucky that she didn’t have an accident as the airbag would have surely killed the child.

Woman drives drunk, wrong way up Interstate with son in car

Trench Reynolds

Police: Wrong-Way Driver Was Drunk, With Toddler:

23-year-old Lindsey Thompson of Columbus, Ohio was arrested in Delaware, Ohio after driving the wrong way down I-71 after New Year’s Eve. She drove for 10-miles down I-71 the wrong way before being stopped by police. She was at least twice over the legal limit and was so drunk she couldn’t even take the field sobriety test.

She claimed that the reason she was driving the wrong way was partying in west Columbus and thought she was still in that part of town. Police also found cocaine in her car. And oh yeah police also found her 21-month-old son in the car.

Which leads me to wonder where her toddler son was while she was partying.

Luckily the child was unhurt and has been placed into the custody of Children Services.

Ohio kids chained like dogs

Trench Reynolds

Children Found Chained Outside In Bellaire:

35-year-old Dimitrios Kriaris of Bellaire, Ohio was arrested last week on child abuse charges.

Neighbors called police after seeing his two kids, ages 3 years and 22 months, were in the backyard attached to a dog chain that was anchored by a car tire in a shopping cart. The weather last week in Bellaire was in the 30’s.

Police also found several bottles of drugs that appeared to be getting ready to be sold on the street. Not surprisingly Kriaris has had other drug offenses.

Ok, people who treat their dogs like kids is fine. People who threat their kids like dog isn’t.

The Trench Reynolds Department of Poetic Justice recommends that this assclown should be kept naked in an outdoor cell chained to an anvil with a very short chain. Maybe throw in a crack addicted pitbull in there too.

Foster mother guilty of murdering her 3-year old developmentally disabled boy

Joel

Liz Carroll30 year old foster mother, Liz Carroll, made plans to leave her 3-year old developmentally disabled boy alone, while she attends an out of state weekend family reunion with her husband David and their live-in companion Amy Baker. In a seriously major lapse of judgment they decided it best to wrap him in a blanket, bind him with packing tape and shove him in a closet.

The boy died that weekend.

070221_fostertrial_vmed2pwidec1.jpgIn a desperate attempt to hide their mistakes, David Carroll, accompanied by Amy Baker, burned the body and proceeded to dump his remains into the Ohio River.

Amy Baker is not being charged in exchange for her testimony.

David Carroll is to be tried separately next month.

Though Liz Carroll was not convicted of murder, she has been convicted on seven counts including involuntary manslaughter, kidnapping, felonious assault and three counts of child endangerment by the Clermont County jury. She is currently being tried separately for a murder charge.

I only wish their cases were tried in Texas.

Thanks to Eric for alerting me of this.
