Man Jailed for Child Abuse Walks Away from Workhouse

I’m not going to go into all of the details about this one again, but you can read the original article here. The basic gist of things is the animal you see above abused his girlfriend’s son. He beat him with a belt and an extension cord and burned him with an iron. The incubator participated in the abuse, and also turned on an oven that the child had hidden in to get away from the abuse.

It seems that William Tajahn Hurley, 23, has no more self control now than he did then. In June he was found guilty of malicious punishment of a child, and sentenced to 180 days in jail. As far as I’m concerned, that sentence was way too lenient to begin with, but apparently Hurley thought otherwise. On Wednesday, he walked away from the workhouse and didn’t return. He hasn’t served even half his sentence, and he’s disappeared. I hope when they find him, he gets more time tacked on for escape.

The incubator in this case has still not been sentenced. She’ll probably get even less time than he did. What a poor example of our justice system at work, folks…..

Unresponsive 2-month old dies………for any newbies here who may not be familiar with the term “unresponsive”, that word is abusive buttmunch lingo for “I beat my kid to death, and I want you to fix it, please.”

The two faces you see above are Alfonso Contreras Jr., 24, and his babymama, Ashley Nicole Massey, 20. They have been arrested for the death of their 2 month old daughter, Elena. The sperm donor faces a capital murder charge in the death, but the mother may only be charged with injury to a child by omission.. What did she ‘omit’, I wonder……her brain??? her humanity???? More on that later.

The doctors at the hospital who examined the baby said that her injuries were from either being stomped on, or held by the ankles and slammed into a wall. Elena had six skull fractures, a crushed liver, and both kidneys were shattered. How in the devil can anyone do that to ANY baby – especially their own? The baby’s insides were mush, and Jr. was watching her when it happened. Or stomping her. Whichever.

Alfie was babystomping….oops, I meant BABYSITTING the children (they also have a 1 year old, who is in foster care and reportedly fine) while the egg donor worked. He reportedly called her at work on Friday to tell her that Elena would not wake up. He claimed that he patted her on the back (with his foot?!?), and hit her bottom (against a wall?), to try and rouse her. He said she eventually came around. When Massey got home from work at 10:30 pm Sunday night (we’ll get to the time gap later, trust me), Elena was sleeping. Massey said Jr. wanted Elena to sleep in their bed with them because she was not breathing well (I’ve heard that getting the crap stomped out of you can have that effect), and Massey agreed.

Less than 3 hours later Massey noticed that Elena was not breathing, and called 911. The couple then started CPR – but the baby died later at the hospital. I’m betting Jr. is going to try to blame the baby’s horrible injuries on the attempted CPR. Any takers? Anyone? I thought not…..moving on….

Back to the time difference…..Alfie called babymama on Friday night (while she was at work) and the next time frame we hear from her is Sunday evening???? Where does she work? In Alaska? On her back? On the boulevard? All three? My head spins….If I got a call saying my baby would not wake up, I’d have broken the sound barrier to get to her, and she’d have been in the ER quick enough to make you dizzy…..But this incubator waits two days to have the baby seen by the doctor. Where was she for all of that time in between??

I already mentioned capital murder charges for Contreras, and the ‘omission’ charge for the absentee mom – he is being held on $500,000.00 bond, and she’s being held on $250,000.00 bond. Since they reside in a trailer, I don’t see a bail-bondsman taking their home as collateral for the bond, so maybe they’ll actually stay put for a while. I think Massey needs capital charges too, but since I’m not the prosecutor, I probably won’t be asked by anyone in a position to make that happen. Sighhhhh….

Adoptive Parents Accused Of Torturing Children 

Couple charged in brutal child abuse case 

 49-year-old Dwayne Hardy of Altamonte Springs, FL and his wife, 46-year-old Pamela Hardy are evil.  I don’t know what else to call adoptive parents that torture their children – 2 children that were removed from their biological parents because they were abusive.

I will try to squeeze in as much detail as I can without blowing a fucking fuse.  I was thoroughly pissed when I read this shit.  You can read the arrest report here.  It includes details that I can’t stomach to post here.   Why on God’s green Earth would anyone adopt a child just to torture them?  These people raised 4 children of their own before they made the decision to adopt.  You would think adopting abused children means you want to love them and give them a better life – I guess the thought never occurred to the Hardys.

An anonymous phone call was made to a hotline claiming that the Hardy’s children were eating out of a trashcan as a result of Mr. and Mrs. Hardy withholding food.  You’d think that they had to be mighty hungry to resort to picking through trash for a meal.  Praise Jeebus for the tipster – there was so much more horror going on in that home besides the kids missing meals.  DCF investigators found the children to have been physically abused as well.  The 6-year-old girl told investigators that    ”she receives spankings on her buttocks with a paddle called ‘The Law.’ She said that sometimes while being spanked she starts to bleed.”   Damn… What the fuck.  Her 9-year-old (biological) brother told investigators that he had been hit in the head with a belt by his “father” and that his “mother” once beat him 55 times with “The Law” and that he bled as a result of the beating.  The girl told investigators that she was often made to miss meals because she was “being greedy” is she asked for more food.  The boy alleges that he would be refused meals over several days for sneaking food.  The Hardy’s also “allegedly” imposed intense exercise as a form of punishment.

A medical examination of both children confirmed that the children had injuries consistent with the allegations.  The children have since been returned to the foster home that they were adopted from in February.  I’m hoping it’s a safe and loving environment.  They’re gonna need all of the hugs and kisses they can get.

The Hardy’s were arrested and released on $7,100 bond (each).  I’m not sure why these monsters were even given the option of posting bond.  They don’t even deserve to share our oxygen.  The only thing that they deserve is a sound whoopin’ with “The Law” and a bullet behind the ear.

WHY can I not find pictures of these warped animals? If I find one I’ll post it – I’m hoping he gets killed in jail, and I can post a morgue photo or one from his obit. I am so pissed off I can’t see straight right now. This is one of those times when I would happily choke the life out of an individual myself, with a smile on my face and a song in my heart.

Ivan J. Belardo, 37, was arrested for abusing his girlfriend’s babies (twins), and I have a few choice words for her as well, but I’ll get back to that later. Ivan claims he was looking for diapers so he could change the boys, when one of them walked up to him and hit him in the groin with a bicycle tire pump. Ivan claimed that the blow caused his penis to bleed, and he “lost control”. How did he lose control, you ask? He grabbed the tire pump and beat the living hell out of BOTH of the babies! Did I mention that the boys are only 22 months old? I have several things to say about the few facts I’ve already shared, but WAIT! There’s more! Both babies were beaten so severely that they had massive bruising on their groins, and one was bleeding from the penis. And did I mention the prick responsible had been doing heroin all day? No? Yes. He had.

I will go through my list of complaints against this man and my disbelief for his story one line at a time, so bear with me, please.

First he said one of them hit him so hard his cock bled. I sincerely doubt that, since having had six of my own, I have serious doubts that a 22 month old could strike a grown man hard enough to cause bleeding – even if he did use a bicycle pump. Children that age simply don’t have the upper body strength necessary to inflict that type of damage. Unless, of course, the little boy was playing with the pump on the roof of a two story building, and fell off, using Ivan’s dick to break his fall. Even then, any reasonable adult would see that it was an accident, and crawl away to soothe their hurt nads. Ivan, on the other hand, told authorities that the boy ‘looked like he meant to do it’. So, now Ivan can determine intent of a 2 year old from the way he looks? OK. Moving on….

Secondly, one child hits him, and he beats both of them? WHAT? Was he doing preemptive punishment on the innocent one, or did the twins run and he couldn’t tell them apart and so decided to beat both of them to ensure that the right one was punished? Or maybe…..the little boys ganged up on him……. Yeah, I bet that was it. The babies got together, planned the assault, carried it out, and were high-fiving each other when butt-munch came to exact revenge. Because we all know how these little babies can be. Vicious, evil, plotting babies.

Third – I’m not even a man, but I know that hitting a man in the groin will usually completely incapacitate him (especially if you hit him hard enough to make him bleed). I’ve only done that intentionally once in my life, and that was to get a guy off of me. It worked. By the time he recovered enough to walk, he had had time to reconsider his attempted assault, and walked away (and I didn’t even make HIM bleed, just curl up and cry). Smart guy. So the “I lost control” excuse doesn’t work for me either. By the time he recovered enough to go after the boys, he should have had enough time to realize that beating two toddlers with a tire pump was a bad idea. Not to mention that with the degree of pain a ball shot causes, no man should ever want to do that to another man, let alone a child. I hope they at least made this sperm spewer sterile with their shot – if it happened, which as I said already, I doubt sincerely.

Fourth – Did he not realize how hard he was hitting the children – or where? Of course he did! He had to have seen the damage he was doing, but he just kept on. Those babies had to be screaming! I hope to all heaven that somebody in lockup makes him scream louder and longer than he made those babies scream.

Fifth – why in the name of Satan’s underwear was this guy doing heroin when he was supposed to be responsible for two small children? Which leads me to my choice words for the mom….why the freak would any mother in her right mind leave two helpless babies with a known drug user? And no, I don’t believe that she didn’t know about it. If he had been doing it all day that day, then you know he sure as hell had done it before. You don’t go from clean (not a drug user at all) to doing heroin all day long one day. It doesn’t happen.

At least there’s one intelligent person in this whole saga….the judge set bail at $500,000.00. Way to go judge! I hope Ivan’s cellies take $500,000.00 worth of hide off his arse while he’s in there, too. I think the guy needs to have his groin beat until his thing falls off, and the woman should have the crap slapped out of her too. I can’t write any more.

The sorry looking individual you see above is Courtney Tressler. This 25-year old birth vessel from Indiana starved her four year old son to death. But that’s not even the worst of it….her son was already physically and mentally handicapped from a beating given to him by his father when he was 2 months old. Yes, my friends, the beating by the father did not kill the baby, and it took the little witch 4 more years to finish the job. She chose one of the most painful ways to kill him, too. Starvation is a horrible way to die.

Her son, Payton Ettinger, weighed only 12 pounds when he died. When the boy was a year old, he weighed more than 16 pounds. You wouldn’t think that losing a pound a year was all that much of a loss, but you have to remember that this child should have grown more than a foot in height during those same three years. I have a 4 year old son. He weighs almost 40 pounds. He’s not fat, and he’s not particularly tall. He’s an average sized 4 year old. I can’t even imagine what he would look like if he weighed only one third of his current weight – nor do I want to imagine it. I would, however, like to see what Courtney would look like at one third of HER current weight. I hope she finds out what starvation feels like when she gets to the girls dorm at Camp Incarceration. I hope that the only thing the boss of the ward allows her to eat while she’s there is….well, you know what women like….

So, the sperm donor beat this poor child so badly that he’s been confined to a crib since then (for which he’s only serving 5 years, I think), and then the egg donor denies him one of the basic necessities of life. Now he’s dead.

The pathologist found that Payton had no food in his stomach or intestines when he died. His skin was stretched so tightly over his face that you could see the bones underneath. He had no fat on his body, and was suffering from “profound malnutrition”. I hear that’ll happen when you don’t feed your kid for a while – or ever. As shown in the lovely photo provided by law enforcement, SHE doesn’t appear to have missed many meals. Let’s hope that changes real soon.

Cuntney has already trotted out a few excuses for why her son hadn’t been to a doctor. Among those reasons are that she could not afford to take him to the doctor (but she took herself TWO times during the week her son starved to death). She also said she had applied for medicaid for her son TWICE, but the police say that’s a lie too.

Did I mention that this worthless excuse for a human has also remarried? The husband hasn’t been charged with anything yet, but I sincerely hope that changes. If he was living in the same house he should have seen what bad shape the child was in and reported the abuse. Instead, he is defending his coochie, saying that everybody is out to get his wife, and that she has done nothing wrong. Ummmmm……yeeeeeeah …….except starve her son to death. That’s all. Greg Tressler says his wife is completely innocent of all charges, and that she has been ‘traumatized’ by the allegations that she killed her son. Traumatized? TRAUMATIZED?!?! What the devil did she think her son was feeling as he slowly starved to death? Warm fuzzy thoughts? He’s a damn sight more traumatized than that witch will likely ever be. You can’t get more traumatized than DEAD. Greg also claims that this whole thing is just some kind of big misunderstanding. Hey, Greg…..a misunderstanding is when you buy Iceberg lettuce when your wife asked for romaine. Or when you ask for a Bud, but your wife hears spud, and brings you a bag of chips. Letting a four year old child die of starvation is not a misunderstanding – it is murder. I understand completely. The skanky ho was tired of the drain on her time and energy, and decided to get rid of him. I hope as part of her sentence, she has to have her ovaries removed. Without anesthetic.

Rose Marie Johnson has been arrested and charged with child molestation. That’s all she’s being charged with, because the statute of limitations has run out on all of the other disgusting things she did with six children. I actually hesitated to write this story, because it doesn’t say that the kids were HER grandkids, or that an actual parent of the victims was involved, but I will make enough connections (even if only in my own mind) to make it a story worthy of BB.

For starters, she is in fact, a grandmother; and that makes her a mother as well. Hence the ‘parent’ part. Second, the children claimed they were forced to perform incestuous acts on each other, which means that one or more were related. I’m willing to go that extra little bit, and suggest that the only way a grandmother had six siblings staying with her would be if they were her grandkids. Again, that is strictly speculation on my part, and if it turns out not to be the case, I’ll rectify the error in this article.

On to the charges…..this hideous old bag has been charged with three counts of first degree child molestation. But that’s allegedly not ALL she did to these kids. If they refused to obey her, she would make them ingest their own feces and urine. The forced incestuous contact between the kids was also used as a form of punishment, and she began making the children ‘perform’ for her when they were as young as four years old.

Another horrendous aspect of this case is that she was reported to the authorities by one of the children in 2008. THAT’S TWO FREAKIN’ YEARS AGO!!!!!!! The police could not find enough evidence to charge her at that time, so she was allowed to not only remain free, but also continue ‘watching’ children. And abusing them. According to one of the reports the children actually lived with her, which just reinforces my belief that they were related to her. I need to go vomit now……

OK, I’ve brushed my teeth to remove the sour taste, so I’ll continue. The child who reported the abuse in ’08 was a boy, but his charges of physical and sexual abuse could not be proven.

I have several bones to pick on this one…..first, who in Blue Hades thought it would be a good idea to leave children with her after the first accusations were made? Second, WHY was she not (at the very least) monitored by CPS after the claims were made? Third, who in their right mind would leave their kids in the care of someone who has already been accused of such a thing? The parents of these children should also be brought up on charges of neglect. If they had done their jobs, these children should not have been left anywhere NEAR this slimy sack of worm vomit.

I am so completely disgusted by this case that I couldn’t even manage to come up with one of my trademark witticisms. I sincerely hope this wrinkled wart on the ass of humanity is put in a cell with some others who know what she’s done. And I hope they revisit her actions with her as the target. In spades. I need to puke again….

Our subjects today are Clinton Hart and Marina Navarro, both 21 years old…..it seems these two are less than civil. As a matter of fact, it would seem that they are less than HUMAN.

4-year old Vanessa Hart was beaten to death by her sperm donor’s crack snack (Navarro). With the help of the sperm donor (Hart). This murder is particularly atrocious, due to the extent of damage done to the child. The pediatrician who examined Vanessa at the hospital characterized the injuries as “the worst….I’ve seen outside of fatal motor vehicle accidents.” The little girl’s stomach was crushed against her spine to the point that blood vessels had been torn away from the colon. Part of the pancreas was also crushed, and the juncture of the small intestine and stomach was ruptured. Also discovered was extensive swelling of the brain along with cranial hemorrhaging caused by shaking and a blow to the head. All of this happened from a fall down the stairs, apparently. No….not really. Didn’t you read the first line of this paragraph? She was beaten to death.

The stairs are, as usual, simply a convenient (albeit unbelievable) scapegoat. The same pediatrician mentioned above stated that chances of these injuries being caused by accidental means are “as close to zero as you can get.” I guess Hart and his heartless witch will need to come up with another story. Which I’m sure they will. Perhaps they’ll try to blame the bathtub next. Or maybe little Vanessa’s sibling. Yup, she has a younger brother. According to a nephew of Hart’s who also lived in the home, Navarro rarely let either of the small children out of the basement bedroom that he referred to as the ‘dungeon’. Hmmm….dungeon and wicked stepmother….does anybody see a pattern here? Could this be a fairy tale? Unfortunately not. It may be a nightmare, but its no fairy tale.

Navarro (apparently preggo with Hart’s replacement child), has been charged with aggravated murder. In the state of Utah, this could get her the death penalty. I’m keeping my fingers crossed on that one. Hart was at work when the fatal beating occurred, but has abused the girl in the past, sources say. And he knew Navarro was abusing his daughter. I hope they try him for murder as well. And fry them in the same chair. No need to waste any extra electricity on either of these two monsters. I think we should just strip a lamp cord, place the stripped end into a puddle of water, make the two murderers stand in the puddle barefoot, and plug the cord into a wall outlet. Simple yet effective.

Just to show you all how extremely idiotic the sperm donor is, try this on for size……he claims that some of the bruising was caused when the child “ran into his fingers”, or was accidentally bruised when he was tickling her. What in the name of Satan’s underwear was he tickling her with? A freakin’ ANVIL???? And if the child had run into anyone’s fingers with enough force to cause bruises on her, I’d be willing to bet that the fingers in question would also be broken. Just sayin’…..

Just because I always wonder about these things…..I wonder where the bio mother was…..and where is she now?

Update: One of our readers (Manda) sent in a link which is posted in the comments thread, and also here. It answered my questions about the mother. Apparently jag-off took the children for a ‘weekend visit’ and promptly disappeared. Probably to avoid child support payments. Or maybe just for meanness – who knows? Jag-off and his pube-pet then lit out for parts unknown, and the bio mom had not seen either of them in over a year. Unfortunately, her first glimpse of her precious girl in almost 18 months was also one of the last glimpses she had of her daughter alive. The baby died shortly after the mom arrived at the hospital. If there’s any justice in the world, Hart and Navarro will both be dead long before their trials – at the hands of some inmate who finds out what they did to this sweet baby.

Dad busted for child abuse again

On to the story…..It seems Shane Bock is not very bright. He apparently didn’t learn anything from his first arrest for child abuse and neglect, because he has repeated the cycle. So , in addition to being a loser abuser, he is also a repeat offender. And all in less than a year, folks! He may not be very smart, but at least he’s tenacious, huh?

Shane, 26, lives in Salt Lake City – apparently with a 3-year old son and an 8-month old daughter. The usual filth, feces, and general nastiness were present, along with a bong (and some maryjane to fill it) on the end table next to the couch.

Police were called by a neighbor when the little boy was seen throwing some kind of powder out the door, and eating some of it as well. No word yet on what the powder was….. but if there was pot within reach of the children, it wouldn’t surprise me if there were worse drugs present as well. The boy was running around naked while the sperm donor slept inside, and police had to knock for several minutes before Bock answered the door. When police entered the domicile, they found it “unfit for children”. There was very little edible food since most of it was strewn over the floor, along with piles of garbage.

The preceding arrest occurred in January, when the living conditions were just as bad….maybe worse. When authorities arrived that time (for a noise complaint), the boy was found locked in a room naked from the waist down and covered in his own waste. Police also found feces (old and new) on the wall, floor, door and television. Wow….I know most programs these days are pretty crappy, but to have to look at actual CRAP while watching TV is a bit much, dontcha think? Not to mention the odor…… I imagine the house smelled pretty putrid.

I have a couple of questions – maybe some of our readers could answer them for me? First, if the house was that nasty, how in the devil did they manage to keep from retching long enough to create even ONE child, let alone two? Second, if the first arrest happened in January, and the baby girl is 8 months old now – was she brought home from the hospital to such filth, or was the egg donor still gestating when the first arrest occurred? And third…..WHY IN BLUE BLAZES WAS THE FEMALE BREEDER NOT ARRESTED TOO?????? If she was living in the house, then she is as guilty of neglect as Shane is.

This story has so many levels of f-ed up I’ve lost count. The parents (both of them) are sorry. The CPS did not follow up properly (obviously), the children were basically left to fend for themselves in filth while the ‘father’ slept off his latest high, and the ‘mother’ was not even home. Where was she? Out getting more bong filler?

I am sick to my stomach now – just reading and writing about that filth has made me ill.

The two lovely, er, fugly, mugs above belong to Bertha Mae Savoy, 72, and her nephew, Duane Patrick James, 38. The two live next door to one another in Orcutt, and apparently run houses of horror – and it’s not even Halloween yet! Somebody needs to tell Bertha to wait a couple more months before scaring the neighbors with that mask.

Bertha is a foster monster. She is allegedly one of those who take in other people’s children for the express purpose of abusing them. She recently had four children, ages 10-16, removed from her care. Lack of care would be a more appropriate description. The children said that good old Bertha regularly denied them food and shelter, and would also beat them with plastic coat hangers. Mommy Dearest, anyone?

Then, when the witch wasn’t feeling up to beating the kids herself, she would call Duane over and have him take over. Duane would ‘punish’ them, and threaten to kill them and bury their bodies if they were not obedient. It seems that Duane stayed in top form by regularly beating two of the four kids who lived in his own home. The children removed from his home ranged in age from 8 to 17. The article stated that the children were ‘non-foster’ kids, but I’m not sure if that means they were his bio-kids, or maybe they belonged to a girlfriend. The article also doesn’t say what form the abuse took at Duane’s house.

Both of these blights on society have been released on bail, and Bertha has since been charged with two counts of dissuading a witness. My guess is she threatened a couple of the kids after she was released. I want to know how in Satan’s armpit she was able to get CLOSE enough to them to threaten them? They were removed from her custody…..what…. did child services grant the putrid pestilence visitation with the kids she was arrested for abusing? My brain hurts.

When the authorities expanded their investigation, they found three more children (former foster kids of Savoy) who also related tales of abuse. That makes a total of nine kids (so far) who were abused at the hands of these two eejits. May they get as much as they gave when they go to jail….hopefully for a very long time.

21-year-old Jonathan Douglas Richardson of Smithfield, NC has been arrested in the torturing of his girlfriend’s 4-year-old daughter.

He took the girl to the hospital Friday night claiming that the girl had “fallen out of bed”. Like I’m sure they haven’t heard that before. The girl had severe head trauma, cuts and bruises all over her body and evidence of sexual abuse. Polic e in Johnston County are saying it’s the worse case of child abuse they’ve ever seen.

I’m sure you’re asking where was the mother. She was in New Mexico training for the Army Reserves. So while she was training to defend our country Richardson was allegedly torturing her daughter.

Then again she had only known Richardson for 6 months and the baby daddy is in jail on drug trafficking charges. Richardson himself has a previous record for assaulting a female.

The living conditions weren’t so great either as they were living in a barn owned by Richardsons’ grandparents that only had an air mattress and no running water.

While the ultimate responsibility of what happened to this girl lies with Richardson, some mothers do need to find better boyfriends.
