Bad Breeders

Parenting so bad, it's criminal

She fostered, then adopted, five sisters…

Are you kidding me?  Jessica Banks’ will be serving two consecutive life sentences for abusing her foster/adopted girls.  She kept them locked in a secret room (damn all these secret rooms cropping up) off of the garage.

The girls were deprived of food and beaten daily.  They were removed from their biological parents due to abuse… then abused by Satan’s spawn and now are back in the foster care system.

I wonder what chance these girls have?!? … the 12 year old’s letter to Banks is heart breaking.

  1. It’s a good thing this witch worships Satan…..at least she’ll already know someone when she gets to Hell. Which I hope is pretty soon. 👿

  3. I was going to bring up that she forced the girls to worship Satan and participate in Satanic rituals. 😯

One girl mentioned praying to God to let her die in her sleep. Glad she was praying to God and not who that … person kept trying to get them to pray too.

  5. I love her lawyer:

Curtis showed an album of family photographs, which he and Banks said proved the girls had a normal family life. He acknowledged that the evidence indicates abuse occurred, but said the girls did have a loving family at times.

Foster care agencies should have been more cautious about allowing an older woman on a fixed income to adopt five young children, he said.

“The question is not to bring in social services and point fingers, but how was it these girls came under her care to begin with? Who else is responsible?” Curtis said. “This is not some predator. She was sanctioned by this county and government. It’s arguable she was abandoned by the same system.”

In other words, “My client is innocent! And if she’s guilty, it still isn’t her fault!” He’s trying to have it both ways– I bet the judge LOVED that.

The EVIL GOVERNMENT shouldn’t have let Banks adopt. But that doesn’t justify her actions, and those girls sure as shit deserved more than a family that was loving “at times”.

  7. I love the lawyer too, but not in a sarcastic way.

Never forget the reason that you have defense lawyers – it’s so that when a Real Piece Of Work like this goes to jail they STAY in jail.

If the RPOW doesn’t get a real advocate then they have an avenue of appeal – but if the RPOW has their day in court, has a professional lawyer honestly make the arguments that need to be made against the evidence or in favor of leniency, and the judge and jury STILL decide that they’re evil evil evil and going to be made to die in jail – then that is a good day’s work.

This defense lawyer did a good job. One that I sure wouldn’t want to have to do.

  9. Please understand that not all foster or adoptive parents are like this horrible creature. And, we do undergo background checks, fingerprinting, etc. We have to take training classes and continue education. But, if a monster hasn’t yet been discovered, the background checks won’t show anything. I know there are sick people who go into foster care for no other reason than easy access to damaged children.

My heart breaks for these children. I pray they can overcome the years of abuse and neglect and become functional members of society without horrific nightmares.

  11. I couln’t even read the entire story. All I could think is that I lived thru such a wonderful childhood, picture perfect almost. My husband too and we try to give that life to our kids as much as possible, then when you see this you are just floored. How sad that these kids don’t know the full exent of joy of what being a child is. How dare these people take that from them, it is just not fair. Such a crazy world we live in.

  13. Kathy, as a child who was abused in a number of awful foster homes, I just wanted to say thank you for being one of the good ones. I had one good placement and I will remember it for the rest of my life. I guess I just wanted you to know that your kindness didn’t go unnoticed or unappreciated.
