Facebook is the new Craigslist

Mother tries to sell children on Facebook

A mugshot of US mother-of-two Misty VanHorn.(Sallisaw Police)

Misty VanHorn. Sounds like a stripper, but doesn’t look like one.

One of the joys of living in the Merry Old Land of Oz is that no one uses Craigslist. They do have a Craigslist AU but no one uses it. We have this thing called Gumtree which works the same way but doesn’t seem to attract the freaks that Craigslist does.

Anyway, this debarcle didn’t happen on Craigslist or Gumtree. It happened on Facebook. Misty VanHorn (22) of Oklahoma, was arrested over the weekend for trying to sell her two kids online. Now why would she do that? Were they annoying her? She didn’t have enough money to feed them? Close, but no banana. She didn’t have enough money, alright. She didn’t have enough money to pay her boyfriend’s BAIL! So instead of hocking some jewellery, selling the car or her iPhone or even selling her nasty arse to desperate Johns, she took to Facebook to scrape up some dosh by selling her children. She repeatedly offered her 10 month old daughter for $970 or a package deal with her son for $3890. She was in the middle of discussing the sale with a woman from Fort Smith in Arkansas when she was arrested. Her message to this woman read “Just come to Sallisaw, it’s only 30 mins away and I’ll give you all of her stuff and let y’all have her forever for $1000”. I can just hear the hick twang. Because Misty tried to sell her daughter to someone out of state, she may be facing federal charges.

Luckily the kids weren’t harmed, and now they’re in the care of human services. Depending on what the penis did to get into jail in the first place, she would’ve been better to let him sit there and think about what he’s done.

Nasty foul dog turd baby raper Christopher Bour

When Malevolent April sent this tip to me, I thought this would be just your standard “Selling baby online” schtick. When I read the article, it made my skin crawl and my guts drop. I’m going to share everything with you because the incubator and the proposed buyer deserve the maximum condemnation and shame as possible, and fuck the liberal bleeding heart enablers who whinge that “criminals have rights too”, they can all get fucked. There’s just no excusing this.

Natisha Hillard (24), of Indiana, sold her child online, knowing full well that she was going to be sexually abused by 39 year old Christopher Bour (or should we say Boar). The evil bitch met the baby raper through an online dating service. Judging by the fine looks of these two crapbags, I’d say it was the only way they could actually find someone to talk to without frightening them to death. Hillard sold her daughter aged 1.5 years to him for an unknown amount of money. It is alleged that the bitch knew what the dog turd was going to do to her. Of course she knew. Why else would a single middle aged person want to buy a child online?

***Trigger warning***This is where it turns foul and nasty***Skip this part if you have a weak stomach***

The FBI began investigating after being tipped off by the dog turd’s masseuse who received text messages from him saying what he was going to do to the baby. Two of the messages read, “U wanna watch me play with a baby tomorrow a real one” and “I get a chance once in a while I was just seeing if you would hold the camera”. Instead of agreeing to the dog turd’s foul desires, she rang the FBI, possibly after vomiting and rubbing her eyes with bleach. Go Miss Masseuse! I’m sorry you had to massage that foul piece of shit, you’re a stronger woman than I. I would’ve “massaged” him with an axe, a cheese grater, a blow torch and anything else I could get a hold of. The woman also told the FBI that she’d seen child porn playing on a laptop on previous visits to his house. Oh my god, that’s foul. He thought nothing of flaunting his foul desires to other people because he thought there was nothing wrong with it. An FBI agent assumed the identity of the masseuse and texted the dog turd about what he planned to do with the baby. He texted back a very graphic description and also expressed an interest in “animal love”. He said he’d done it before and that he had the mother’s approval. What a nasty diseased pervert.

The FBI had heard enough. They raided the dog turd’s house at Hammond IN and seized his computer. They found videos of people engaging in sex acts with pre-pubescent children, as well as photos of the dog turd with young children. The baby’s birth vessel was also seen in some of the photos. This proves without a doubt that she knew what was going on and what her baby was in for. The dog turd also admitted he knew the woman and that he bought her baby.

Like I said earlier, this nasty freak had no shame in telling others about his disgusting desires. He seriously thinks there’s nothing wrong with raping children. It’s said in his transcripts, which have been included with the court docket, that he talks about his love of children and what he likes to do with them sexually. He even goes as far to say that it’s the “Best sex he’s ever had”. The transcript is so foul and graphic that the news site refused to provide links to it. You can just imagine him saying that in a flippant, off the cuff way.

The bio-bitch Hillard has been charged with selling her daughter, knowing full well that she would be abused. The vile dog turd has been charged with production of child pornography, purchase of a child for the purposes of producing child pornography and possession of child pornography. Both of the scumbags have been held without bond and were arraigned Monday.

Dallas woman accused of selling newborn online

Britany Hill. I guess I can see why she needed the money. She must have been a little short.

Police: Mother put child for sale on Craigslist:

Mom accused of trying to sell infant online claims it was an adoption:

Dallas police documents outline child abandonment case:

Texas mom denies trying to sell baby through Internet classified ad :

26-year-old Brittany Hill of Dallas, Texas was arrested recently for allegedly trying to sell her 4-month-old son online. I’ve seen reports that say it was either on craigslist or PennySaverUSA, both online classifieds sites. Luckily Hill was not selling the baby for sex which we have seen on this site too often lately.

Hill claims that she placed the ad for money needed for a lawyer in order to put the baby up for adoption. However a person who saw the ad and was interested in adopting the baby reported to police that they got cold feet when they found out that no lawyer would be involved. I’ve seen reports stating that the baby was being sold anywhere from $4000 to $6500.

But wait, there’s more. Hill is also facing child endangerment charges for allegedly leaving her son alone in their apartment. The apartment manager was doing welfare checks on tenants who were behind on his rent and found the baby on the floor unattended. Luckily the baby was unharmed. Hill allegedly said that she was having an anxiety attack and ‘needed a breather’ while she left her son alone for an hour while she walked to a nearby school. That’s peculiar to say the least.

In an interview with local media Hill denies trying to sell her son and says she was just trying to find a good home for him.

“I know that’s illegal,” she said Monday, speaking from jail. “I’m not stupid – that’s called, like, black-market something. I’ve read about it, I know.”

“Look deeper into it instead of just being like, ‘OK, that’s what it is. She’s trying to sell her child,'” Hill added. “Screw that, you know. It’s not like that.”

Hill also has other children that are no longer in her custody. One was adopted by another family in 2009 and other have been adopted by her parents.

Apparently Hill just can’t stop from getting pregnant….

“I will never have any more children,” she said. “If I could have had a hysterectomy, I would have done it a long time ago.”

Where’s the federal program for that idea if someone is willing to have it done?

Anyway I’m not really here to bash Hill too much. I don’t think she acted maliciously here. Irresponsible yes but not malicious. She was able to have her other children successfully and legally adopted previously so as of right now I can’t see why her intentions would be otherwise in this case.

The main reason I really wanted to post this story is to highlight the idea that there should be better laws and programs in place to make adoption easier not only for adoptive parents but also those who are giving up children for adoption. In this day and age when a baby’s life has become so disposable how about a little more education and encouragement for adoptions?

Baby sold for drugs

Fourth arrest made in alleged baby sale

Cops arrest mom wanted for alleged baby sale

Kokomo couple accused of baby selling scheme

It’s October of 2009, Anna M. Riggs and her husband Brandon Riggs were so desperate for drugs and money they sold their 4-month-old baby boy to their drug dealers for $13,000 and some pills, allegedly. I only say “allegedly” because articles are conflicting, and because of statements made by Brandon Riggs.

I’m sure our readers here at BB are wondering, why are we just now hearing about this? Well, after some reading of quite a few articles I have the answer, but it will only break your hearts even more. According to authorities, the police found out after arresting another person on unrelated drug charges and told investigators what was going on. Yes, the “parents” of that sweet baby boy went through with the sale and left their child with their (alleged) drug dealers Stephen and Melissa Lynch.

It doesn’t end here however. See, there is a history with the Riggs couple. Apparently, investigators found another couple who said they cared for the child for about two months in 2009. The couple, Roberson said in the affidavit, “advised me that the Riggs had a serious problem with methadone and couldn’t care for the child. They watched the baby during these two months for approximately five out of the seven days in the week. They told me that if the child wasn’t with them, the Riggs were dumping the child onto someone else.” After months of caring for the baby, Anna Riggs showed up out of the blue and took him away from the family friends, and in their own words “broke their hearts.” They hadn’t seen the baby since.

It seems that shortly after taking her son away from the people who had been so lovingly caring for him is when she and her husband made the deal and made good on it with the Lynches. The Lynches physically got the baby in October of 2009 when the baby was 4-months-old, and that is where he has remained until the current investigation. The Lynches explanation for taking the baby was because they could not have children of their own, and the alleged sale was to ensure the Riggs wouldn’t back out of an adoption agreement.

In the probable cause affidavit, Howard County sheriff deputies accuse the Lynch couple of dealing drugs to the Riggses before and after receiving the Riggs’ infant son in 2009. “It is apparent through interviews with Melissa and Stephen Lynch that they were well aware that the Riggs were addicts and that it was obvious by keeping them supplied with illegal narcotics that the adoption would be completed,” the probable cause affidavit reads.  Investigators accuse the Lynches of providing the opiate drugs oxycodone and morphine to the Riggses, along with other controlled substances.

A neighbor of the Lynches, Jennifer Hatt says it was obvious to her the family was dealing drugs, “A lot of traffic going in and out.” When asked about the baby Hatt goes on to say, “I never even saw a baby. Never even saw a baby so it was shocking that there was a baby that lived there.” Yet another thing that helped keep the sale under wraps. If neighbors would have seen the baby, but could recall that Melissa was never pregnant or spoke about trying to adopt, then that would be a big red flag now wouldn’t it? So, being the “intelligent” scum they are the baby was kept out of sight. However, Melissa did have the baby listed as her son on Facebook. Nothing has been noted about if family or friends of Melissa and Stephen questioned their new son. It still leaves me to wonder, how did the people that were closest to the Lynches completely miss this, or are Melissa and Stephen just good liars?

Investigators said Brandon Riggs has admitted to taking “at least $10,000 in cash and or gifts,” and noted that the legal guardianship papers were notarized one week prior to his purchasing of a $3,531 used car. One week after the car purchase, the paperwork for the adoption process had been signed, investigators say. Brandon went on to say in a letter, “We thought we were doing everything right,” Brandon Riggs wrote in his letter. “We went to an attorney and signed legal documents for the adoption. After that, I don’t know where things stopped. I thought that’s why people used lawyers?”

Brandon has also accused the officer who investigated the case, Howard County deputy Matt Roberson, of attempting to “boost these accusations to full potential for his own career goals.”  Brandon has also gone on to defend his actions also because he and his wife “were in no way capable of caring for a newborn, let alone a newborn with medical complications.” He also says the Lynches “are good people and good parents.” Good people and good parents? Only something a drug addict would say about the drug dealers who bought their baby under the mask of a legal adoption process. Does anyone else think that this alleged sale went on just in case the adoption fell through? Criminal background checks and home studies are required for an adoption process. If no one could pass the background check or whatever else was needed, then the sale of a child was going to make everything concrete instead right? The Riggs can’t back out because they can’t pay the money and drugs, er I mean gifts, back. The Lynches wanted a child so badly that they would pay anything to make it happen just in case the courts said no. In the drug world I’m sure this makes perfectly logical sense.

The Riggses and the Lynches are all in custody. All are being charged with Class A felony charges of conspiracy to commit dealing in a narcotic and also Class D felony charges of conspiracy to commit child selling and profiting from an adoption.

The only silver lining here is there is not a dead child to report. I wish this baby boy the best of luck, and may he be placed with someone who will love and cherish him for the blessing and ray of sunshine he is. I can only imagine how confusing this whole ordeal has been for him, and I hope he hasn’t suffered any sort of trauma by the couple who, allegedly, bought him while he was in their care. I’m also preparing for family members or friends from either side of the sale to pop up here at some point to cry slander and tell us how wrong we are. Any bets on how long it will take?

Brandon Riggs Jr.

Heidi Gasaway thinks outside the bun

Vancouverwoman arrested for trying to sell 3-day-old infant at Taco Bell

Wash.woman in court for trying to sell baby

36-year-old Heidi Gasaway (aka: Heidi Knowles)wasn’t looking for a cheap way to satisfy her hunger when she sauntered into a Taco Bell restaurant earlier this month.  Instead of gandering at the value menu for 15 minutes (like yours truly does), Gasaway approached a woman, who was eating, and offered to sell her newborn son for the bargain price of $500.  The woman called 911 and alerted them to this strange proposition.

Gasaway hauled ass before the po-po came for her, but she was tracked down at a nearby hotel, where she was arrested on outstanding warrants.  She is being held on $50,000 bail ad will be charged with attempted Child Selling – Child Buying (a class C felony in WA).  Her baby has been placed in protective custody.

Gasaway claimed that she hasn’t done meth in a year, although officers believed she was under the influence at the time of her arrest.  Meth would certainly explain her willingness to sell her brand new baby for ANY amount.  Don’t get me started on her picture.  That there is clearly a “woman” who suffers from methtarditis.

Breeders try to sell baby for $30

Police: Parents Try To Sell Baby For $30:

First of all check out that mugshot. Obviously by the headlines you can tell what they did and by looking at the mugshots I am not surprised.

Anyway 23-year-old Robert G. Ellingson and 25-year-old Maghen Duvala, both Breeders of the victim, tried to sell their 2-month-old child in a store parking lot in Pensacola, Florida for 30 bucks. The parking lot in question was a PetSmart. I guess they figured if people couldn’t afford a puppy they could afford $30 for a baby.

Police say they tried to sell the baby on a bank parking lot as well.

I can only imagine what they were trying to sell the baby for. Something that rhymes with Meth comes to mind.

Thanks to LadyJade for the tip.

Marcy Needed Gas

Article 1

Marcy Pappalardo from the city of Melbourne, in Brevard county, Florida, was arrested for allegedly trying to sell her son. The details are still not clear, as one article refers to the child as a toddler, and the other says he is six years old, but both agree that Marcy offered to sell her son to a tow truck driver for ten dollars in gas money.

The good samaritan called 911 to report the incident, and followed Marcy until officers arrived and arrested her. Marcy, of course, denies offering to sell her child, and a friend who was with her backs up her story. They both said she only asked for gas money, but didn’t offer her son as compensation. The tow truck driver heartily disagreed.

I am guessing that since she was arrested, the officers thought the truck driver’s story was more convincing than the women’s story was. Marcy was quoted in one of the articles as saying, “I have a thousand dollar TV flat screen. If I needed the money I’d brought it to the pawn shop.” Well, Marcy…looks like you’re gonna get the opportunity to do just that……..(I expect that since she needed gas money so bad, she will also have to find bail money.)

Anybody know which pawn shop is her favorite? I could use a good (and inexpensive) flat screen TV for my house.

Thanks to April and LadyJade for the story. And thanks to April for the title again as well.

WV woman tries selling infant for apartment

WVa mother charged with trying to sell infant son:

19-year-old Rebecca Sue Taylor of Charleston, WV was arrested for trying to sell her 5-month-old son so she could get money for a new apartment. She tried selling the baby for $10K but later cut the price to $5K. Ho9w considerate of her.

Allegedly Taylor claimed that she had not bonded with her own son and needed the money to get a new apartment.

Something tells me she had no intention of ever bonding with the baby.

I used to hear stories about women who were giving their baby up for adoption or were a surrogate mother who change their minds and decide to keep the baby at the last minute. This is the exact opposite of that.

I would also lay odds that this was another case of parenting getting in the way of partying.

Thanks to Meggan for the tip.
