Meth-faced breeder and her grubby sex toy charged with bashing kids

3-year-old in critical condition after allegedly beaten by mother’s boyfriend

Cicero pair charged with assaulting children; 3-year-old in critical condition

No beauty prizes to be won here, folks.

Thanks go to Lucy on this one. She did warn me about the appearance of this aesthetically displeasing duo, but I still nearly managed to bring up my Java when I saw them.

Amanda Bishop and her fuck-of-the-month John Bonwitz (both 27) have been arrested after the egg donor’s 3 year old was allegedly severely beaten by the live-in sex toy. Police say that they found the little boy, drifting in and out of unconsciousness and being treated by paramedics, at the home in Cicero NY.  Egg donor was there, along with two other children, aged 7 and 10. All three kids had bruises and marks, but the 3 year old, being small and unable to defend himself against an adult monster, had copped the worst of it. He was taken to hospital, where he remains in a critical condition.

In their investigation, police found that Bonwitz had admitted to punching and kicking the 3 year old, which caused internal injuries. Bishop had also hit her 7 year old with a closed fist. Perhaps the 10 year old was able to defend themselves, because police only reported bruises and marks but no specific causes of the injuries.

Bonwitz was charged with assault in the second degree and child endangerment. The axe wound Bishop was charged with assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and obstructing government administration. I presume that last one is like obstructing police, and that the walking gash was trying to protect her gash plug. Judging by the mugshot, he seems to have a lot going for him /sarcasm. Such a sense of style, that sex-offender look, he should have all the girls clamouring for him! /even more sarcasm. He couldn’t possibly be a child beater or a creep, just look at him – he’s so wholesome /too much sarcasm.

The 7 and 10 year olds have been taken into care, while their 3 year old brother remains in hospital. Police are still investigating.

All the bad boyfriends on BB seem to have warning signs that they are not replacement babydaddy material. Take a look at the mugshot. John Bonwitz is filthy, looks like a sex offender and is wearing one of the ugliest shirts I have seen in a long time. His eyes have a slightly unhinged look. How can anyone look at him and think that he’s a perfectly acceptable bedmate/babysitter?

Who wants to bet that the po-po might turn up some meth when they investigate further? You don’t get cheekbones to stick out that far with just plain old exercise and sensible eating, that’s for sure.

Child with autism kept naked in a filthy cage

Couple charged for keeping autistic son in cage

Terry Smith (43) and his wife Victoria Smith (42) from Elsberry, Missouri have been charged with endangering the life of a child after it was found that they kept their 6 year old autistic son in a filthy cage in the basement.

Authorities began investigating the Smiths after an anonymous tip-off was made to the Missouri Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline in 2010, when the boy was 6 years old. Authorities removed the boy and his 6 siblings from the couple, who were living in O’Fallon at the time, but were returned on a later date. The couple were then released because of “personal recognisance”. What the fuck is “personal recognisance”? Is that like if you say “Oh, I’m not a criminal, so let me go” and they just do it?

Now to the cage incident. When the police rocked up to the Elsberry home after a call from Grandma, they found the boy naked, in a small crib made of wood, lying in his own filth. He wasn’t wearing any clothes. Officers described the smell of piss as almost unbearable and that they could smell it when they came down the stairs. The crib’s dimensions measured at 3 ft (0.9m) tall, 3 ft (0.9m) wide and 6 ft (1.8m) long. Although the crib was small and filthy, it contained some toys and its occupant seemed contented. The crib had a plywood top and was held together with nice sharp cable ties and eye-gouging ockey straps.

Inhumane: Police say a Missouri couple kept their autistic six-year-old child in this converted metal crib covered with plywood and held together with zip ties and bungee cords

This looks safe and stable…not!

Grandma was watching the other kids at the time of the raid, while the parents were out shopping. The other kids range from 11 months to 8 years old. Police stated that the rest of the house was filthy too, not just the cage. The doorknobs on the other kids’ bedroom doors had been installed backwards, so that the parents could get in but the kids couldn’t get out. The mother would lock the kids in their rooms if they got rowdy.

The parents told police that they had to build a cage because it was the only way to stop the kid from hurting himself or other people, and that the reason why the kid was nekkid was because they were afraid he’d accidentally hang himself if he wore clothing. They also said they tried their best to keep the cage clean. Here’s a hint: if the whole fucking basement reeks of piss, that’s not clean! I clean out my sister’s rat cage out when I can smell even the slightest hint of ratty odour, I can’t imagine letting anything get as bad as reeking of piss. The boy was originally put in the cage at night, but this extended to daytime use as well, when he became more difficult to control. A social worker pleaded with the family to put the boy in a group home, where he could get all the meds and help he needed. Mr Smith told officials that he knew the situation wasn’t ideal, but his goal was to try and keep the family together for as long as possible. I feel for you, Mr Smith. It wouldn’t be easy to give a child up, no matter how difficult they were. But there comes a time when your kid’s needs outweigh what you want. The cage may have seemed like a good idea at the time, but it wasn’t a magical solution and it came with its own set of problems such as hygiene and safety.

The parents have been charged with felony endangering the welfare of a child and bail has been set at $2500 for each of them.  If they’re convicted, the parents may be facing up to 7 years in prison. The boy was taken into protective custody but will be released back to his parents, who will hopefully put him in the group home that he needs.

I found this story kinda sad. I just couldn’t feel angry about the parents. Perhaps I’m getting soft, but from what I can gather, the parents were having a hard time dealing with their severely autistic son, as well as six other children who needed love and attention too. I can see why they thought a cage was a magical solution. The article did say that the boy seemed contented in there, and my limited knowledge of kids with autism tells me that they easily become overwhelmed by too much space (ie. playgrounds or even a loungeroom) so confinement might have been soothing to him. The father was trying to keep it all together, but he could see that the problems were just too big and that he was too proud to accept help. I just find that really sad 🙁 No one was killed, and hopefully the little boy will get the help he needs, and that his family will be willing to let him go to that help.

Justification: Terry Smith told police the situation with his son was not ideal, but his goal was to keep the family together for as long as possible before sending the boy to a group home

“Mommy just left us on the sidewalk and drove away.”

Heartless mother deserts daughters, leaving the alone on  a Brooklyn sidewalk

Brooklyn mom Dalisha Adams charged with abandoning daughters on street

Dalisha  Adams arrested for abandoning her daughters on a Brooklyn sidewalk

Brooklyn mother Dalisha Adams posted Facebook picture of naked man hours after dumping kids

OK,  so allow me to introduce you to Domini (5) and Diani (3), cute aren’t they?  These two cuties are sisters and were found wondering a Brooklyn sidewalk alone and carrying disposable diapers on Sunday, January 29th.  The girls were bundled up warmly and wearing UGG boots and showed no outward signs of abuse.  So how did they end up on a Brooklyn sidewalk alone? I’m getting to that right now!

Now, let me introduce you to their mother Dalisha Adams (26).  It appears Dalisha needed a break and decided to drop her daughters off at the paternal grandmother’s apartment to take a few hours for her.  Not a big deal, as mothers and fathers here was can understand the need for a little “me” time now then, except that Dalisha literally dropped her daughters off on the side of the road and took off.  Not only did she drop them off on the side of the road, it was not even in front of the grandmother’s complex, not that that would make it better, but instead the complex next to it.

The sisters were found and police were alerted by an elderly couple who noticed them standing on the sidewalk next to a busy street holding only diapers and looking shaken and confused at about 2:40 pm. When questioned by police the girls gave them their first names and told them their mommy dropped them off.  They couldn’t tell police where they lived accept that they lived in a blue house with flowers outside they also said their mother’s name was Dalisha and she drove white car.

While police searched for Dalisha, going door to door at the apartment complex, scouring nearby surveillance video and getting pictures of the sister out to the media, a picture of, what appears to be, a naked man holding a bottle of pink champagne was posted to Dalisha’s Facebook.  She and her sister have denied she posted that picture, claiming perhaps the girls’ father, whom she has a protective order against for domestic violence, may have done it.

The above mentioned protective order and the family’s history with CPS because of the domestic violence is how the police were able to identify the girls’ mother.  After identifying Dalisha police went to her apartment around 10 pm and used a crowbar to gain entry but she wasn’t there.  She would get word from a co-worker police were looking for her and turned herself in around 11 pm.  Dalisha has been charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.  The sisters are in the custody of the state, temporarily.

A lot of people have a lot to say about Dalisha and the way she treats the girls.  Neighbors are coming forward and saying that she is often heard cursing at the girls telling them to “shut the fuck up.”  One neighbor said she heard her tell the youngest “I’ll punch you in the fucking face.”  Shortly before she dropped the girls off she was heard telling one of the crying children, “Shut the fuck up, I’m going to get you out of here.”  I feel so bad for these little girls, this is awful.  They had to have stood there and wondered why she left and if she was going to come back.  The thought of that is so frightening to me.

The paternal grandmother is trying to get the girls and says though she is angry she does not believe she left the girls alone intentionally.  I am not sure how in the love of gawd she can say that, I mean seriously, she dropped them on the side of the road.  She thinks she meant to drop them in front of her complex, OK so she has never taken her kids to their grandmother’s before and doesn’t know which complex is hers.  I doubt that, and even if she thought she was in front of the right complex, in what universe is it OK to drop off two little girls of any age on the sidewalk and drive off?

Of course Dalisha has her own version of what happened and in her version she dropped the girls off to the grandmother’s apartment and handed them off to grandma.  She admits to not going into the apartment for fear of her ex, but said she did not leave the girls standing on the side of the road.  Well Dalisha…I think the fact that your child (no one else) told the police you dropped them off and drove away kinda calls bull shit on your version of the incident.

Her sister and friends are saying, they don’t believe she dropped the girls on the side of the road and left and describe her as a doting mother.  Well, ladies in the world I live in “doting mothers” don’t tell their 3-year-old child, “I’m going to punch you in the fucking face.”  Just sayin’….

Thanks to all who sent in the tip.

Mom charged after drugs found under baby’s crib.

Oneida woman arrested for drug possession and endangering welfare of a child

At about 6 am on January 10th, Oneida, NY Police executed a search warrant at the apartment of Kaila L. Lohr (23) and her two small children, following an investigation into illegal drug activity.  Illegal drug activity and small children is not a good combo.

Well the search warrant was fruitful and drugs were found and since Kaila’s gracing our pages, I am sure you have concluded that somehow her children were involved and you would be right. While searching Kaila’s apartment 8.5 grams, of individually packaged, cocaine were found under her baby’s crib.

According to police it is not likely there would have been any exposure between the baby and the cocaine due to the way the cocaine was packaged. However the baby did regularly sleep in the crib and I personally see no reason for drug storage in any house with children let alone under the baby’s crib.

The children were placed with family members.

Lohr was taken into custody and charged with third-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance (class B felony) and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Thanks to Rose for the tip.

Father charged with assault of infant son

Father of injured infant charged with assault

Couple charged with hindering arrest

The face you see above is Brian Patrick Donavich Jr. (22) and he’s been charged with aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of a child, after his 8-month-old son was take to Children’s Hospital, unresponsive and having difficulty breathing.  Brian was charged after is was determined the baby’s injuries “were a result of Mr. Donavich’s care.”

Brian was only charged after he was located, since the coward not only injured his baby but then ran like a bitch to avoid facing the music.  He didn’t go down alone though his buddy Colton Wayne Carter and his girly whirly friend Diana Michele Duncan, thinking it a good idea to cover the ass of their baby beating buddy, were also charged after they told police butt head up there was not at Carter’s residence.  Police gained entry into the home after getting permission from Colton’s mother and landlord and low and behold, much to everyone’s shock…no not really, they found baby beater catching him a nap in a back bedroom.

Carter was charged with two felonies: hindering apprehension by harboring or concealing a subject and hindering apprehension by providing false information.  Was it worth Carter?

Diana is charged with one felony: and hindering apprehension by providing false information.  Diana my dear girl…the last person you want to put your ass on the line for is some scum sucking baby beater, guess you learned that the hard way.
